Abstract

Abstrak− Laporan Penelitian dengan judul "Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Paket Internet Operator Telekomunikasi Terbaik Dengan Metode Topsis" mempunyai tujuan yaitu memberikan kemudahan bagi konsumen yang akan membeli paket internet dari berbagai operator telekomunikasi sesuai keinginan dan kebutuhan. Banyaknya operator yang menawarkan paket internet hal ini akan mempersulit para konsumen dalam menentukan pilihan yang tepat, sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginkannya. Sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode topsis merupakan metode yang tepat untuk mengatasi masalah pemilihan paket internet dengan banyak kriteria yang ditawarkan oleh masing-masing operator. Abstract

In the increasingly rapid development of information, data information sent or received by someone is very important to keep its confidentiality and existence. For this reason, it is very important to increase data security so that it is not known by other people who have no interest so that our data is not misused for their own interests. One of the reasons for applying watermaking is to ensure that an object that is received or owned is the original data object, and its existence cannot be known by others. Benefit from watermaking to protect pictures, text, video, sound. Another purpose of watermaking is to protect copyright ownership of data or information. In this study the authors will analyze the implementation process of the patchwork method for video security. Abstract

Abstract−Divorce is no longer a strange thing in Indonesia, but divorce can be said to be a common and popular thing. It was noted that in 2017 the divorce rate reached 18.8% of the 1.9 million events. From this case, a study was conducted to obtain a grouping in the regions in Indonesia that had the most cases of divorce. There are 4 variables used, namely continual disputes and quarrels, economic problems, leaving one party, and domestic violence. This research uses the Clustering method and is tested with the help of RapidMiner software to ensure the accuracy of the method used. Clustering results show the cause of divorce from 29 data in Indonesia, the highest cluster of 3 regions and the lowest cluster of 26 regions. From this research it is expected that the results obtained can be information for the government in handling divorce cases in Indonesia so that appropriate programs can be drawn up for each province to reduce divorce rates in Indonesia.Keywords: Datamining, Clustering, K-Means, Perceraian, Wilayah

Abstract

Abstract− Family Hope Program (PKH) is a government program that has been running since 2007 which is a poverty reduction program through the provision of cash assistance to very poor families based on the terms and conditions set. In the implementation of PKH in Limbong Village, Dolok Merawan District, this cannot be maximized because there are still many poor families that have not been channeled by the PKH program so that the funds channeled are not on target. Thus, the classification method is able to find models that distinguish data concepts or classes, with the aim of being able to estimate the class of an object whose label is unknown. Therefore, the Naive Bayes algorithm can predict future opportunities based on past experience. So this research conducts data processing using data mining to classify the eligibility of PKH recipients with the classification method using the Naïve Bayes algorithm, which is expected that the data generated from the data mining process can be an evaluation.Keywords: Data Mining, Naïve Bayes Algorithm, Classification, PKH

Abstract

Milk is a source of nutrition for humans, especially in infants who cannot digest food. Milk has a high calcium content and can strengthen human bones. This study aims to recommend low-fat milk as a recommendation to consumers to determine the right milk product. Data collection methods used were interview techniques and questionnaire random sampling to 60 respondents who used low-fat milk at STIKOM Tunas BangsaPematangsiantar. Based on the results of interviews and questionnaires, the assessment criteria were obtained, namely price (K1), side effects (K2), packaging (K3), and availability of goods (K4). The alternatives used in the study were Ultra Milk Low Fat (S1), Bear Brand Gold (S2), Frisian Flag (S3) and Hilo Teen (S4). The settlement method applied is POFILE MATCHING. The results of the algorithm show that the right alternative is for the highest ranking Hilo Teen (S4) with a final score of 88.95 and followed by Ultra Milk Low Fat (S1) with a final score of 86.325. The results of the study are expected to provide recommendations to consumers to determine the right low-fat milk.Keywords: Milk, Nutrition, Profile Matching, Decision Suport System, Product Selection

Abstract

The world of education is experiencing a very rapid development which is supported by innovations that were born from the development of information technology, including the application of online examinations. The examination system during midterm and end-of-semester exams is still conventional, which means that exams are carried out using paper (Paper-Based Test) which is wasteful of paper and time. The online examination system (Computerized Classification Test) is part of an educational information system that has implemented information technology by offering efficiency and effectiveness. In this study, the authors created an online exam system. This online exam system development method uses addaptive feedback, namely direct assessment without waiting a long time to find out the value, the online exam system provides benefits, namely there is no need to procure exam papers and save time for exam corrections so that efficiency and effectiveness are the goals of making the test system. online can be achieved.Keywords: Online Examination, System, Application, CCT, Addaptive Feedback

Abstract

Data compression technology is the process of converting a set of data into a lower coded representation of data that is not encoded with a certain encoding. Data compression is done by encoding each character into a shorter coded message, in order to save storage space requirements and time for data transmission. Compression is used to speed up the process of sending from uncoded characters to certain encoded characters. By compressing, large data will be reduced in size so as to save storage capacity. In this study the authors use the Prefix Code algorithm, using this method the compression results are very good in transmitting data and moving text data allocations easier and faster. By compressing, large data will be reduced in size so as to save storage space. There are many types of methods or algorithms in text data compression, but in this algorithm the writer only wants to know the compression process using the Prefix Code algorithm using C1 code where the author has succeeded in compressing text data with the prefix code algorithm using C1 code has the ability to compress text data by 58.3% on a text data.Keywords: Compression, Text, Data, Prefix Code, Algorithm.

Abstract

Bird flu caused by a virus is very susceptible to occur at this time, it is caused by a weak immune system. Most people who are infected with the bird flu virus are those who often have direct contact with poultry, one of the causes is touching infected birds and contact with poultry body fluids, namely poultry saliva. This expert system was built to diagnose bird flu caused by viral infections. From this expert system can provide information about disease, its definition, treatment and prevention. This expert system uses the Forward Channing method. The results of consultation tests with this system show that the system is able to determine the disease along with the initial treatment and treatment that must be carried out, based on the symptoms previously selected by the user.Keywords: Expert System, Diagnosis, Avian Flu, Case Based Reasoning, Certainty Factor.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of computer-based learning media on the skills written in Indonesian language learning for elementary school students in Padang Sidempuan. The student population of this school is the fifth and sixth grade students of primary school in Padang Sidempuan. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2020-2021. The sample selection method used was the random sampling method and the intake group, the sample consisted of two classes, namely class V and class VI as the experimental class. The data technique used was observation and tests. The validity test of the instrument was carried out by expert judgment and the learning outcome test instrument was added with item analysis, namely calculating the level of difficulty and differentiation. The reliability test for the learning outcome test instrument was calculated using the Kuder-Richardson formula (KR-20). The data analysis technique used for the trial was the t-test technique with two independent samples. Abstract

Often times when reading the Bible, readers find many of the same words often appear which are sometimes not understood by readers in every different Bible verse, so that it arouses readers' curiosity. Using Strong Concordance, you can see where and how the words that occur frequently are found. Thus, an example is the word love. Readers can know that there are many words of love that readers find in every Bible verse when the reader is reading them, but when the reader wants to know where the word love is located, the reader cannot quickly find out where and how many words of love often appear. TextRank is a graphical ranking algorithm for processing text that has been grouped by frequently occurring values. With TextRank also helps grouping and numbering that will be formed through Strong Concordance.Keywords: Strong Concordance, Bible, TextRank
