One effort in the development of information technology today requires fast and accurate information in its implementation. in the assessment of the work ability of well-performing and poor employees with the support of a decision support system it produces one of the implementations of the development of information technology in improving the quality of the company's work. where the decision making process determines employee demotion is still done manually. still there are often a number of errors such as misdirection. Therefore, to make an assessment in making a decision to choose a decent demotion employee based on the assessment carried out in the field. Then the decision support system that will be built with a computerized system so that decision making is done quickly and accurately. For this decision support system, use the Profile Matching method or matching the demotion of employee demos with the profile of the employee assessed with the specified Criteria. Making an application program must be made carefully, so that it looks easy to understand and proven useful and useful for users. the system built can help PT. Nafasindo in determining the demotion of employees who are decent and can reduce errors in determining the demotion of employees

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is a mental condition where a person experiences panic attacks that are triggered by past experience trauma. Having a traumatic event is a hard thing for anyone. Health services to the community are needed to support a healthy lifestyle. Limitations of health services in the community that are inadequate have a lot of negative impacts on some people who suffer from an illness, especially mental disorders caused by several events. This limitation will become an obstacle due to lack of health infrastructure in terms of consultation of the disease so that sufferers do not know the symptoms such as what they have experienced and how far the disease has been identified, so it is very much needed a solution and alternative in handling the problem of limited health services. By building a system that can help people with the disease, is expected to provide solutions for people with disease to take an action or consultation with an expert based on the system.

Today many people are competing in building businesses to meet their basic daily needs. Sausage trade business is one of the businesses in the culinary field. Of course, the traders doesn’t want a lost in their business. Therefore, traders must have the right technique or method to grow up and increased their business profits. This study is using the simplex method and supported by information technology that is POM-QM to estimating the maximum profit gained from each production which is made by sausage trader per day, so that it has an accurate calculation estimate. The calculation of maximum benefit is reaches in Rp 63.000,00 per day.

Implementing Information Technology and Archiving (PSTIK) is a field that has the main task of helping the head of service in leading and carrying out the task of managing information and communication technology. PSTIK is currently not computerized and only relies on whatsapp or telephone connections to address hardware, software or internet network issues called Ticketing Helpdesk. This application allows that at the time of the approval and processing process there is no error in communication at the DPMPTS of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. With this Ticketing Helpdesk information system, it is expected to be able to assist operational activities so as to support business processes in the PSTIK sector to be better than the previous system

Lottery or commonly known as a lottery is one way to raise funds used for humanitarian projects and social activities or a way to determine the winner randomly. So, the lottery does a random gift-giving process and the lottery is synonymous with the lottery. The design of a lottery winner randomization application is one of the more modern ways and can attract many lottery participants to enter the lottery by reducing the cost of printing and distributing lottery tickets. One of them is the blum blub shub method, which is a method that functions to generate random numbers mathematically with the resulting output is a series of binary numbers. the numbers that are made as winners. The use of media as a learning tool is appropriate and interesting in the introduction of traffic signs to increase knowledge. Traffic game application is a media that is run on an android smartphone as a means to recognize and learn the types of traffic signs. The research method in designing a traffic sign game is Quad-Tree which collision collision / collision of two different objects in the game area by dividing the arena of the same size game if there are two or more objects in the same area so divide the area again into four equal sized parts until no objects are in the same area. Providing interesting knowledge and while playing to the community, a traffic game application is designed to provide knowledge of road equipment containing symbols, letters, numbers, sentences or a combination of them, which are used to provide warnings, prohibitions, commands and instructions in the past educational games cross.

One of the tasks in the field of marketing finance is to analyze customer data to find out which customers have the potential to do credit again. The method used to analyze customer data is by classifying all customers who have completed their credit installments into marketing targets, so this method causes high operational marketing costs. Therefore this research was conducted to help solve the above problems by designing a data mining application that serves to predict the criteria of credit customers with the potential to lend (credit) to Mega Auto Finance. The Mega Auto finance Fund Section located in Kotim Regency is a place chosen by researchers as a case study, assuming the Mega Auto finance Fund Section has experienced the same problems as described above. Data mining techniques that are applied to the application built is a classification while the classification method used is the Decision Tree (decision tree). While the algorithm used as a decision tree forming algorithm is the C4.5 Algorithm. The data processed in this study is the installment data of Mega Auto finance loan customers in July 2018 in Microsoft Excel format. The results of this study are an application that can facilitate the Mega Auto finance Funds Section in obtaining credit marketing targets in the future

Until now the agricultural sector still plays an important role in the national economy. Fruits are commercial commodities which are very strategic to be developed and traded in regional, national and international markets. So that the optimal conditions in an area for the production of commodity types of fruit is a very important comparative advantage. Based on data on fruit production results in the Office of Food and Horticultural Crops of North Sumatra showing several regions with varying amounts of fruit yields. For this reason, grouping of potential fruit-producing regions is needed to be based on the names of districts / cities that have the potential to produce fruit. By using the K-Means Clustering Method, the division of regional groups can be done based on the harvested area (Ha), production (tons) and the year of harvest. In this research, clustering of fruit-producing potential areas was carried out using the K-Means algorithm. By using K-Means aims to facilitate the grouping of an area in knowing the level of potential based on districts / cities in the province of North Sumatra

Shiau Printing is one of the businesses engaged in printing. This business often experiences production optimization problems, namely in terms of determining the maximum profit from the two types of products produced, namely banners and billboards. Constraints faced in the form of limited production resources, such as flexi materials. This problem can be solved by implementing linear programming using the simplex method and then testing it using the POM-QM application for Windows. Based on the results of calculations that have been made, a decision was drawn that the Shiau Printing could obtain a maximum income of IDR 15,000,000 -, / month.
