Abstract

In determining the best motorcycle mechanics, there are many criteria that must be owned by every mechanic as a condition to become a motorcycle mechanic best. Each of each company engaged in the sale or service of motorcycles has the criteria to determine who will be selected to become a motorcycle mechanic best. The selection of the best motorcycle mechanics is done to help improve the mechanical work to be better than the previous one. To assist in the determination or election in determining a person who is eligible to be the best motorcycle mechanic, a decision support system is required. In this research will be appointed a case that is looking for the best alternative based on criteria-¬ criteria that have been determined by using the method of Multi Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). The research is done by finding the weight value for each attribute, then done the ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, that is the best motorcycle mechanic.

Abstract

Citra resolusi tinggi SPOT 6/7 sangat bermanfaat untuk rencana tata ruang wilayah, monitoring, perencanaan dan pengawasan dalam suatu daerah. Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan yang sangat luas. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu mosaik citra yang dapat digunakan untuk memantau wilayah yang cukup luas ini. Keberadaan citra SPOT 6/7 yang sangat banyak pada setiap tahun memungkinkan LAPAN untuk membuat citra mosaik seluruh Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan mosaik citra SPOT 6/7 dengan tutupan awan minimal sehingga banyak informasi yang dapat diperoleh untuk membantu pemerintah dalam mengambil suatu kebijakan. Dalam penelitian ini diperkenalkan metode yang disebut sebagai LAPAN 8-Steps. Metode ini dikembangkan berdasarkan model Mosaic Tile Based (MTB) dan menggunakan algoritma haze index sehingga dapat menghasilkan mosaik citra SPOT 6/7 dengan tutupan awan minimal. Ukuran tile yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 0.1×0.1 degree. Selain dapat mempersingkat waktu pembuatan mosaik citra SPOT 6/7, metode ini juga efisien dalam penggunaan memori penyimpanan dan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic brings changes in many aspects of peoples’ lives throughout the world. The spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia affects the education system in this country. Face-to-face instructions are shifted into full online learnings from home. The findings disclosed that these EFL students’ main challenges in attending online learning were the unsteady networks and the less direct interactions. These students mainly suggested the use of video conferencing applications such as zoom or Google meet, though some students chose assignments over those applications. The students also mentioned that they basically needed grammar related materials within the online classes. The findings bring forward the picture of full online learning condition during Covid-19 outbreak on EFL setting in Indonesia

Abstract

At this time the use of computer device technology has developed rapidly and the community. Most people use it not only for commercial purposes, but also to get information on disease detection quickly and efficiently with a computer-based application that can help the general public to find out the causes and symptoms of the disease. for that, a system is needed to imitate the expertise of an expert in answering questions and solving problems in accordance with the knowledge of an expert who is entered into a computer system. The development of artificial intelligence technology that has occurred has made it possible for expert systems to be applied to detect disease using programming languages. One of them is in providing information about various problems, especially Vasculitis. The expert system method used is a Variable Centered Intelligent Rule System (VCIRS) used to handle diagnosing vasculitis. With the facilities provided for users and administrators, allowing both users and administrators to use this system according to their individual needs. Users are given ease in knowing information about Vasculitis disease, its causes and deterrents. Abstract

The article delves into the transformation impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on enhancing students’ proficiency in learning English language. Recognizing the global importance of English proficiency, educators are increasingly turning to AI as a powerful tool to revolutionize language education. The integration of AI brings forth personalized learning paths, intelligent tutoring systems, gamification strategies, language learning apps, and automated assessments. These advancements cater to individual learning needs, provide real time feedback, foster engagement through gamified experiences, and offer accurate assessments of language skills. The synergistic relationship between AI and language education represents a paradigm shift in the ways students acquire and master the English language, positioning them for success in an increasingly interconnected world.

Abstract

As the digital age continues to reshape educational paradigms, it is essential to investigate the purposeful integration of media into infants’ lives to enhance language acquisition “Harmonizing Voices” explores how age-appropriate media, such as videos, apps, and interactive content, can complement traditional methods, providing infants with a multi-sensory and engaging platform for language exploration. Today, various strategies are employed to stimulate babies from pregnancy through infancy, with mothers increasingly using media as a tool. This includes playing music during pregnancy and introducing nursery rhymes through media post-birth to create a sensory -rich environment. This study investigates the synergy between the melodic allure of English nursery rhymes and intricate process of a baby’s linguistic development. Digital platforms like YouTube and Netflix offer numerous nursery rhymes, such as Cocomelon and Bebefinn, which are popular among infants. This research aims to evaluate which of these nursery rhymes programs is more effective in stimulating infants and which elicits more positive reactions. Caregivers, educators, and researchers will gain insights into the connections between musicality, language and early cognitive development through this exploration. The study addresses the identification of high quality media content, strategies for joint engagement between caregivers and infants, and the potential impact of media on various facets of language development. By fostering an environment where technology harmonizes with natural language acquisition processes, this research aspires to contribute valuable insights for educators, caregivers, and researchers. The objective of this study is to observe and compare infants’ reactions to two popular nursery rhyme programs, Cocomelon and Bebefinn. The research aims to identify which program stimulates more positive engagement, thereby providing a deeper understanding of infants’ preferences and the effectiveness of media content in early language development.

Abstract

Technology-based learning is a challenge for teachers in the 21st century. Teachers are required to be proficient in technology in preparing students. Advances in technology make learning evaluation a demand for better and closing opportunities for cheating during exams. Computer applications can be used as a tool to carry out learning evaluation activities. Provision of teachers in making use of technological progress needs to get training in making learning evaluations. This training activity aims to create an online exam application using the Google form with the AutoProctor. The training participants were 30 teachers with undergraduate education backgrounds consisting of teachers of public and private elementary schools, junior high schools and senior high schools in the city of Binjai, North Sumatra. The training activities were carried out for one day. The stages of the activity consist of preparation, implementation, mentoring and evaluation stages. Based on the results of the implementation and evaluation it was concluded that the participants in the online exam preparation training activities were able to make and feel satisfied with performance of the online exam application that was successfully created

Abstract

The website can be used for various academic activities, especially for schools, for example conveying information related to school activities so that with this facility schools can easily disseminate information. Employees and staff at the South Nias Regency DPRD office are currently experiencing problems in using the DPRD website itself so that reporting and entry of information and news on the website which will be presented to the public are still not carried out optimally. The emergence of a misunderstanding in publishing information at the South Nias Regency DPRD office will create a problem among the public and also the DPRD itself. The research conducted can provide benefits to employees and staff at the South Nias Regency DPRD office in using and utilizing the website in conveying information to the public. On the other hand, with training on using the website, it can provide an increase in terms of service

Abstract

The goals of this study are to find out what is the good strategy to stimulate the students’ of computer engineering to study English easily and more active in practicing, besides that the lecturer can be more creative to stimulate and motivate the students’ especially the new students’ to have good impression of study and learning English in the class. This research was taken from the new students of 2022 in the first semester which “Presenting Information Basic Computer in English” by using video as speaking practice in English class. The participants of this research are fifty (50) students from the classroom lecturers which have been attended to get the top ten highest score video presentation. From the data can be shown that class TI-P2101 has got more than one student in highest score. The research to found what are the positive effects from this stimulate to the students that can be improve, and the negative effects to solve their problem and what the lecturer strategy is needed. By this video presentation students can be attract to learn English joyful without stress, and they can learn perfect English from their mistake in video presentation.

Abstract

Kopi adalah salah satu komoditas utama yang memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian di beberapa daerah. Di wilayah Cianjur, terdapat kopi Arabika khas yang disebut kopi Sarongge. Tanaman kopi di Distrik Pacet belum banyak dibudidayakan. Untuk mendukung pengembangan dan peningkatan produksi kopi Sarongge, pemetaan potensi lahan yang tepat diperlukan, terutama di daerah Pacet. Pemetaan ini membantu dalam mengidentifikasi area yang cocok untuk budidaya kopi. Studi ini menggunakan informasi dari citra satelit Sentinel-2 untuk menganalisis kondisi tanah. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Google Earth Engine (GEE) dan metode klasifikasi citra, Random Forest. (RF). Parameter yang dipertimbangkan termasuk tutupan lahan, ketinggian, dan jenis tanah. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 25% wilayah Pacet memenuhi kriteria. Wilayah ini terletak di kaki Gunung Gede dan mencakup desa Ciputri, Ciherang, Cipendawa, dan Sukatani. Integrasi data satelit dan SIG efektif dalam memetakan potensi lahan kopi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk mengembangkan kebijakan dan strategi untuk pengelolaan lahan kopi yang lebih efektif, serta untuk mendukung petani dalam memilih area optimal untuk budidaya.
