Abstract

This research studied the effect of temperature on the mass transfer rate and degradation rate of natural dye extraction. As the representative, two natural dyes extracted from Senduduk and Susupan Gunung plants were employed. Senduduk and Susupan Gunung are weed plants that are often found in peatlands. Susupan Gunung is easily found in South Kalimantan, and local people use it as a natural dye for handicraft products. Senduduk is often found in the South Sumatra area also used as a natural dye for traditional fabrics. Senduduk and Susupan Gunung were extracted in a three-neck flask using water as a solvent at temperatures of 50°, 70°, and 90°C. Samples of the extract solution were taken at certain times until the tannin concentration was constant. The tannin concentration in the solution was analyzed using volumetric methods. Experimental data consists of tannin concentrations in solution at various times. The mass transfer coefficient, equilibrium constant, and tannin degradation rate constant were determined by minimizing the sum square of errors between experimental data and the model. Senduduk contains more tannin (0.0094 g/cm3 solution) than Susupan Gunung (0.0079 g/cm3 solution), and Senduduk has a higher mass transfer coefficient than Susupan Gunung. The higher the temperature, the greater the rate of tannin degradation. During the extraction process, extract of Senduduk and Susupan Gunung leaves are stable at 50°C, which tends to degrade faster at higher temperatures.

Abstract

This research aims to see the differences in the Discovery Learning learning model in the History of Islamic Culture subject carried out in three schools by classifying student learning outcomes based on gender. This research was carried out at SMPN 2 Parongpong, SMP Unggulan Al Amin, and SMP Roudlotul Ulum using a quantitative research approach with a sample of 35 students at SMPN 2 Parongpong, 36 students at SMP Unggulan Al Amin, and 33 students at SMP Roudlotul Ulum for a total of 104 students. This research instrument uses a test with testing requirements for data analysis used consisting of a normality test and a homogeneity test using Shapiro-Wilk with the help of SPSS version 26 software. In this study it can be concluded that the learning outcomes in the History of Islamic Culture material using the Discovery Learning learning model at SMPN 2 Parongpong, Al Amin Unggulan Middle School, and Roudlotul Ulum Middle School, there are significant differences in the students' school origins but there are no differences based on gender and interactions that occur between school origins and students' gender. So that for further research, learning can be carried out on Islamic Cultural History material which is reviewed based on student learning outcomes based on school origin and cognitive stage using Analysis of Variance testing to see the differences and interactions that occur using the Discovery Learning model.

Abstract

Abstract

PT Alliance Consumer Products Indonesia is an industrial company manufacturing personal health care, especially bath soap products. In the business world, quality is a very important factor in consumer purchasing interest. With many competitors in this business, PT Alliance Consumer Products Indonesia must always maintain and even improve the quality of its products. The problem that arises at PT Alliance Consumer Products Indonesia is that the quality of the products is often damaged beyond the company's quality standards. Therefore, research was conducted to evaluate the factors causing damage and implement repair strategies. This research uses the Quality Control Circle (QCC) method to analyze the cause and effect of each type of defect and seven tools. The research results show that there are three main types of defects, namely Blek Particles (152,312 pcs), Homogeneous (152,966 pcs), Dent Soap (165,251 pcs) which are influenced by human, machine, material and environmental factors. The results of calculating the percentage of the largest number of failures were for Dent Soap, namely 35%. Proposed improvements that need to be carried out include increasing supervision of workers, directing SOPs, especially on material processes (raw materials), and also the need to conduct training to hone the abilities of employees at the company.

Abstract

Service at the hospital is a very important thing that must be obtained by every patient, both BPJS patients and patients with public fees.  Patient satisfaction depends on the quality of service provided by the hospital.  Service is all the efforts made by all employees at the hospital to meet patient satisfaction.  Patient satisfaction is also an assessment that will be obtained by the hospital.  If the patient gets good service then the hospital will get a good rating, and if the patient gets bad service then it is not impossible for the hospital to get a bad rating. Based on comments submitted by the public on social media regarding the quality of hospital services in Indonesia, it has become a benchmark for related parties so that they can monitor and try to improve the quality of hospital services throughout Indonesia and understand the needs and desires of patients so that people can experience good service. Therefore  , sentiment analysis using the text mining algorithm and TF-IDF aims to find out how the public is satisfied with the quality of hospital services in Indonesia which will be categorized into positive and negative sentiments. After carrying out the process using the text mining algorithm and TF-IDF by following the research series and stages, sentiment analysis based on 50 comment data regarding the Quality of Hospital Services in Indonesia obtained results with a positive sentiment of "35.36" % and a negative sentiment of "64",  63" %.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the causes and legal consequences of underage marriage practices and to examine their application based on Law Number 23 of 2002 on Child Protection, as amended by Law Number 35 of 2014. The research uses a normative juridical method with a statutory and case approach, supported by empirical data collected in Lempuyang Village, Tanara District, Serang Regency. The findings indicate that underage marriage still occurs due to low legal awareness, economic pressure, and strong cultural influences. Legally, such practice contradicts the principles of child protection as it neglects the child’s right to proper growth and development. The lenient granting of marriage dispensation further weakens the enforcement of the law. Based on the Theory of Child Protection and Utilitarian Theory, early marriage provides no legal benefit but instead creates social harm, such as school dropout, poverty, and domestic violence. Therefore, stricter law enforcement and continuous legal education are required to prevent these practices and ensure the protection of children’s rights comprehensively
