Abstract

Penjadwalan kuliah dengan menggunakan algoritma Ant Colony mampu memberikan solusi alternatif pada proses penjadwalan mata kuliah di STMIK Budi Darma Medan yang menginginkan waktu yang  optimal. Dalam penjadwalan mata kuliah penjadwalan sejumlah mata kuliah dimana untuk setiap mata kuliah diberikan sejumlah ruangan dan jadwal atau periode waktu penyelenggaraan. Jika ada dua mata kuliah diikuti oleh sejumlah mahasiswa yang sama, maka akan terjadi konflik jika kedua mata kuliah tersebut dijadwalkan bersamaan. Dua mata kuliah dianggap memiliki konflik apabila penyelenggaraannya bersamaan dan melibatkan dosen yang sama, atau ruangan yang sama, atau minimal melibatkan sejumlah mahasiswa yang sama. Metode yang akan diterapkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan penjadwalan kuliah ini adalah metode algoritma semut. Dengan metode ini diharapkan akan diperoleh kombinasi terbaik untuk pasangan matakuliah dan dosen pengajar secara keseluruhan serta ketersediaan ruang yang cukup.

Abstract

The large amount of data that has been stored in memory or hard disk will result in increasing the amount of usage capacity on the storage media. Large file sizes can also affect the time of sending or transferring data between storage media. Therefore humans conduct a study in order to have alternative ways to overcome these problems, one of them is by means of compression techniques. In this research, an image file compression application program was built using the interpolative coding method. In building applications using Visual Basic.Net software. The construction of this application is expected to reduce storage media capacity usage. Abstract

The use of digital image plays an important role as a form of information due to the advantages possessed. Although rich in information, not all imagery has a good visual appearance. This can be caused by noise, color intensity that is too contrast or blurred. Noise itself is a disturbance caused by the deviation of digital data received by the image data receiving device, ranging from movement during shooting by optical devices such as cameras, the use of optical devices that are not focused, the lighting is short so as to reduce the number of photons captured by optical devices, or weather when shooting. Noise can be removed using filtering techniques. Low-quality image caused by noise requires improvement measures to improve image quality without reducing more image detail quality and produce images with fairly accurate information, noise can be reduced or eliminated by using filtering techniques

Abstract

Image file size is sometimes relatively large where the better the quality of the image produced, the pixel shape needed to record the image is bigger. With a very large image file size, at the time of the transfer process the transfer process could fail because the storage space media exceeds its limit. As for the Solution in this problem is how the image file can be compressed in order to accelerate the transfer and storage of image files. compression on image files is done by reducing the shape of the image file by reducing the bit in the image file, but does not eliminate the information data in it. By running compression, large files will shrink in size so that it can save storage space. In this study, the algorithm used is Subexponential Code, by using this method, the compression results from the k value have different results from each value, and the compression results will be advantageous in sending, and transferring image files will be easier.Keywords: image file compression, subexponential code algorithm

Abstract

The image is a function of 2 (two) dimensions f (x, y), where x and y are the coordinates that show the space, and the value of f (x, y) is called the image intensity at the coordinates. Digital image is an image that has a limited value of x, y, f (x, y). Digital images consist of a limited number of elements, where each element has coordinates and values. These elements are called pixels (Gonzalez and Woods., 2007). One method of randomization in the image is Arnold Transformation where the image is transformed using a cat map, which is a 2x2 matrix. After transformation, the value of each pixel gets new coordinates until the image does not have its original shape. As a result of the above problems, the author uses the basis of Arnold Transformation, to change the value of the map paint with Fibonacci and Lucas series for designing this application so that the randomization results have a higher level of security. The purpose of this study is (1) to do digital image randomization using Fibonacci and Lucas transforms so that the image does not have its original shape anymore and (2) save the randomized images into storage memory. The benefits of this study are (1) the design of digital image randomization applications, so that image security increases and (2) the effectiveness of the Fibonacci and lucas transformation methods in digital image randomization.Keywords: Image Processing, Fibonacci and Lucas

Abstract

Bantuan pemberian tanah garapan merupakan sebuah program yang terdapat di Desa Trans Aliaga Ujung Batu III. Program tersebut merupakan program kerja desa setempat untuk diberikan kepada masyarakat yang kurang mampu. Masyarakt Desa Aliaga Ujung Batu III memiliki komoditas utama kehidupan pada sektor perkebunan. Bantuan tanah garapan diberikan guna membantu masyarakat sekitar yang tidak memiliki lahan perkebunan untuk ditanami tanaman yang dapat dijual setelah panennya. Bantuan diberikan dengan tujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat pada Desa Aliaga Ujung Batu III. Tahapan prosedur yang dilakukan dalam memilih masyarakat yang layak menerima bantuan tidaklah mudah harus berdasarkan dengan kriteria-kriteria yang telah di tentukan oleh Kepala Desa, sehingga memungkinkan menimbulkan hasil yang kurang objektif. Sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sistem sebagai acuan untuk proses pemilihan masyarakat yang layak menerima bantuan. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan solusi yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Dengan menggunakan Metode EDAS didalam proses pemilihannya. Metode EDAS merupakan metode pemilihan berdasarkan dengan nilai normalisasi bobot dan jarak solusi positif dan solusi negatif. Dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan dapat memberikan rekomendasi kelayakan penerima tanah garapan berdasarkan ranking, dari 15 calon peserta penerima tanah garapan terdapat 5 calon peserta saja yang berhak menerima bantuan tanah, adapun 5 peserta yang berhak mendapatkan bantuan tanah dengan ranking terbesar adalah (A9) Sakiman dengan ranking  0,596, (A13) Margono denga  ranking 0,060, (A12) Yatno dengan ranking 0,059,  (A4) Oyok Kuswadi dengan ranking 0,046, (A14) Dikun dengan rank 0,047.

Abstract

CV. MITRA JAYA PERKASA is a company engaged in CCTV installation services where demand for CCTV installation is one of the important factors. Therefore it is very important to know the cctv installation request pattern so that it can adjust to the warehouse stock and the cctv goods linkage. With the help of computers can be used as a solution to the problem, where by building a data mining system which is a knowledge-based computer program that provides solutions to problems and get information from large data warehouses. In this case the company can analyze the cctv installation request pattern using the market basket analysis method. It is expected that this data mining can provide information on the cctv installation request pattern and adjust the warehouse stock. Abstract

Mahasiswa penyandang gelar predikat lulusan terbaik yaitu kebanggaan setiap perguruan tinggi, baik swasta maupun negeri. Gelar predikat lulusan terbaik yang terpilih diperoleh dari beberapa kriteria, seperti nilai Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK), Berorganisasi, Capaian Prestasi, Semester Antara/Ujian Perbaikan, dan Attitude selama masa pendidikan di suatu perguruan tinggi. Dalam penentuan mahasiswa lulusan terbaik terkadang muncul kendala ataupun problem sehingga menyebabkan kesulitan pada saat pemilihan calon penyandang gelar lulusan terbaik. Oleh sebab itu, untuk menentukan calon penyandang gelar lulusan terbaik setiap alternatif harus memiliki kriteria. Yang mana, setiap kriteria memiliki bobot yang telah ditentukan masing-masing dan dilakukan dengan proses penyelesaian menggunakan metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS), Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW), Weighted Product (WP) untuk proses perangkingan. Nilai  atau rangking tertinggi akan dijadikan sebagai rekomendasi alternatif yang akan memperoleh gelar predikat lulusan terbaik. Namun metode ketiga metode ini akan dibandingkan lagi dengan menggunakan metode perbandingan eksponensial guna untuk menemukan metode mana yang paling tepat digunakan untuk penentuan lulusan terbaik. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan komparasi metode WASPAS, WP, dan SAW dalam pemilihan calon penyandang gelar predikat mahasiswa lulusan terbaik dengan menerapkan metode perbandingan ekponensial. Hasil akhir dari komparasi ketiga metode tersebut setelah dilakukan perbandingan dengan MPE menunjukkan bahwa perolehan ranking atau nilai total terendah lah yang akan diposisikan sebagai rangking pertama, dan rangking pertama jatuh kepada allternatif metode SAW dengan perolehan nilai sebesar 3,2469. Metode SAW lebih tepat diterapkan dalam penentuan lulusan terbaik Universitas Budi Darma karena metode SAW lebih cepat prosesnya, baik berdasarkan segi jumlah poses maupun waktu proses penyelesaian perhitungannya.

Abstract

PMI (Indonesian Red Cross) is a national association organization in Indonesia engaged in the field of social humanity. In carrying out its duties PMI does not make a difference but rather prioritizes victims who most need immediate help for the safety of their souls. The Indonesian Red Cross Office (PMI) Medan provides a reward or award with the aim of improving the performance of the blood distribution process in charge, and to determine the priority of blood distribution, alternatives and criteria are needed to become a reference in the selection process. Decision Support System is one way that can be used in the priority process of blood distribution. In this study, the authors used the Extended Promethee II (Exprome II) method to find the weight value of the criteria, and to find the final value or to find the priority value of blood distribution. Thus a Decision Support System is needed in order to help the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Medan to determine the priority of blood distribution.Keywords: Decision Support System, The Extended Promthee II, Priority Selection of Blood distribution
