Abstract

Abstract−BLT-DD, which stands for Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance, is a village assistance program with the type of cash or assistance or various other types of assistance, whether conditional or unconditional for underprivileged people. The selection of BLT-DD recipients needs to be done accurately so that recipients who really need will receive BLT-DD. To be able to determine the BLT-DD recipient, one of artificial intelligence is needed, namely fuzzy mamdani logic which has a simple structure using min-max or max-product operations with a set of predetermined rules, namely IF-AND-THEN. Then supported by the Matlab application (R2007b) as a decision maker through the program provided. Abstract

Abstract−The use of applications in higher education can improve student skills in doing practice and help students and campuses to carry out learning and teaching activities. When students download applications on the website, they often fail because there are various advertisements that appear before students download the applications they need. This Application Provider Information System was developed using several software, namely Adobe Dreamwaver CS6 and Mysql as a database. Abstract

Washing hands with a handsanitizer can inhibit growth and kill bacteria, viruses and fungi. The aim of this study was to analyze the determination of the best handsanitizer based on consumer choice. The data collection method is done by interviewing consumers who use handsanitizer in Pematangsiantar city. Based on these results, it can be obtained the assessment criteria for Material Content (C1), Type (C2), Aroma (C3), Availability of Goods (C4). The alternatives used are 4, namely: A1 = Dettol, A2 = Antis, A3 = Nuvo, A4 = Lifebouy. The results of research using the EXPROM II method show that the Dettol (A1) handsanitizer product with a value of 1.1594 is recommended to be the best handsanitizer product based on consumers. It is hoped that the research results can provide information to consumers in determining the best handsanitizer based on predetermined criteria and alternatives.Keywords: Decision Support System, EXPROM II, Handsanitizer

Abstract

In a company, the choice of vendor cooperation is quite important. The accuracy in choosing this vendor cooperation can affect the level of profit or loss felt by a company. This resulted in the company's management making maximum efforts in determining this vendor's cooperation in order to get the right choice. Because of this, the authors will create a decision support system that can be used as a reference in choosing vendor cooperation. The method that will be used by the writer in this research is using ROC (Rank Order Centroid) and WASPAS (Weight Aggregate Sum Product Assessment). With the application of these two methods, it is hoped that the maximum selection results will be obtained in determining vendor cooperation. Abstract

Kemajuan Teknologi informasi saat ini berkembang sangat cepat yang mengakibatkan peningkatan pada data dalam jumlah besar. Meningkatnya jumlah kejahatan pada setiap provinsi di Indonesia menyebabkan penumpukan pada data. Beragam jenis kejahatan terjadi di lingkungan masyarakat, seperti pembunuhan, penganiayaan, pemerkosaan, pencurian, penipuan, penyalahgunaan narkoba, dan perjudian. Dengan melihat banyaknya jumlah kejahatan tersebut, masyarakat menjadi khawatir dan merasa tidak nyaman sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian agar dapat mengetahui wilayah/provinsi yang rawan akan kejahatan. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu sebagai referensi bagi pemerintah untuk meningkatkan keamanan untuk setiap wilayah pada tahun-tahun berikutnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode data mining dengan algoritma k-means clustering dan dibantu dengan aplikasi Rapidminer. Penelitian ini mengelompokkan provinsi dengan dua cluster yaitu cluster tinggi dan cluster rendah. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh 4 provinsi dengan jumlah kejahatan tertinggi (C1), 30 provinsi dengan jumlah kejahatan rendah (C2) dan pengujian menggunakan Rapidminer mendapatkan hasil yang sama. Algoritma K-means dapat diterapkan dan memberikan informasi tentang provinsi yang rawan terjadinya kejahatan.Kata kunci: k-means, clustering, kejahatan

Abstract

Kung fu is a martial art originating from the Bamboo Curtain Country, namely China. Kungfu martial arts originally developed from the need and ability of humans to survive to defend themselves from various types of wild animal attacks, to hunt for food and to fight against other groups of humans who are considered a threat to the security of life. Srikandi is a female warrior / warrior in in Kungfu. In his role, Srikandi has a position as a member who can develop and contribute in competitions at the regional and national levels to become a reliable and accomplished fighter / fighter. The structured selection process for heroines in the Kungfu branch in realizing heroines according to the stages and provisions of each branch goes through several stages such as tests of movements, belts, health, body weight and age. Abstract

Images are one of the most popular media used for information exchange today, where users and the need for image use are increasingly needed, so the image quality in conveying information must be better so that it can be more easily understood and accepted by the human mind. So in this case, the image needs security to secure the information contained in it so that its confidentiality is maintained. Data security is very important in maintaining the confidentiality of information, especially those that contain very important information and can only be known by certain parties, especially if it is sent via public networks. Cryptography is the science and art of maintaining the confidentiality of the pedant by converting it into an unrecognizable form, one of the most popular algorithms used in solving this problem is the base64 and rijendel algorithms which are also known as AES. Image is an information medium, it is because the image is able to accommodate an incident in the form of a photo well, but in this case a large image has problems in storage and also in delivery, in this situation the writer wants to apply the algorithm contained in cryptography to secure the image on when stored or want to be sent so that information does not leak and the confidentiality of information in the image is maintained.Keywords: Image, Cryptography, Base64 Algorithm, Rijendel, AES

Abstract

The large amount of data that has been stored in the memory or hard drive will increase the amount of usage capacity on the storage media. Large file sizes can also affect data transfer between storage media, so a compression technique is needed to compress records in the database in a novel collection application so that the space required for storage is smaller. The solution to this problem is that the database records can be compressed in order to speed up the transfer and storage of database records. Compression of the database record can be done by reducing the file size by reducing the bits in the database record, but not eliminating or creating a corrupted record. By compressing, large data will be reduced in size so as to save storage space. In this research, the algorithm used is Stout code, by using this algorithm, the compression results of the values have different results for each value, and the compression results will make sending and moving database records easier.Keywords: Compression, Records, Database, Novel, Stout Code Algorithm.
