Abstract

Prediction is a process for estimating how many needs will be in the future. This study aims to predict the amount of beef production by province. Beef is one source of protein which is also a high value comodities. Meat production in Indonesia in general tends to increase by around 2.76% per year. But along with the increase in beef production in Indonesia, the level of meat consumption in Indonesia tends to fluctuate in recent years. Imports are the most common step taken by the government to meet domestic beef needs. By using the Artificial Neural Network and backpropagation algorithm, it will be predicted the amount of beef production based on the province in order to determine the steps to meet domestic beef demand based on the amount of beef consumption in the community. This study uses 11 input variables, namely data from 2005 to 2016 with 1 target, data of 2017. Using 5 architectural models to test the data to be used for prediction, the 11-4-1 model, 11-8-1 , 11-18-1, 11-20-1 and 11-28-1. Obtained the results of the best architectural model is the 11-28-1 architectural model with truth accuracy of 100%, the number of epochs 15 and MSE is 0.008623197. This model will be used in predicting the amount of beef production by province.Keywords : Beef production, prediction, backpropagatin, Artificial Neural Network

Abstract

PT.ISS Indonesia is the best and the largest Integrated Facility Service company in Indonesia with service coverage for Facility services, catering services, access control and parking.There are several fields in the company, one of which is the gardener. Gardener is one of the important parts in the company that is responsible for plant maintenance and gardening of a government agency or lodging company. A gardener has responsibility in terms of providing flowers for decoration in rooms such as rooms, lobbies, restaurants and rest rooms. The selection of the best gardener is done manually so that it requires a strong memory and accuracy for a leader.To overcome this, a system is needed to support the mindset of a leader in making objective decisions. There are several methods in decision support systems that can be used, one of which is the Profile Matching algorithm, which is a simple method in decision support systems by comparing GAP between alternative values and criteria.It is hoped that this research can provide a solution in recommending the best gardener in the company.So that it can facilitate the leadership in making decisions.Keywords : decision support systems, best gardener,  profile matching

Abstract

Pesticides are chemicals and organic which are used by farmers to protect rice plants from pests, farmers often experience difficulties in choosing the pesticides to be used. Where pesticide products circulate very much in the market and offer various advantages of each product, but often farmers experience incompatibility with what has been offered by each product Where pesticide products circulate very much in the market and offer various advantages of each product, but often farmers experience incompatibility with what has been offered by each product. The incompatibility of pesticides used by farmers can affect the yields of farmers. The purpose of this study is as knowledge of farmers in determining the best pesticides to eradicate pests in rice plants, especially in the village of Bah Sampuran and apply the MAUT method (Multi Attribute Utility Theory) to calculate each criterion of alternatives and produce cracking in recommending the best pesticides to eradicate pests in plants rice. The criteria used are: the workings of the pesticides, the price of pesticides, many pests, shelf life, the effect on humans, the influence on rice plants, the influence on other animals, climate resistance. This application was built using Vb net programming language and MySql database. From the results of this study it was found that Alternative Plenum had the highest value with a value of 0.79 so that it became the best Pesticide recommendation.Keywords: Decision Support System, Pesticides, FOREIGN, Vb net, MySql

Abstract

Translator is a tool to assist in translating a language from another language. Translator is very useful for tourists when traveling to other countries or other regions that do not understand the language of the country or area visited. Translator is also very useful for a student or student to learn and add knowledge about foreign languages that are not understood. The availability of translators in a university to improve services for students or those who need them. Students don't all understand foreign languages. String matching is a search technique in a text that is often called string search. String matching is often used in text search, location search, dictionary and so on. String matching has several algorithms, including brute force, boyer moore, knuth morris pratt and many more algorithms contained in string mathing. The Indonesian to English translator application uses the string mathing brute force algorithm. Abstract

The Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) is a national association organization in Indonesia engaged in the field of social humanity. In certain months the blood demand has increased dramatically, this causes the availability of blood in the Indonesian Red Cross Medan City increasingly thinning. In addition to lack of blood, excess blood supply is also common in the Indonesian Red Cross. To overcome the above problems, the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) of Medan City is supplying blood stock so that when the needs are high they can balance the stock and if their blood needs are low they can stabilize the blood so that the blood is not wasted. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to build an application for the Implementation of the Amount of Blood Receipts and Demand in the Medan Red Cross by using the ID3 (Iterative Dichoimoiser 3) method so that it helps in the process of equalizing blood to make it more accurate and the decisions determined to be valid and satisfactory.Keywords: Data Mining, Blood Acceptance and Demand, Id3 (Iterative Dichoiomiser)

Abstract

Pengembangan teknologi komputer khususnya dalam pengiriman pesan chatting sangat pesar. Hal ini tentu membutuhkan keamanan yang baik agar aplikasi chatting yang digunakan mampu menjamin pesan yang dikirim tidak bisa dibaca oleh orangorang yang tidak berkepentingan dengan pesan tersebut. Pada penelitian ini digunakan algoritma RC-5 untuk mengamankan pesan chatting Client dan Server. Aplikasi yang dirancang melakukan enkripsi dan dekripsi dengan menerapkan algoritma RC5 (Rivest Code-5).

Abstract

Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP Sensor) pada mobil bermesin injeksi adalah alat atau komponen untuk mendekteksi tingkat kevacuuman pada intake Manipol karena hisapan dari Mesin EFI yang dirubah menjadi nilai tegangan yang dikirim ke ECU mesin. Selanjutnya dari ECU mesin EFI Informasi yang berasal dari tegangan output MAP sensor akan diteruskan ke Injektor untuk memberikan Suplai sejumlah bahan bakar sesuai kebutuhan mesin, gambaran mudahnya seperti itu. MAP sensor bisa ditemukan pada Mobil EFI dengan Mesin EFI Tipe D seperti contohnya Honda Cr-v,Honda Jazz Matic 2006 dan Lain lain. Mesin EFI tipe D ini juga bisa tetap dihidupkan tanpa MAP Sensor tetapi efeknya adalah konsumsi bbm yang terlalu boros sampai 1 liter untuk  4 kilometer akan tercium juga bau bensin yang tajam dari knalpot. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kerusakan  sensor-sensor yang terdapat pada mobil honda, serta juga menerapkan certainty factor dan merancang sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi kerusakan sensor. Metode ini merupakan proses untuk membuktikan apakah suatu fakta itu pasti ataukah tidak pasti yang berbentuk metric yang biasanya digunakan dalam sistem pakar. Berdasarkan hasil analisa, sistem ini dapat membantu proses konsultasi pengguna dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100% untuk menentukan jenis kerusakan sesuai letaknya dan 90,56% untuk menentukan jenis kerusakan  pada mobil sesuai tingkat kerusakan sensor tersebut.

Abstract

Before the arrival of disease, it is good for humans to prevent it, many plants grow that are beneficial to health, but so are the many diverse types of plants and their respective benefits so that it is difficult to understand which are beneficial for health which are not beneficial for health. To facilitate the search for plant health benefits for human health, it was designed using the Maximal Shift algorithm, where this algorithm as a solution in searching for plant health benefits for human health with the limited screen size of smartphones owned, string matching is needed as a process in the search. Application search for the benefits of plants for human health based on Android was designed using Eclipse Juno. Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Program (SIP) is a government-funded education assistance program for all school-aged children (6-21 years old) or from poor and vulnerable families (eg from families / household holders of prosperous family cards / PFC) or children who fulfill Predefined criteria. Smart Indonesia Program through Smart Card Indonesia (SCI) is part of the improvement of the Poor Student Support Program (PSSP) since late 2014. The author takes a case study on SD SWASTA ALWASHLIYAH Moho. SD SWASTA ALWASHLIYAH Moho is one of the primary schools in Simalungun regency that get SIP programs for students who are less able and have difficult economic constraints. This research is based on the problem of giving Smart Indonesia Card where the process of handling aid sometimes does not match the target or target. Invalid data causes errors in SIC divisions that should be given to eligible recipients. To overcome these problems required Decision Support System (DSS) is expected to solve problems in the provision of KIP with Electre method. The Electre method is a multicriteria decision-making method based on each appropriate criterion. The criteria used are: Parent Job, Elderly Income, The Number of Dependents, Number of Dependents Still Schooled, Raport Value, KKS Holders, Child Status, Residence, Type of Home. DSS SIP is only a recommendation decision to the school, for the next process handed back to the school.

Abstract

Information technology (IT) applied by the company can help increase the effectiveness and efficiency associated with the company's operational activities. Measurement of IT implementation is carried out on ABC companies engaged in information technology services in every business process. To integrate business processes with the current implementation of information technology, IT measurements are needed through the concept of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in ABC companies. In ABC companies, IT performance measurement is very important to know the extent of the company's business development stage so that it can achieve the organization's vision and mission in the short and long term. In terms of effectiveness and efficiency, ABC companies have information technology and prioritize meeting business and IT strategies. A number of business transactions carried out every day can run the risk of failure of IT implementation which impacts on the company's progress. The method used to measure IT maturity in ABC company is IT BSC combined with BTripleE Framework. From the results of the analysis conducted, there are various findings related to the risk and failure of IT implementation in the company so that an evaluation of IT is obtained which is used as a responsive action towards the IT implementation. After that, the description of the BTripleE Framework form is applied in the use of IT BSC that considers 4 perspectives through the calculation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), including corporate contribution, future orientation, operational excellence, and customer orientation.Keywords: IT Performance Measurement, IT Balanced Scorecard, BtrippleE Framework, Key Performance Indicator
