Abstract

Internet users find it difficult to compare and know the quality of services provided by Internet Service Providers (ISP), most Internet users choose an Internet Service Provider (ISP) based on the experience and advice of other users. This is not necessarily appropriate to the needs, because a valid decision must be considered and taken into account from the criteria available to obtain a decision. Decision support systems are designed to help decision making and are interpreted as a datadriven model system that has procedures in data processing and data processing results used to make a decision. Therefore, with the construction of decision support systems can help Internet users in making more efficient decisions. The method used in decision support systems is Elimintaion And Choice Translation Realty (ELECTRE). with the establishment of an Internet Service Provider (ISP) decision support system by applying the ELECTRE method that is expected to assist internet users in determining the Internet Service Provider (ISP) that suits their needs.

Abstract

The main occupations in 15 years and above are on average not suitable for their age, which is done by adults but is done by people 15 years and older. Therefore, I do grouping data on population 15 years and above so that we know what their main jobs are. Here I use data mining with the K-Medoids method to classify the population of 15 years according to the main occupation, this research was conducted in Indonesia. The K-Medoids method is a method of collecting data with the classic clustering partitioning technique that groups datasets from n objects into K groups known a priori. A useful tool for determining k is a silhouette. It is stronger to be agreed upon and bigger than K-Means because it must add to the difference in the difference in the square of the euclidean distance. Attractions that can be determined as cluster objects are average differences for all objects in the cluster are minimal. That is the easiest point in the cluster. K-Medoids uses objects in a collection of objects to represent a cluster. The object chosen to represent a cluster is called medoid. Clusters are built by calculating the proximity they have between a medoid and non-medoid objects.Keywords: Data mining, K-Medoid, Main Job Fields 15 years and above

Abstract

The reception of journalists at the Waspada Daily Medan always went through several rigorous selections before being determined to be accepted as journalists at the Waspada Medan Daily. There are several criteria that must be possessed by each participant as a condition for becoming a journalist in the Daily Alert Medan. To get the best participants, the Waspada Medan Daily needed a decision support system. Decision Support Systems (SPK) are part of computer-based information systems (including knowledge-based systems (knowledge management)) that are used to support decision making within an organization or company. Decision support systems provide a semitructured decision, where no one knows exactly how the decision should be made. In this study the authors applied the VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) as the method to be applied in the decision support system application. The VIKOR method is part of the Multi-Attibut Decision Making (MADM) Concept, which requires normalization in its calculations. Abstract

The philosopher is a scientist who is an expert in the field of philosophy or philosophy. A philosphere is generally able to think radically, rationally, competently, and have good logic. Filosofer has knowledge and extensive experience of science in the field of philosophy is something that can build a sense of optimism in general society, especially for students who are pursuing the field of philosophy to develop their knowledge related to philosophy, but a source of information that provides specifically for philosophers biographies are still limited so finding information is still difficult. Web application is one proof of current technological advances, web applications today can be utilized by many people and has become a necessity to access various kinds of important information. The philosophers web application built in this research is intended to make it easier for users to access information related to philosophers biographies that can have a positive impact on users. Abstract

Vocational schools that have been licensed from BNSP to LSP P1 (first party professional certification institute) are schools that have been able to carry out their own competency certification exams for their students and later a competency assessor who will test and declare the eligibility of the students, competency assessors are productive teachers who have participated in and been given training by the government, in that training the schools choose from the number of productive teachers from each department to become competency assessor trainees in accordance with predetermined criteria so a decision support system is needed so there is no gap in the selection of productive teacher assessor training participants, a vocational school that has become a P1 LSP must have a competency assessor and is a requirement to be a P1 LSP. one of the solutions to the problem is the right one by using the Decision Support System (SPK). Decision Support System (DSS) can help the school in making the decision to choose the productive teacher of the appropriate assessor training and improve the efficiency of the decision. The Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II) is a development of the Promethee II method based on the ideal and anti-ideal solution. Promethee II itself is a method of making decisions on the function of preferences with problems through an outranking approach (ranking) or is a multicriteria analysis, comparing one alternative to another and calculating the alternative gap in pairs so as to produce an output that is alternative ranking based on the highest value.Keywords: Competitive Assessor LSP P1, SPK, The Extended Promethee II

Abstract

The word fashion is synonymous with fashion, in today's digital era fashion has become a lifestyle that can introduce personality through fashion on social media. In the term fashion, there are many terms that form the basis of knowledge to match one's fashion. The term fashion is generally studied using foreign languages so that many ordinary people find it difficult to understand in more detail related to fashion terms so that there is a need for applications that adopt science related to the term fashion. An application that was built with the main objective to search for information such as fashion terms is inseparable from the existence of string matching. String matching can be interpreted as an activity that works to match something that is sought in a container with the contents stored in the container. Algortima string matching which is implemented to search for the meaning of the term fashion in this study is the Horspool algorithm. The horspool algorithm is a boyer-moore derivative algorithm, to go through the process when there is a mismatch of character patterns with text characters, the horspool algorithm uses bad-matches repeatedly until all the character patterns are found to have a match against the text. The results of the application built in this study can facilitate ordinary people who have difficulty finding information related to fashion terms more easily.Keywords: Implementation, Fashion Terms, Algorithms, Horspool

Abstract

Raskin is a rice program for the poor. The Raskin program is one of the government's efforts to reduce the burden of expenditure on poor families. However, in its field practice, the decision to determine the criteria for receiving rice that has already taken place usually does not refer to the criteria of poor families, resulting in the distribution of rice being misdirected. To help these problems, a decision support system will be established to assist in the distribution of Raskin which is right on target with the Multi-Objective Optimization Method On The Base Of Ratio Analysis (Moora). Decision Support System (SPK) is a computer-based system combining models and data in an attempt to solve unstructured problems with user involvement through a user interface that is easy to use. This system is used for assist decision making in semitructured situations and unstructured situations, where no one knows exactly how decisions should be made. The Moora method is a multicriteria decision making method based on each appropriate criterion. Abstract

A non-smoking area (KTR) is a room or area that is declared prohibited from engaging in smoking, producing, selling, advertising, promoting, or promoting tobacco products. The problem of smoking is still a national problem that needs to be continuously addressed, because it involves various aspects of problems in life, namely economic, social, political aspects, especially health aspects. It is estimated that more than 40.3 million children live with smokers and are exposed to cigarette smoke in their environment and are referred to as passive smokers. Meanwhile, we know that children who are exposed to secondhand smoke can have an increased risk of developing bronchitis, pneumonia, middle ear infections, asthma, and slowed lung growth. This early health damage can cause poor health in adulthood. Even non-smoker adults who are constantly exposed will also have an increased risk of lung cancer and other types of cancer. K-Medoids Clustering Algorithm is one algorithm used to group data.The data used are the data of 34 provinces implementing non-smoking areas obtained from the Indonesian Health Office. The data will be grouped into two clusters namely high and low clusters. Abstract

North Sumatra Office of education through the Directorate General of Teachers conducting the election of the head of the school is doing, with these activities the North sumatra Office of education hope school principals have success in education, so demanding to renew the social and professional attitude in managing education led. The election of the head of school is done to be able to improve quality and manage in school education so that it could be improved, so that it is able to answer the challenges of the global era-based excellence. The selection process should be free from the interests of religion, tribe or region. So that the final results of the election, do not cause harm to either party. But in pelaksanaanya there are some parties who feel aggrieved because of the lack of transparency of the assessment process and clear terms for the election of the head of school achievers. Resolve the problem then need to built a decision support system (SPK) which is able to provide the ability to solve problems with the condition of semi structured and unstructured. Use the perangkingan method, it is expected that it may facilitate in providing the principal election decision accomplished using VIKOR. The results obtained in this study is an alternative that has been dirangkingkan. Abstract

Indonesia is one of the most vital electric energy users. The development of the world of technology and information in its use does not escape from access to electricity. This study discusses the Implementation of Datamining in the Case of Electric Power Generated by Province. The increasing need for electricity usage from time to time has never escaped the attention and auspices of the government. The data source in this study was accessed from the official website of the Indonesian government, namely the Central Statistics Agency (http://www.bps.go.id). The data used in this study are data from 2011-2017 which consists of 33 provinces in Indonesia. In the analysis of this study using 3 (three) cluster levels, namely the first high level cluster (C1), the second moderate level cluster (C2) and the third low level cluster (C3). So that the final results of the analysis of the case study of Electric Power Generating by Province obtained new data and information, namely the high cluster province of 2 provinces namely East Java and Banten, the medium cluster province of 4 provinces namely North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Java and Central Java while low cluster provinces as much as 27 in other provinces. The results of the analysis of this study can be used as input for the government and the State Electricity Company (PLN), in order to make the province of the highest cluster category a top priority in increasing the growth of power plants as well as being more interactive in the utilization of electricity effectively and efficiently.Keywords: Data Mining, K-Means, Clustering, Energy, Electric Power, Province
