Abstract

An employee is an asset to the company. The success of the company in achieving its goals depends largely on the ability of human (employee) resources to perform the task assigned to him. The Indonesian government is optimistic the rupiah will continue to strengthen to rp9,100 per dollar, he said. Employee performance assessment analysis is using a systemated aggregated sum product assessment (waspas). The waspas method is used because it can reduce errors or optimize for the highest and lowest valuation with the excellence of looking for the best option option using a unique combination of two Wells known as MCD mexcellence, the WMM and the heavy-product model (WPM). The research stages conducted are problem identification, literature studies, data collection, value-weight determination, results analysis, employee determination, and finally drawing a conclusion. The study is conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach, one that employs qualitative and descriptive data. The type of qualitative descriptive research is often used to analyze events, phenomena, or circumstances socially. The study was conducted compulsively, a sample retrieval technique relying on its own judgment when selecting population members to participate in the study so that the study obtained five samples from the quality control division (qc) from a population of 150. Data collection through interviews and observations obtained data related to employees such as employee names, performance performance, divisions existing in kerry express, and criteria used in the assessment of lateness, error system, daily report, outstanding revenue, volume. Data analysis results in a reduction of data that gets meaningful information and facilitates the withdrawal of conclusions, presents data in the form of happy calculations, and concludes that the waspas method can be applied to the employee performance assessment system and can be used as the determining of the best workers. Weight of each criteria: lateness (25%), system improve (25%), daily report (25%), outstanding revenue (15%), and volume (10%). Results obtained from the 5 samples used that had a top yield value of 1.8208 for alternatives 1 (a1) and could be used for best employee decision-making.

Abstract

Presiden Indonesia saat ini telah memegang jabatan yang sama selama 2 periode secara berturut – turut yang mana pada dasar peraturan untuk menjadi calon presiden sudah tidak bisa mencalonkan kembali menjadi presiden, dalam hal itu banyak lembaga survei yang telah mengeluarkan hasil survei terhadap beberapa tokoh yang memiliki elektabilitas untuk bisa menjadi calon presiden, berdasarkan hal tersebut juga banyak warganet yang menyampaikan pendapat, dari pendapat tersebut bisa dibuat kesimpulan mengenai sentimen warga masyarakat terhadap suatu tokoh bakal calon presiden tersebut dengan menggunakan metode Knowledge Discovery from Data dengan menggunakan algoritme naïve bayes dan perhitungan skor sentimen dengan harapan dari penelitian ini bisa memberikan bahan referensi kepada masyarakat dalam memilih presiden di pilpres yang akan datang. Hasil dari penelitian ini mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa warganet memiliki sentimen positif terhadap setiap tokoh bakal calon presiden yang akan datang. Kemudian untuk hasil evaluasi dari algoritme naïve bayes yang didapatkan dari dataset pertama adalah 73,68 akurasi dan AUC 0,74 pada fold ke-7, dataset kedua adalah 71,43 untuk akurasi dan AUC 1,0 pada fold ke – 5, untuk dataset ketiga nilai akurasi yang didapat 60% dan AUC 0,92 pada fold ke-1, dan untuk dataset terakhir nilai akurasi yang didapatkan adalah 62,5% dan AUC 0,65 pada fold ke-3.

Abstract

The use of information systems requires special arrangements and management, so this system is commonly referred to as a website information system. Website information system is a representation of information technology which is a medium in obtaining information. One of the benefits of a website-based information system is to facilitate the presentation of data that can be accessed by all internet users. The role of a website-based information system is to produce information for all levels of management. The need for information for a management process must be analyzed, so that the information produced can function and be right on target. One application of a website-based information system is a notarial information system. This study aims to evaluate user satisfaction of the Online AHU (General Legal Administration) Website in relation to the Directorate General of AHU. With the application of AHU Online as a breakthrough in public services by the Directorate General of AHU, these problems can be overcome as a form of excellent service to the community. In this case, it cannot be separated from the information system used in the company, of course it cannot be separated from the impressions of users (notary employees) in registering legal entities using the AHU Online Website. The method used is the PIECES Framework analysis method, which consists of several points of analysis, namely: Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. The results of this study are an AHU website that is able to analyze the level of user satisfaction with the website information system using the PIECES Framework analysis method

Abstract

Currently, the service for plagiarism testing or plagiarism testing at Bina Insan University is through a sending system using gmail, where this plagiarism test is carried out as a requirement for students to get a diploma, the file that is carried out for the plagiarism test is the result of the student's thesis which is made into a journal, software that used to check this plagiarism using the Turnitin service. Plagiarism checking itself is currently carried out by the LPPM section where the checking process is that students first send a journal from the results of the thesis that has been approved by the Supervisor to be tested for plagiarism, from the current system there are many obstacles and shortcomings including when sending using In gmail, there is often a buildup and irregularity of the existing data, which causes the process of checking student journals to be tested for plagiarism a little longer, not to mention that students rarely open their gmail to see the results that have been sent by the LPPM team. The solution that the author offers in this research is to create a new mobile web-based system, where this system will later be equipped with the Whatsapp API feature, the Whatsapp API acts as a liaison between the system and the user, where the way it works is that every process that has been carried out in the system automatically The Whatsapp API will automatically provide notifications both to students and the LPPM admin itself, the results obtained from this research are that the presence of the Whatsapp api can speed up and simplify the data collection and testing process that will be carried out.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) investment in the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) environment is influenced by the importance of information needed by rural communities. IT is very necessary to help performance to be maximized, especially in the KUD environment. In an effort to improve performance, KUD invests IT in several business fields. However, once the invested IT is not fully used according to its business goals. IT management is still the responsibility of each business field. Therefore, the results achieved are not comparable to what was expected after the implementation of IT. From these problems, it is necessary to have an IT Governance audit in order to find out the maturity value of the IT that has been implemented. This study aims to measure the it maturity applied by the Mino Saroyo Cilacap KUD, so it is necessary to use an international standard framework, namely control objectives for information and related technology (COBIT) version 5. The results of measuring the maturity level of IT Governance kud are currently estimated to be at level 2. The maturity level of the KUD at level 2 means that the KUD management process already has formal and written standard procedures. However, KUD has not carried out socialization to all levels of management and employees to be obeyed and carried out daily activities. The recommendations from this study provide problem solving as a reference to the KUD for improvement from the TKTI side so that it goes hand in hand with organizational goals and as expected by stakeholders in predicting the optimal use of IT resources.

Abstract

The IT Master Plan is a description of the company's strategy for planning the implementation of technology. The advancement of information technology has had a significant impact on organizations, both private and public, because it forces all organizations to compete in the use of information technology to gain a competitive advantage. The implementation of the enterprise architecture has two approaches, namely the enterprise architecture framework and the implementation method of the enterprise architecture. The research method used in this study follows and continues the stages of the Design Science Research Methodology for Information Systems (DSRM). In this research, the analysis carried out is a literature study to determine the model that will be used as an application. In this study, a method of conducting research that refers to the TOGAF method was used. The results of this study are a description of the initial conditions of the research object, so that it can be used as a basis for designing an IT Master Plan based on a Smart Campus. There is a structure for the evaluation method, namely the hybrid evaluation method consisting of initiation, control, and sustainability. The system and interface designs that have been created are implemented to create a fully functional application. The entire structure of this hybrid evaluation method will be assessed on the basis of functionality and effectiveness. This application was made as an implementation of the previous design research. With this design, it can make it easier for practitioners and academics who will evaluate the implementation of enterprise architecture

Abstract

Constituent data collection for each member of Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) becomes a necessity. By conducting data collection of DPRD constituents will be easier to design the main points of the DPRD constituents who are aspirations from the constituents. Better constituent data processing is very necessary considering today in the absence of a system specifically for processing constituent data. The study conducted with members of the East Lombok Regency DPRD wants the development of constituent information systems to be developed quickly. The problem in this study is in a short period, therefore this study proposed Rapid Application Development (RAD) as a methodology in modeling the problem of developing information systems. RAD is a life cycle providing a way to design and develop information systems much faster with results that have high-value quality. Based on the test results on the system, testing is carried out by considering the three aspects, the first is the quality of this system aims to test the interface (interface), namely ease of use, response time, and language. Based on the results of testing the quality of the system obtained a score of 87% of the 13 respondents. Both assessments on the quality of information, this assessment aims to measure the accuracy of the information, information. Based on the results of the test, the assessment score was 83% while the third related to the quality of the Constituent Information System Service received as much as 85%. So the average results of the assessment of the entire type of testing obtained a score of 85% that the information system developed has been by the user's requirements.

Abstract

The Population Administration and Civil Registration Services provided by the Government to the Community are actually the result of thinking that follows the current relevant era. Along with the development of modern times, the Dukcapil District Office. Penajam Paser Utara presents innovations in public services provided through the GO PPU application. The involvement of the GO PPU application in public services in the field of population administration in North Penajam Paser Regency is the result of research from the previous population system. Therefore, the researcher tries to find out the performance system with the PIECES framework method which has six indicators of Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. The purpose of this study is to determine the main purpose of the agency to satisfy users of the service. Abstract

The use of the website in the education sector has been implemented by the STMIK BI Balikpapan campus in the form of the website http://stmik-borneo.ac.id as a forum for information for students, lecturers and the wider community. Website services are certainly supported by many features for information such as student data, academic activities, payments, grades, and even student academic services. SIMAK is an information forum for students to collect student data in the form of academic information, achievements, research and counseling forums with academic supervisors on the STMIK BI Balikpapan campus. The website that is currently in use will of course always require system development according to the needs of its users, especially students. To identify problems, it is necessary to identify problems to find out how satisfied students are on the SIMAK website. One of the evaluation methods is the PIECES method (performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, service). You can determine satisfaction for each domain based on the PIECES method, which consists of performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, and service in measuring student satisfaction for the SIMAK website. Research results from Performance get a value of 4.19, Information get a value of 3.89, Economy gets a value of 3.96, Control gets a value of 4.03, Efficiency gets a value of 4.15 and service gets a value of 4.03. So that the average value obtained is 4.04, it can be categorized as students who feel SATISFIED with the SIMAK website.
