Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa melalui metode diskusi kelompok menggunakan bahan ajar di kelas X IPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Candung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari tiga kali pertemuan. Berdasarkan kelemahan atau kekurangan yang terlihat pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada siklus I, maka direncanakan pembelajaran yang lebih baik pada siklus II, agar peningkatan aktivitas siswa yang terjadi benar-benar signifikan. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa aktivitas belajar siswa dengan metode diskusi kelompok memakai bahan ajar dapat ditingkatkan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari rata-rata aktivitas siswa yang berpartisipasi aktif menjawab soal bahan ajar siklus I 60%, siklus II 84%, aktif mengajukan pertanyaan siklus I, 40%, pada siklus II, 71 %, siswa yang aktif menjawab dengan pertanyaan siklus I 48%, siklus II 73%, siswa yang mengemukakan pendapat siklus I 31%, siklus II 57%, dan siswa yang membuat kesimpulan siklus I, 57%, siklus II, 87%. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh selama pembelajaran pada penelitian tindakan kelas ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode diskusi kelompok memakai bahan ajar dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of teacher competence in preparing daily learning program plans through continuous guidance at the Sari Mulya Kindergarten, Rimbo Ilir District, Tebo Regency in 2021. teachers have complete and correct Components of Competency Standards reaching 81%, all teachers have listed the Basic Competence Components completely and correctly reaching 100%, all teachers have included the Components of Competency Achievement Indicators completely and correctly reaching 87%, all teachers have included the Objective Components Complete and correct learning reaches 87%, all teachers have included the Teaching Material Components completely and correctly reaching 100%, all teachers have included the Time Allocation Component completely and correctly reaching 100%, all teachers have included the Teaching Method Component Complete and correct lessons have reached 93%, all teachers have included the Components of Learning Activities Steps completely and correctly reaching 93%, all teachers have included Learning Resources Components completely and correctly reaching 100%, all teachers have included Learning Outcomes Assessment Components completely and correctly reached 75%. Thus the continuous guidance carried out by the Principal has an effective impact on increasing teacher competence in preparing Daily Activity Plans and is expected to have an impact on the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on increasing students' learning motivation on the material of a two-variable linear equation system. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII A of SMP Negeri 4 Tasik Putri Puyu. The object of this research is the Problem Based Learning model to increase students' learning motivation with the material of a two-variable linear equation system. The instruments used are observation sheets, questionnaires and tests. This research was carried out in two cycles, where each cycle consisted of two meetings and one cycle test, each cycle consisting of 4 main activities, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. From the results of the study, it was found that there was an increase in students' learning motivation by using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on the material of a two-variable linear equation system. The results showed that the motivation of students has increased. This can be seen from the average value in the first cycle, which is 96.79 in the medium category, increasing in the second cycle to 108.5 in the high category. So it can be concluded that learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can increase students' learning motivation on the material of a two-variable linear equation system in class VIII A of SMP Negeri 4 Tasik Putri Puyu

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability to understand mathematical concepts in students with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on the set material. The subjects in this study were students of class VII C of SMP Negeri 2 Bandar Laksamana. The object of this research is the Problem Based Learning model to improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts with set material. The data analysis technique in this study is Classroom Action Research, which is to determine the ability to understand the concepts of students by using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. Data collection techniques and tools in this study were through tests and observations carried out during mathematics learning activities. The data on the initial test of students' learning mastery levels are written in the form of tables and graphs. In the initial test, the students' learning mastery level classically obtained 12 students (44%) who completed 15 students (56%) who did not complete. In the first cycle there was an increase, namely 16 students (59%) who completed, while 11 students (41%) had not completed, and in the second cycle there was an increase again to 22 students (85%) who completed, the results of observations the students who were conducted by the researchers showed an average result in the first cycle of 72.07 and in the second cycle of 84.18. Students' mathematics learning activities have increased starting from the initial test, cycle I, and cycle II. So it can be concluded that learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve students' conceptual understanding of the set material in class VII C of SMP Negeri 2 Bandar Laksamana.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information and discuss the improvement of teacher pedagogic competence in preparing lesson plans through academic supervision at SD Negeri 08 Talang Muandau. This type of research is School Action Research (PTS). This research was conducted at SD Negeri 08 Talang Muandau. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year, which began in July 2022. The subjects in this study were all 5 teachers at SD Negeri 08 Talang Muandau. The research procedure consisted of two cycles with four stages of research, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and discussion. The collected data were analyzed using the percentage formula. The results showed that through the implementation of academic supervision can improve the pedagogic ability of teachers in preparing lesson plans at SD Negeri 08 Talang Muandau.

Abstract

This School Action Research aims to improve teacher performance outcomes at SDN 118/X Pangkal Kemang Kel. Rano, West Muara Sabak Sub-district, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, Jambi Province. This research is a School Action Research with the research subjects being teachers at SDN 118/X Pangkal Kemang Kel. Rano, Kec. Muara Sabak Barat, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, which amounted to 8 people. At the initial stage, planning is carried out to be implemented and observed and reflected, the results of the reflection are used as a reference for planning cycle II. The results of the first cycle show the average value of teacher performance with a percentage of completeness of 60%. When converted to the achievement of school KKM, the value does not meet the standard, and the percentage of completeness has not reached classical completeness. Based on the input from the observers, a second cycle plan was prepared. The results of the supervision in cycle II showed the average value of the teacher's performance results with a 91% completeness percentage and had reached classical completeness. Comparison of cycle I with Cycle II there is an increase in teacher performance results 31%. Based on these results, academic supervision of teachers at SDN 118/X Pangkal Kemang can improve teacher performance outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this Classroom Action Research is to improve the learning outcomes of Citizenship Education on the subject of Harmony in Social Diversity, Culture, Gender in the Bhineka Tunggal Ika Frame of students in class IX 4 Academic Year 2021/2022 by using a Scientific Approach Project Based Learning learning model. This research was conducted for 20 weeks from January to May 2022 (9 meetings) with two cycle methods, namely cycle I knowledge and cycle I skills as well as cycle II. The first cycle of knowledge consists of three meetings, the third meeting is the daily test of the first cycle of knowledge and the daily test of skills and the second cycle for knowledge and skills consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class IX 4 even semester of MTsN 1 Payakumbuh Academic Year 2021/2022. The data collection technique is by holding daily exams for each cycle as a result of student learning. The results obtained from this study are participatory discussions can increase students' activities and learning outcomes. This is evident from the results obtained in Cycle I 55.2% for student activity in cycle II rose to 77.5% for learning activities or an increase of 22.3%. In Cycle I the knowledge of the percentage of learning outcomes of students from 61.2% to 89% in Cycle II or an increase of 27.8% for Knowledge learning outcomes and in the first cycle of Skills the percentage of students' learning outcomes from 75% to 86% in the Cycle Cycle II or an increase of 11% for Skills learning outcomes. The conclusion of this study is that learning using the Scientific method Project Based Learning model can improve student learning outcomes so that fellow teachers can make reference to vary the learning methods implemented in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to see and analyze the increase in motivation and learning outcomes of Fiqh Discussion of Zakat in class VIII.4 Odd Semester T.P 2018/2019 MTsN 2 Payakumbuh, West Sumatra. This research was conducted using the Classroom Action Research method which consisted of two cycles, where each cycle consisted of; planning, action, reflection, and evaluation. It was carried out from August to December 2018. The data was processed in each cycle and then analyzed using percentages. The results obtained from this study are scientific methods can improve student learning outcomes to enter higher schools. This is evident from the results obtained in Cycle I increased for learning outcomes 75% from before cycle I. From Cycle I to Cycle II increased 94%. Students' learning motivation increased from 43% to 84%. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the use of a scientific approach to the Inquiry learning model can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to see and analyze the improvement of student learning outcomes in Civics subjects 3.6/4.6 the topic of threats to the state and its resolution efforts in IPOLEKSOSBUDHANKAM within the framework of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika through a project-based learning model with focus group discussion method in Class X.IPS.4 MAN 2 Payakumbuh in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. This research was conducted using the Classroom Action Research method which consisted of two cycles. The results obtained from this study were by using a project-based learning model, the focus group discussion method can improve character strengthening and student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the increase in learning outcomes. Strengthening student character can be improved. The implementation of this research was carried out in two cycles, the second cycle was used to complete the first cycle. The subjects of this study were 35 students who had a low average character, namely in the pre-cycle 69.80% classically and 67.86% individually, with category K. The conclusion obtained from this study was the use of project-based learning models with focus methods. group discussion can improve the character and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in Mathematics subjects entitled "Optimizing Student Learning Outcomes for Mathematics Subjects KD 3.6/4.6 Congruence and Congruence Through Project Based Learning Methods of Division of Tasks in class IX. 2 MTsN 1 Payakumbuh City Even Semester 2021/2022.” This research method uses Classroom Action Research. This study consisted of four stages, namely, planning, action, observation, and reflection which was carried out in two cycles at MTsN 1 Payakumbuh City. The research population is class IX.2 students, researchers and collaborators. This research took place from 3 February 2022 to 11 March 2022. The data was processed in each cycle and then analyzed using percentages. The results obtained from this paper are by using the p model Project based learning, the Task Division method can improve student learning outcomes. This is evident from the increase in the learning outcomes of pre-cycle students (knowledge and skills) with cycle 1 being 9.1% and the increase in learning outcomes in cycle 1 (knowledge and skills) with cycle 2 being 2.5%. The conclusion obtained from this paper is that the use of the Problem Based learning model of the Division of Tasks method can improve the learning outcomes of students in class IX. 2 MTsN 1 Payakumbuh City even semester 2021/2022.
