Abstract

Currently, retail business competition in Indonesia is very tight, it is proven that it is easy to find retailers around, and in almost every region of Indonesia. To provide satisfaction to customers, companies must be able to sell goods or services of the best quality, at reasonable prices and improve service quality. This research was conducted by distributing 100 questionnaires and calculating using the Customer Satisfaction Index (Csi) method which aims to determine the overall level of customer satisfaction and then calculating the Service Quality (Sq) to determine the GAP value or the gap in customer perceptions and expectations. From the results of calculations using the Customer Satisfaction Index (Csi) MajuBersama method gets a score of 90.74%, which means that customers are very satisfied with MajuBersama's services and must continue to be maintained and improved for Alfamart to get a score of 78.32% indicating that the level of satisfaction Alfamart customers in general are in the satisfied category, which means there is one more level, namely the range of 81 to 100. So it can be said that the performance of Alfamart is good, but Alfamart must continue to improve the quality of service, especially on attributes whose service value is less than satisfactory and can maintain or improve attributes that are very important and very satisfying in order to increase satisfaction with Alfamartservices

Abstract

Decision support system is the implementation of several decision-making theories by sciences such as operations research and management science. There are several differences, namely if in the past to find a solution to the problem at hand, iteration calculations had to be done manually or usually looked for the minimum, maximum, and optimum values, now Pc computers have offered the ability to solve the same problems in a relatively short time. In this study using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method for collecting data on receipts of social assistance funds for poor families carried out by PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. become more systematic and the right of recipients of social assistance funds is right for the people in need

Abstract

A securities company has a purpose as an intermediary for stock trading between investors and the stock company to be purchased. Securities companies must be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and supervised by the Financial Services Authority. The limited information that potential investors can receive regarding the criteria for selecting securities companies causes potential investors to have difficulty comparing each company. And no system supports decisions in this election. Based on the research, obtained eight assessment criteria in the selection of securities companies, as well as determining the weight of each criterion by calculating the Likert scale and determining the cost or benefit attribute for each criterion, as follows: initial deposit fee (15%) cost, transaction fee (12%) cost, stock recommendation fee (12%) cost, registration process time (12%) cost, support application rating (12%) benefit, company establishment (9%) benefit, customer service response (15%) cost, and features (15%) ) benefits. In this study, the authors use five alternatives. The calculation process results in a ranking, and the top-ranking is a highly recommended alternative based on existing criteria and weights. Then a website-based decision support system is made with the SAW method, which can assist in selecting securities companies based on the desired criteria and weights. Users can also view information on the value of each criterion given by each securities company

Abstract

Assessment of the performance of the Study Program is a routine activity carried out by the College to continuously improve the quality of its services. One form of assessment of the performance of the study program is the accreditation of the institution. Therefore, it is necessary to build a system that is able to perform automatic assessment of the performance of the study program. In performance assessments are often found the variables used are quantitative and / or qualitative. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) can be viewed as an aggregation operator for variables of quantitative and qualitative value. This Study Program performance assessment system uses the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method and the software development method used, rad (rapid application development). This system produces an efficiency value of the level of performance of all Study Programs at the Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif in general and the Graphic Design Study Program (Kampus Medan) in particular, whether it is optimal or not, if not then this system aims to provide material consideration of the value of variables / attributes that need to be reduced or added. The data obtained from these measurements can be used as an analysis of the situation of the next program. The way this application works is designed using the php programming language, and the CodeIgniter framework, on the database server section using MySQL

Abstract

The selection of prospective participants in the student skills competition is a prestigious event for all students who attend Vocational High Schools throughout Indonesia, a prospective LKS is tasked with providing the results of a job in the competence of the competition being contested. The selection of the expected LKS candidates is not easy, because the decision to accept or not LKS candidates is still carried out in the old way, namely based on the selection of teachers in the competency areas being contested. This results in inaccurate selection decision making and the results are not appropriate and not on target, for that a decision support system is needed that will later assist decision making. Decision support system with application of methodTechnique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) It is very much needed in order to be able to help make the right decisions in determining the selection of prospective student skills competitions (LKS) on building drawing engineering competencies. Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution is a multi-criteria decision-making method or alternative choice which is an alternative that has the smallest distance from the positive ideal solution and the largest distance from the negative ideal solution from a geometric point of view by using distance.TOPSIS is known that from 3 three students the higher preference value is 0.8846, so that the result of the best student selection decision is the 2nd student. and accurate so that the resulting information can be used as decision support.

Abstract

Website Tanjungbalai Library, is one of the most visited by people to find the necessary information, not only that, the website is also a place where people exchange ideas and share knowledge. The Tanjungbalai library website server currently does not have security, of course this will have an impact on the security of the existing data on the website, therefore to prevent unwanted things such as theft or hacking of the Tanjungbalai library website here researchers will take advantage of the features contained in cloud-based cpanel software. So that the security of the library's website server will be maximized, at this time there are still many weaknesses and shortcomings found on the library website, later IP visitors who try to damage will be blocked only by utilizing features on cloud-based cpanel. Information that is less tested and accurate will certainly be very disturbing in the decision-making process and in making reports.
