Abstract

Kriftografi is one of the branches of subjects whose discussion is about security, data confidentiality and data integrity. But not all security can be solved by cryography. Cryptography can also be interpreted as science or art to maintain data security. When a data can be sent from one place to another, the contents of the data may be tapped by irresponsible parties. To maintain the data file, the data can be converted into a code that cannot be understood by other parties. Encryption is an encoding process that changes a code or data from what is commonly understood, called a plaintext, into a code that cannot be understood, called ciphertext. While the reverse process for converting a ciphertext into a plaintext is called decryption. The process of encryption and decryption requires a certain mechanism and key, and the unity of this system is often called a cipher. By using the classic vegenere cipher method and this cipher, it is expected to be able to secure text files. By encrypting and describing the text file, it becomes safer.

Abstract

Penyakit Jamur akar putih,diakibatkanoleh lahan yang dipenuhi sisa tanaman hutan atau bekas tanaman karet yang tidak dicabut dan dibakar yang menjadi serang koloni jamur akar putih. Penyakit jamur akar putih dapat menyebabkan kematian tanaman langsung, sehingga populasi pohon per satuan luas menjadi berkurang dan sebagai akibatnya produktivitas kebun menjadi sangat rendah.Kepastiandiagnosaterhadappenyakit jamur akar putihdapatdilakukanmelaluipemeriksaan laboratorium. Sistem pakar adalah program komputer yang menirukan penalaran seorang pakar dengan keahlian pada suatu wilayah pengetahuan tertentu (Turban,1995). Sistem pakar mencoba mencari solusi, memberikan saran atau kesimpulan yang konsisten  terhadap permasalahan yang ditemukannya. Pada penelitian ini, penulis mendiagnosa penyakit pada jamur akar putih. dengan membangun sebuah sistem pakar yang dapat menganalisa gejala-gejala penyakit menjadi  sebuah  keputusan namapenyakit dengan menggunakan  metodeForward Chainingsebagaimetodepenelusurandan metode certainty factorsebagaimetode untukmenghitungnilaikepercayaanatas gejalayangdiberikanolehpakar.

Abstract

Sistem pakar adalah salah satu cabang dari AI (Artificial Intelligence) yang membuat penggunaan secara luas knowledge yang khusus untuk penyelesaian masalah tingkat manusia yang pakar. Sistem pakar merupakan suatu program aplikasi komputerisasi yang berusaha menirukan proses penalaran dari seseorang ahlinya dalam memecahkan masalah spesifikasi atau biasa dikatakan merupakan duplikasi dari seorang pakar karena pengetahuannya disimpan di dalam basis pengetahuan untuk proses pemecahan masalah. Penyakit Mata Merah merupakan keluhan penderita yang sering di dengar. Keluhan ini timbul akibat terjadinya perubahan warna bola mata yang sebelumnya berwarna putih menjadi merah. Mata terlihat merah akibat melebarnya pembuluh darah konjungtiva yang terjadi pada peradangan mata akut, misalnya pada keratitis, pleksus arteri konjungtiva permukaan melebar, pada iritis dan glaukoma akut kongestif. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan ini bertujuan untuk menentukan penyebab penyakit yang diderita dengan hanya memperhatikan gejala-gejala yang dialami oleh penderita. Dengan menggunakan metode bayes mampu menunjukkan ukuran kepastian terhadap suatu fakta dari gejala-gejala yang ada. Keluaran sistem berupa hasil pemeriksaan penyakit Mata Merah yang diderita berdasarkan gejala-gejalanya.

Abstract

Traffic signs are part of equipment - road safety which contains symbols serves to convey messages to road or traffic users as an effort to bring order, make it comfortable and safe for road users and the activities of those around them. Obeying traffic signs for traffic safety and order is very important to avoid accidents and violations of traffic regulations. Learning and awareness of the importance of traffic signs need to be instilled in the community from an early age, namely to children. Learning is a process or effort to create optimal learning conditions so that the competencies and learning objectives can be achieved. Computer-assisted learning or CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction) is one effective and efficient way of teaching and learning. Learning media must also be flexible. Examples of media in question are a device based on Android because it can be used en masse, easily accessible to anyone, and can be used in various places. Android is a system designed for touch screens mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet computers. With Android-based learning, users will be easier to understand, more interested and able to access material anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

Movements include attitudes, commitment, achievement, age based on the highest level of achievement. Abstract

Citra hasil rekaman kamera digital sering sekali terdapat beberapa gangguan yang mungkin terjadi, seperti lensa tidak fokus, muncul bintik-bintik yang disebabkan oleh proses capture yang tidak sempurna, pencahayaan yang tidak merata yang mengakibatkan intensitas tidak seragam, kontras citra terlalu rendah sehingga objek sulit dipisahkan dari latarbelakangnya, atau gangguan yang disebabkan oleh kotoran- kotoran yang menempel pada citra dan lain sebagainya. Meskipun sebuah citra kaya akan informasi, namun sering kali citra yang dimiliki mengalami penurunan mutu, misalnya mengandung cacat atau noise. Tentu saja citra semacam ini menjadi lebih sulit untuk diinterpretasikan karena informasi yang disampaikan oleh citra tersebut menjadi berkurang. Untuk mengatasi noise tersebut perlu dilakukan usaha untuk memperbaiki kualitas citra itu. Kata Kunci: Reduksi Noise pada Citra, GeometricMean Filter

Abstract

PT. Alfar Teknologi Solusindo is engaged in the field of IT consultants whose fields of work include procurement of goods, hardware installation, and software, and after sales that must be maintained in order to be able to solve problems that occur in the Client, both clients in Jakarta and outside the Province DKI Jakarta because of course it has a need to be interconnected. Problems that often occur if there are problems outside Jakarta that require technicians to go to an area where more costs, time and peace are needed. To overcome the problems faced by PT Alfar Teknologi Solusindo he designed an Integrated Light Out Implementation in Virtual Private Network Networks at PT. Alfar Teknologi Solusindo. This implementation is expected to be able to monitor and be able to access directly to the server even though the server hardware is in a dead state or a blue screen remotely thereby reducing the costs incurred by the company.

Abstract

Currently the development of information technology is developing fast and demands to create an application that can solve an existing problem but has not found a solution. In the process of knowing the amount of stock, sometimes it will be difficult if you have to check manually. The application in XYZ shopping center warehouse is based on the need for accurate and accurate information management in managing the status of goods in the warehouse. The methodology used is the waterfall method, this model describes the development of software such as the flow of a waterfall, starting analysis requirements as the beginning of the process up to coding and testing at the end of the process. This application was designed using the SDLC method, by applying the Waterfall model and built using web programming languages, namely WordPress and MySQL for data storage. The result of the application is that the system can display the status of goods and provide the latest reports needed by the car shop manager

Abstract

In determining the best motorcycle mechanics, there are many criteria that must be owned by every mechanic as a condition to become a motorcycle mechanic best. Each of each company engaged in the sale or service of motorcycles has the criteria to determine who will be selected to become a motorcycle mechanic best. The selection of the best motorcycle mechanics is done to help improve the mechanical work to be better than the previous one. To assist in the determination or election in determining a person who is eligible to be the best motorcycle mechanic, a decision support system is required. In this research will be appointed a case that is looking for the best alternative based on criteria-¬ criteria that have been determined by using the method of Multi Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). The research is done by finding the weight value for each attribute, then done the ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, that is the best motorcycle mechanic.

Abstract

The role of electricity is very important for every level of society and even electricity is very much needed as a means of production and for everyday life, so the importance of the role of electricity certainly has an impact on increasing electricity demand but this is not linear with electricity that has not been able to meet demand the electricity is so big. To overcome this, there needs to be interference from the government and the community in using electricity wisely so that the electricity needs do not become greater than the electricity supply. Therefore every household must understand effective electricity use. The observation method taken by the author is to collect and collect data from PT. PLN Lubuk Pakam Area. In addition, the author collects data from books related to the discussion that the author wants to describe and conduct research at PT. The Lubuk Pakam Area PLN is concerned with the discussion. The author also reads several journals concerned with the discussion material. The application of the Predictive Modeling method is expected to be able to predict the amount of electricity usage per household so that it is easier to regulate electricity usage. household electricity use tested by the Predictive Modeling method, the percentage results obtained for the accuracy of predictions, where the data on household electricity usage tested contained data on household electricity usage that were successfully classified correctly.
