Natural disaster is a natural event that is difficult to avoid and difficult to estimate the exact impact of natural disasters that can be fatalities, social environment, propety, losses, even distrubance to the community even though it is very likely to occur. As for the disasters that often occur in Indonesia including floods, landslides, tsunamis, earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. The lack of relief supplies provided by the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) was caused by the absence of data on the need for assistance provided. Therefore it is necessary to analyze natural disaster data that has happened before to be used to predict the impact caused by natural disasters. Prediction of the amount of assistance needed can be done using data mining techniques, therefore this study amis to analyzenatural disaster data using data mining methods using the J48 algorithm. To analyze natural disastr data for prediction of the impact can be used by rapidminer testing so that the results can be in the form of a decision tree.Keywords: Data Mining, Natural Disaster Data, J48 Algorithm

Dalam dunia pemasaran untuk menjual suatu produk diperlukan suatu lokasi untuk pemasaran, kesalahan dalam pemilihan lokasi dapat membuat perusahaan mengalami kerugian. Begitu juga dengan CV. Boga Amanda untuk membuka cabang baru outlet dibutuhkan lokasi yang mudah untuk di kunjungi oleh konsumen dengan estimasi biaya yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan, dengan tujuan hasil penjulan yang mencapai target keuntungan. Penentuan lokasi harus dilakukan dengan pertimbangan dan perhitungan yang tepat. The Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II) adalah perpanjang atau perluasan dari versi modifikasi metode Promethee II, atau mirip dengan Promethee II. Perbandingan berpasangan alternatif mempertimbangkan penyimpangan terhadap setiap kriteria yang dipertimbangkan dalam metode The Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II). Untuk mengoptimalkan hasil yang lebih jelas maka di bangun sistem pendukung keputusan yaitu Microsoft Visual Basic Net 2008 dan MySql sebagai alat bantu perancangan database. Penentuan lokasi yang efektif memberikan dampak positif bagi CV Boga Amanda karena dapat meningkatkan produktivitas penjualan dengan keuntungan yang diinginkan, maupun konsumen yang lebih mudah untuk menjangkau outlet CV Boga Amanda.

Compressed files require less disk space than files that are not compressed, so compressing is useful for backing up data by using storage space to be small or to send information over the Internet faster. MP3 makes the audio format often used because the data stored resembles the original data when recorded and has a size that is not too large compared to other formats. Users besides storing song files, they also store videos and other files and users also want the highest quality data and minimum quantity (size). So to make a lot of empty space and have a size of data that is not large on storage media, a compression method that means to shorten the size of the bits needed for data is needed. Algorithms used in the compression process, including the Levenstein algorithm which is a type of lossless compression. Applying the Levenstein algorithm to the compression process the author wants to know the performance of compression when done by compressing MP3 files, so that large MP3 files will be compressed into smaller sizes, so that the transmission process is carried out faster and reduces the data storage location.Keywords: MP3, File, Levenstein

This study aims to determine the most fundamental factors in influencing student interest in entrepreneurship at Pematangsianta. The method used in decision making is the ELECTRE II method. Which will be implemented into vb net 2010. PT. Go-Jek Indonesia is a service company. Go-jek online is a technology-based motorcycle taxi service that leads the transportation industry revolution. Predictions on ordering go-jek drivers using data mining algorithms are used to solve problems faced by the company PT. Go-Jek Indonesia to predict the level of ordering of online go-to drivers. In determining the crowded and lonely time. The proposed method is Naive Bayes. Naive Bayes algorithm aims to classify data in certain classes. The purpose of this study is to look at the prediction patterns of each of the attributes contained in the data set by using the naive algorithm and testing the training data on testing data to see whether the data pattern is good or not. what will be predicted is to collect the data of the previous driver ordering, which is based on the day, time for one month. The Naive Bayes algorithm is used to predict the ordering of online go-to-go drivers that will be experienced every day by seeing each order such as morning, afternoon and evening. The results of this study are to make it easier for the company to analyze the data of each go-jek driver booking in taking policies to ensure that both drivers and consumers or customers.Keywords: Go-jek Driver, Data Mining, Naive Bayes

Talk about the lifestyle that is now growing, it also affects the appearance of mobile phones that are owned by everyone that is more complete mobile accessories and create attractive appearance. Along with the time mobile phone accessories business is also experiencing a fairly rapid development, not even just a store product that sells mobile phone accessories but also has sold the counter. Here the researchers want to examine the recommendation of mobile accessories, where the selected accessories are the accessories of the most popular consumers based on store ratings. The rise of accessories business is proving that the mobile phone accessories still deserve to be a good opportunity. Some telemonication experts predict that mobile users are increasing the number of populations. This can be an accessory business that has good prospects in the future. Based on the results of research using AHP method with 6 samples of best selling mobile accessories, where the data obtained based on the results of interviews with mobile shops in the city Pematangsiantar, obtained the calculation of AHP method for handpone accessories recommendation is 1. The photo is made into a visual recording that has historical value or a memento. However, many memorable photos no longer look good and have noise due to the effectiveness of nature such as the evaporation of liquid that is around the image, it can also be dust or water on the surface of the image, besides that the noise can also be caused by plastic and paper materials that contained in the place where the image is stored as a photo album. For noise caused when taking digital images from camera devices can be in the form of a smoke or light coil that causes the image display is not clear. When the process of capturing RGB images often encountered noise such as black spots. Noise can be improved with several image enhancement techniques such as smoothing, leveling, and convolution. One of the improvements in noise in digital images can be done with Homomorphic filtering Method. Image improvement using the Homomorphic filtering method followed by Butterworth Filtering is part of the discrete fourier transform algorithm which confirms a concept that is rarely used to improve RGB images. Pemilihan bahan baku sangat diutamakan untuk mendukung proses produksi serta proses kontrol yang terus menerus dan membutuhkan pengambilan keputusan secara cepat dan tepat. Pemilihan supplier yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan kerugian bagi perusahaan. Pemilihan pemasok bahan baku dilakukan agar proses produksi yang berjalan diperusahaan tidak terganggu, dimana supplier yang dipilih mampu menyediakan barang tepat pada waktunya, berkualitas baik dan harga yang kompetitif. Metode VIKOR didasarkan pada perangkingan dan pemilihan dari sekumpulan alternatif yang ada, dapat digunakan untuk merangking banyak kriteria baik itu kualitatif maupun kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menerapkan metode VIKOR dalam pemilihan supplier untuk mengatasi masalah pemilihan supplier ketika terdapat sejumlah alternatif yang memiliki karakteristik berbeda.

Smartphones in addition to being a smartphone communication tool also functions as a tool for finding information. One application that is currently widely used by students and the public is KUHP application that run in mobile. KUHP application is an application that contains material of criminal laws. The KUHP application has large material and is stored in the application database after it is installed. The large size of the database of the Criminal Code application causes the need for large memory space at mobile. This has become one of the causes of smartphone memory performance to be reduced and slow. Compression technique can be used as a solution to the problem above. Compression aims to compress large data sizes into smaller ones, so that the required storage space decreases. This study describes how to do the compression process of the KUHP application material based on the Even Rodeh Code algorithm. Based on the results of tests conducted to compress 280 bits of data, it was found that the size of the data after being compressed was 176 bits, with compression ratio is 62.8%, ratio of compression is 1.59 bits, and redundancy is 37.2%.Keywords: Compression, KUHP Aplication, Even Rodeh Code, Database

Setiap peserta didik memiliki kemampuan dan cara berpikir yang berbeda untuk mengembangkan diri dalam memahami suatu materi. Salah satu mata kuliah yang memiliki banyak materi adalah Kecerdasan Buatan. Didalam pelajaran Kecerdasan Buatan itu sendiri memiliki berbagai macam materi algoritma yang kompleks sehingga sangat sulit dipahami dengan jumlah pertemuan kuliah yang terbatas. Dan hal itu merupakan hambatan bagi pengajar untuk menyampaikan seluruh materi berdasarkan kemampuan pemahaman setiap peserta didiknya karena akan memakan banyak waktu dan tenaga. Maka dibutuhkanlah sebuah pembelajaran yang dapat mengatasi hal tersebut. Pengunaan pembelajaran berbasis komputer di dalam pembelajaran memberikan dampak positif sehingga sampai saat ini masi terus dikembangkan. Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS) merupakan salah satu pembelajaran berbasis komputer yang dapat mengatasi kelemahan pembelajaran berbasis komputer sebelumnya yang belum memperhatikan keberagaman peserta didik. ITS adalah pembelajaran yang dilengkapi dengan Artificial Intelligence sehingga dapat menyesuaikan output program sesuai dengan kebutuhan objek sasaran. Sedangkan Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan (JST) metode Backpropagation merupakan bagian dari Artificial Intelligence yang dapat menirukan cara kerja otak manusia dalam menyelesaikan masalah dengan proses belajar melalui perubahan bobot sinapsinya. Perancangan ITS dengan JST ini dilakukan pada latihan yang akan dibangun pada aplikasi sebagai input dan outputnya berupa hasil dari latihan. Jaringan yang digunakan akan dilatih sebanyak 30 kali dengan merubah learning rate dan hidden layernya sehingga didapatkan arsitektur terbaik dalam mengenali output. Dengan menerapkan Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan metode Backpropagation dalam perancangan aplikasi ITS pada pembelajaran Kecerdasan Buatan dapat memahami kemampuan setiap peserta didik dan dapat memberikan penjelasan berdasarkan cara berpikir peserta didik
