Abstract

Cases of mixing beef and pork are still happening today. The increasing demand for beef causes many traders to mix meat to gain more profit. Distinguishing beef and pork can be done by sight and smell, but still has weaknesses. This study uses Deep Learning method for image classification with Convolutional Neural Network architecture EfficientNet-B0. The amount of data is 3,000 images which are divided into 3 classes, beef, pork, and mixed meat. This study uses original image data and image data of Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization. The data is divided by the ratio of training data and test data of 80:20. The results of testing the model with the confusion matrix show the highest classification performance with 95.17% accuracy, 92.72% precision, 95.5% recall, and 94.09% f1 score, in the original image data with the use of neurons in the first dense amounting to 256, 32 batch size, 0.01 learning rate, and Adam's optimizer

Abstract

The Role of Information Systems (IS) in Information Technology Governance (ITG) has an important role in village government institutions. ITG becomes very important by government agencies in discussing the relationship of Information Technology (IT) investment with businesses in every village. The Karangpucung Village Government has problems with population software services for the operational and administrative needs of village government employees. Investment in IT and the best services to access the needs of village employees and the community is an important reference in service with village government businesses. The purpose of this study was to analyze IS risk management in the Karangpucung village government using the Framework Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 4.1. This study uses quantitative research methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents to obtain validity and reliability test data for good results. The results of the analysis show that the growth rate is at level 3. The results of this study refer to how big or small a maturity level is at the Karangpucung deaa office. Based on the calculation table for each level of compliance from level zero to level five, it shows if there are results of maturity levels in each unit. At the maturity level, the risk assessment shows a value of 2.54 which means that the maturity level is at level three, namely the governance process at the Karangpucung Village office is in a condition in the process of being determined by the village office. The defined process has a value meaning at a decisive position in the process stage. This process is the achievement of goals in a much more organized manner using organizational assets and is well defined. Recommendations from this study are the need to improve network installations in Karangpucung Village and improve administrative software for village and community employees, so that database access can be done quickly so as to facilitate the process of making citizens' correspondence and speed up other services at the Karangpucung Village office

Abstract

SDN 020 PPU is one of the elementary schools that receive scholarships from the Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) every year. The Smart Indonesia Program is a collaboration of three ministries of Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud), the Kementerian Sosial (Kemensos), and the Kementerian Agama (Kemenag). Program Indonesia Pintar is designed to help school-age children from poor/vulnerable/poor priority families continue to receive education services until they finish secondary education, either through formal education (starting from SD/MI to graduating from SMA/SMK/MA) through this program the government seeks to prevent students from the possibility of dropping out of school, and is expected to attract dropouts to return to continue their education. Based on the results of the evaluation of the implementation of data processing, there are problems in distributing scholarships because there are often complications in proposing the eligibility of scholarship recipients. With these problems, a decision support system is needed to assist the school in determining scholarship recipients using the k-Means clustering algorithm method using Rapidminer studio version 9.10. This study uses 236 student data at SDN 020 PPU which consists of 5 research variables, namely Name, Number of Dependent Parents, Report Value, Occupation and Total Income of Parents. Based on the results of data processing, there are 70 data including cluster 1 with scholarship recipient status right on target, then 118 data including cluster 1 with scholarship recipient status not being targeted. and 48 data belonging to cluster 2 with scholarship recipient status not on target

Abstract

A cook (chef) is a person whose job is to make recipes, determine and measure cooking ingredients, cook, also serve a dish that is delicious, looks beautiful, and deserves to be paid. In determining the selection of cooks (cooks) manually at the Garuda restaurant, there are shortcomings that make mistakes in choosing cooks such as the difficulty of registering prospective cooks (cooks), the selection process is complicated, and it is difficult to choose a cook (cook) who fits the criteria set. has been set by the company. So to assist the selection of cooks (chef) at Garuda Restaurant, it is necessary to build a system that can assist restaurants in making decisions based on the problems they are facing. The many branches of Garuda restaurants that are spread in almost various regions and cities make restaurant managers and chief cooks will have different opinions to choose the best chef to be accepted in Garuda restaurant. Based on the description of the problems that occurred, for the selection of the best cook (chef) at the Garuda restaurant, a decision support system (SPK) is needed in making decisions so that the information becomes accurate so that it can facilitate the selection of cooks at the restaurant. In this study, the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method was used for problem solving. This method can solve an efficient problem, because this method is used to find the best alternative based on the criteria. Abstract

Fake news is information that is presented incorrectly or falsely. Of course, if the spread of fake news continues, it can result in wrong knowledge of the information obtained. One of the efforts to prevent the spread of fake news is by detecting whether the news is genuine or fake in order to provide an explanation to the readers of the related news. This study aims to detect fake news using a supervised learning random forest model. The news dataset used contains 6256 rows of titles that have a fake or real class. The dataset first goes through a cleaning, tokenization, and stemming process to break sentences into words. The results obtained using the random forest model of 84%, this result is higher than using the logistic regression model of 77%.

Abstract

Existing technological developments have affected all aspects of life, one of which is guidance and counseling services. One of the innovations utilizing the development of Information Technology in the implementation of counseling services is Cyber Counseling services or often called online counseling. The purpose of this research is to realize a system to support the online counseling process in the form of an Android smartphone mobile application. This application development model in the process of requirements analysis and system design is the Rapid Application Development method. The application of the Rapid Application Development  method in this study was proven to be able to save development time. The result of this research is an android-based Cyber Counseling application.

Abstract

The School of Computing at Telkom University has four Expertise Groups that defines the lectures taken by students. Deciding the Expertise Group, will be influential in deciding elective courses and raising the topic of the Final Project. There are many students who are still having difficulty in deciding the Expertise Group and finally only decide based on the most popular Expertise Group without seeing their potential and abilities. The impact of wrong decision of the Expertise Group are delays in graduation time. It will then affect accreditation of study program and university rank, especially in the timely graduation indicator. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system that can predict the decision of the Expertise Group for the School of Computing students based on their academic scores. In this study, prediction using the Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor classification algorithm was chosen because it can determine the class based on the nearest neighbor and consider ambiguous data because of the weighting value in each class. There are five tests carried out to get the best model, namely (1) examine the best split training and validation data, (2) examine the best K value, (3) compare Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor with Naïve Bayes and Decision Tree (C4.5) which is a commonly used classification algorithm, (4) examine the values of accuracy, precision, recall, f1-score, and (5) examine the values of accuracy using Cross-Validation method. The result is that the model made using Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor has an accuracy value of 72% in the case of imbalance data, 62% in the case of applying the undersampling technique, and 56% in the case of applying oversampling. Based on experiments with the other two algorithms, it was found that compared to the other two algorithms, the Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor has a higher accuracy value in the case of imbalance data and the case of applying to undersampling, but it has a lower accuracy in the case of applying oversampling, due to the lack of Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor in handling small minority data variations.

Abstract

The settlement of Tomuan Holbung is located in North Sumatra. As a developing town, there is still knowledge that few others have access to through public communication, specifically the internet. As a result, the creation of an information system is required. Human existence is being transformed by technology, which allows us quick and easy access to data. In both government and private institutions, technology helps to organize management systems and work processes. The usage of the Village Information System is one of the IT applications in village life (SID). According to SID's first findings, there are impediments to an existing service, including the absence of functionality of specific features, system loading, and system correctness. The design of a village information system in Tomuan Holbung Village is discussed in this paper. Village information is one of the functions provided by this system. Because of the ready-to-use sample letters that are available. The waterfall process, which includes analysis, design, coding, and testing, as well as entity connection diagrams in database design, was used to create a web-based exam information system. It will be easier for devices to process village information data using a website-based village information system, making it more effective and efficient in giving information about village administration in Tomuan Holbung Village. The information system has a web-based display so that users can alter the material in the system, such as a web-based information system as a means of information in the waterfall method of development in Tomuan Holbung Village

Abstract

The Expert System here is a system designed or built to imitate an expert using Android that can be installed, this system helps in handling and providing tips and solutions for these mental health conditions. From the research carried out, an Android-based expert system for the diagnosis of mental health conditions using the forward chaining method can provide information about 3 types of mental health, 15 symptom data, 3 different types of mental health, provide information about causes and tips on maintaining health conditions. mental health, to suggestions for final treatment. The results of the test using the Alpha Test on 17 respondents who we directed to install the expert system application first, the respondents consisted of students and the general public obtained the answer "Correct" has a percentage value of 0.51 or like 51%, and testing using Black Box testing that shows the value of the results according to the referral site

Abstract

The Jakarta-Bandung high-speed train is one of the infrastructure development projects currently being carried out by the Indonesian government. The project is a large project that requires a long processing time and very large costs. Therefore, infrastructure development has reaped a lot of public opinions, both positive and negative. The purpose of writing this Final Project is to analyze sentiment on public opinion about the construction of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed train. With data sourced from Twitter social media, the data will be analyzed in three classes, namely positive, negative, and neutral classes where the weighting will use the TF-IDF. The classification method used in this study is the Backpropagation Neural Network method. The best results were obtained in this study using a hyper tuning scenario with an accuracy of 74.56%.
