Abstract

Information Technology (IT) in the era of the Industrial revolution 4.0 is increasingly developing and changing the way humans complete all work. Advances in technology have caused automation/computerization in business management to be fast. Computerization helps humans improve performance and save resources in the process of working on it. The use of IT really supports the objectives of government administration so that it must pay attention to the efficiency of resource use and risk management. ATR/ BPN Purbalingga as one of the government agencies has used the use of services through the use of the ATR / BPN Purbalingga website. The role of important websites in the organization includes ATR/BPN Purbalingga. ATR / BPN shows several problems such as tools in the website are lacking and there are often server downs. The purpose of this study is the analysis of IT service management on websites kkp2.atrbpn.go.id using the ITIL Framework V.3 domain service operation. The research data analysis method uses quantitative methods by using SPSS measuring instruments. ITIL model V.3 as a medium of analysis of questionnaire data and to obtain the results of the analysis of the level of maturity of IT service management. The results of this study are recommendations for the maturity level of IT service management of the ATR / BPN website for the progress of improving website performance. The result of the maturity value on the website kkp2.atrbpn.go.id on the subdomain service operation domain service management as a practice by obtaining an average of 3.97. Service operation principles with an average of 3.27. Service operation processes earned an average of 2.95. Common service operation with an average of 4. Organizing service operations with an average of 4.12. Service operation technology consideration with an average of 3.8. Implementing service operations with an average of 3.3. The average total obtained from all domain service operations is 3.1 at level 3 (defined) which means it is important to carry out basic processes and document each process and standardize in order to reach the expected level

Abstract

Financial technology is a financial service where the government and the public really expect its usefulness to increase users of the financial service system, for example the LinkAja application. LinkAja is an e-wallet or digital wallet application that allows users to make non-cash transactions, such as offline shopping or other offline transactions. Based on feedback data in several digital service stalls, the LinkAja application is known to have a lot of negative perceptions about its usefulness and there are also many who have difficulty operating the application, including the Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto (ITTP). The purpose of this study is to see the acceptance of the LinkAja application at the Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method from indicators of perceived usefulness, ease of use, behavioral interest in using, and actual system use. To obtain data when compiling this final project, the data collection instruments used were observation and distributing questionnaires using statistical data processing software (SPSS). In this study, it was found that the direct influence with the highest level of significance value was perceived usefulness on actual system use of 0.582 > 0.05 and the most dominant indirect effect or with the highest total value, namely perceived ease of use on Actual System Use. through behavioral intention to use with a total of 0.39

Abstract

Jamride PPU is an online motorcycle taxi service application and food delivery that operates in North Penajam Paser Regency and Paser Regency which is managed by CV. Jamride Multimedia and officially obtained a business license on October 21, 2019. Jamride seeks to provide services to the community by providing services that meet their daily needs. Jamride has several main services that are not inferior to similar applications using their services, such as motorbike pick-up services, car services, food delivery services, shopping services to the market, and shopping at specific stores. determine the attitude that is determined based on the experience gained. goal is an assessment of the quality or characteristics of a product, service, or product itself that provides consumer satisfaction in terms of meeting consumer needs. customers are created through service quality and value. This survey aims to analyze customer satisfaction with Jamride PPU Online Transport. This study uses quantitative descriptive data, Likert scale, performance, information, economy, control and service, efficiency, and service. As a system analysis tool, PIECES pays special attention to detailed and comprehensive systems, identifies system strengths and weaknesses, and uses them as a reference for further enterprise development. Jamride PPU has reached a value of 4.01. This means that customer satisfaction with existing services is included in the PUAS category

Abstract

The Next Generation Social Welfare Information System (SIKS-NG) is a management application for the process of improving and proposing a new Integrated Database (BDT) in which there is also a module for improving and proposing non-PKH Food Social Assistance (BSP) data in the Gunung Seteleng village.This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the SIKS-NG information system in the Gunung Seteleng village whether the use of the information system has been running effectively or not. The research model used is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with 4 constructs.From the measurement results, it is found that the PEOU variable (ease of use) with a percentage value of 68.33% is included in the Effective category, the PU variable (perception of usability) with a percentage value of 67.74% is included in the Effective category, the ATU variable (use attitude) with a value of 67.74%. the percentage of 66.81% is included in the effective category, and the ACC variable (use satisfaction) with a percentage value of 68.22% is included in the effective category, so it can be concluded that the overall research results of each variable measuring the effectiveness of the SIKS-NG information system in the Gunung Seteleng village are in the Effective category

Abstract

The demand for meat began to increase rapidly, causing drastic price changes and causing the existence of scammers to inflate the price of meat to get big profits by mixing beef and pork. Few consumers are aware of the mixing of meat, to distinguish between beef and pork can be seen in terms of color and texture, but this theory still has weaknesses. This research uses the Deep Learning method, namely Convolutional Neural Network with Local Binary Pattern texture extraction feature and AlexNet architecture for meat classification. The research conducted stated that the accuracy of the meat image classification can be measured using various parameters and optimizers. The highest accuracy results obtained from this study were 68.6% accuracy, 62% precision, 57.6% recall, and 59% f1-score using the Stochastic Gradient Descent (SGD) optimizer, 0.01 learning rate, 32 batch size, and 0.9 momentum. Compared to the original dataset, the accuracy of the LBP dataset type is still below the original dataset with the results obtained from the accuracy of the original dataset are 84.1% accuracy, 78.6% precision, 79% recall, and 79% f1-score using the RMSprop optimizer, 0 .0001 learning rate, 32 batch sizes, and momentum So it can be concluded that the AlexNet architecture by setting the existing parameter values can increase the accuracy value.

Abstract

The Leppangeng Cell counter is a counter that sells digital products in the form of Credit, Data Packages, PLN Electricity Tokens, Electricity Payments, BPJS Payments, PDAM Payments. Spidy or Indihome Payments, Home Phone Payments, Postpaid Payments, Game Voucher Sales, Cable TV Payments, Credit Installment Payments, Train Ticket Payments, PGN/Gas Payments, Shope Payments and Cash Transfer Services and Top Up. However, from the counter sales, of course, not all of them sell well, there are also products that don't sell. Sales data, purchases and unexpected expenses at the Leppangeng Cell Counter are not well structured, so the data only serves as a store archive and cannot be used to develop marketing strategies. Therefore, it is necessary to apply data mining using K-Means at the Leppangeng Cell Counter. The K-Means method can be applied to the Leppangeng Cell Counter to determine sales of digital products that are selling well and not selling well. The application of the K-Means method at the Leppangeng Cell Counter is by grouping digital product stock data. Then select 3 random grub as initial centroid. After the data for each group does not change, the results of data processing are obtained in the form of 114  products that sell, 5 underperforming, and 14 not sold. Then, the application of the K-Means method to Rapidminer is carried out by entering the initial product stock, the sold stock and the final stock to be changed and form K-Means. After that, Rapidminer will produce which products have high and low demand

Abstract

Text document clustering techniques automatically become an important research in which volume of text document via digital media is growing rapidly. This technique is known as document clustering. Document clustering is a method of grouping documents based on their similarity. For groupping these documents, one of the clustering algorithms is used, namely Active Fuzzy Constrained Clustering (AFCC), which combines fuzzy and semi-supervised clustering methods where text documents as a bag of words will be calculated with the value of meaningful words using the Vector Space Model. (VSM). The AFCC algorithm is identified by the use of pairwise constraint and centroid in its cluster. The input documents tested in the research are a collection of documents in the BBC News Archives. Based on the research that has been done, using the parameters of the maximum number of clusters, the maximum number of constraints per iteration and the maximum number of iterations, the AFCC algorithm results in grouping text documents that are news article. Performance measurement of clustering results in this research uses the Confusion Matrix approach, which can be generated with an average precision and recall value of 0.53, and an accuracy value of 0.52

Abstract

At this time, the development of science and technological progress is increasing and sophisticated, especially the use of computers and mobile phones that almost use them and have a significant impact. The usefulness of information technology becomes a management of information that is easier to use. The same is felt by the owner of Wowo Clean Solution, wanting to feel an easier dissemination of information but still experiencing a shortage of information and ordering systems that have not been computerized, resulting in the people of Purwokerto not knowing much about home and car interior cleaning services, thereby reducing orders for cleaning the interior of the house and car. Therefore, researchers build a system using the Waterfall Method or the waterfall method is a model developed for software development. The Waterfall method was chosen because this method can help the author to develop the first stage software system that will be built according to the needs of the user (user). This researcher builds a website using the PHP and MYSQL programming languages. The final result of this research is to analyze the response of using the wowo clean solution website. The response to the use of the webiste from the community uses the User Acceptance Test (UAT) model testing. UAT aims to determine the functionality of software testing. The final result of this research is to produce an information system, namely the wowo clean solution website and the results of the examiner's assessment using the user acceptance test with an average score of 80% so that it gets good criteria.

Abstract

The Basic Education Data Application or Dapodik is an integrated National-scale data collection system, and is the main data source for National Education, which is part of the national education planning program in realizing intelligent and competitive Indonesian people. To find out how far effective and efficient the system is, it is necessary to evaluate. The evaluation carried out in this study used usability testing using five categories, namely learnability, memorability, efficiency, errors, and satisfaction. The five indicators were represented in the form of a questionnaire statement and distributed online to Dapodik application users. The total sample of respondents is a total of 14 people consisting of principals, teachers, administrative staff, library staff and school operators. The test method used in this study includes a validity test consisting of a reliability test and a correlation test. The significance of the Alpha value used in this study is 0.05. From the results of the data validity test, all indicators have a value above 0.05. From the results of the reliability test, all statements in the questionnaire also have a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.489, which means that all statements are appropriate. The evaluation results show that of the five indicators in the dapodik application, the highest value for the error indicator is 5.19, this means that the dapodik application user does not experience errors/damages when using the dapodik application. Meanwhile, the lowest value of the five indicators is memorability of 4.26 which is in the very good indicator, which means that it is said that users can easily remember and know the use of the dapodik application

Abstract

The development of an information system used in a government institution becomes very important if the system is part of storing data that is a state asset. SIMS contains data on frequency spectrum users who already have permits and contribute to Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP). SIMS consists of public service applications and non-public service applications. In this study, an evaluation of SIMS risk management was developed using the NIST 800-30 framework. This research begins with risk identification, risk mitigation and evaluation of existing risks then provides recommendations for the control needed for SIMS.The results of the documentation of the information security risk assessment stages on SIMS using the NIST 800-30 method, it is necessary to take risk control and risk mitigation actions
