Abstract

Clinic is a health service facility that provides individual health services providing basic or specific medical services, organized by more than one type of health and led by medical personnel. The service activities carried out are in the form of public services. So far, the service system at the Sejahtera Medika Clinic starts from patient registration, input patient data, diagnoses and prescribes, payments and reports data that still uses the manual method, namely bookkeeping using a ledger. This causes several obstacles that often hinder the clinical management, especially in obtaining data related to patient service information. For this reason, it is necessary to develop a system that utilizes computer technology with a guaranteed security system, then the data is stored in a database and stored automatically. The development method used in this research is the Waterfall method, where there are 5 stages, namely: Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and Maintenance. In the implementation using UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools including Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams

Abstract

Corn is a food crop that produces carbohydrates. The increasing need for food is in line with the population growth. The need for corn is an aspect that must be met by the Indonesian government in an effort to prosper the community. in order to determine the quality of corn harvests that are good and in accordance with the desired target. Corn productivity at the North Sumatra Provincial Agriculture Office changes every year. This requires predictions to know the future image for the harvest whether it will increase or decrease. Based on the situation in Simalungun district, a system that can predict corn harvest is needed to assist farmers in predicting how much they will harvest. Results of predicting corn harvest. in North Sumatra Province in 2019 the largest was 767304.6 (tons) and the smallest yield was 51 (tons) and the largest land area was 111386(ha) and the smallest was 554(ha). While the largest harvested area in 2019 was 108898 (ha) and the smallest was 9 (ha). For 2020, the harvested area is 106682 (ha) and the land area is 28412.5 (ha), so the prediction results in 2020 are 205148.16 (tons)

Abstract

To produce electric power in a power system, it is necessary to find a way to keep the cost of generator fuel consumption or operating costs of the entire system to a minimum by determining the combined output power of each generating unit under the constraints of the system load demands and the limits of the generation capacity of each generating unit. . This method is known as economic generation. The researcher usually using conventional method such us Lagrange and more modern methods, Artificial Intelligence, such us Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Genetic Algorithm (GA) to solve economic dispatch problem. The newest technology in Artificial Intelligence had invented a new method to solve economic dispatch, it’s named micro-Genetic Algorithm (µ-GA). In this paper, µ-GA is applied to solve economic dispatch in IEEE 30 Bus Transmission System. Then the result will be compared by Lagrange and conventional GA. Thus the simulation show that µ-GA has better result than Lagrange and conventional GA. In IEEE 30 Bus System, μ-GA method results generation cost of 568.80 $/h with the generated power of 189.45 MW and system losses of  0.25 MW in 30th generation. It is 2.64% cheaper than the GA method and 1.15% cheaper than the Lagrange method. Finally, it can be said that in the case of economic dispatch in IEEE 30 Bus Transmission System, the μ-GA method is the best method compared to the Lagrange and GA methods.

Abstract

SMK Gandasari is one of the vocational high schools in Tangerang City. The purpose of the school authority is to improve student discipline related to increasing student discipline at school, namely by attendance in class or in attendance calls. Parents are still very concerned about the condition of the children at school, whether they really behave well or not, and parents cannot do direct monitoring but have to wait when the report cards are distributed. In monitoring violations, Gandasari Vocational School students still use paper media, namely by being recorded in a book, this makes information about student behavior slow to reach parents. To overcome this, a student monitoring information system is needed at the Gandasari Vocational School to communicate information to parents of students that are directly related to the condition of their students at school through computerized data processing using a web-based system. To analyze the problem data and the needs of a student monitoring information system using the waterfall method, with stages of needs analysis, design, code generation, system design with Unified Modeling Language (UML) Diagrams, programs and testing. The waterfall method has the main stages of the waterfall model that reflect basic development activities. There are 5 (five) stages in the Waterfall method, namely requirements analysis and definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, and operation and maintenance. The result of this research is a website for student violation information systems as a solution to existing problems
