Abstract

Consumer loyalty is an essential thing in the world of marketing. A company is also required to cultivate its competitive advantage through various innovative, creative, and efficient efforts so that it becomes a choice of existing consumers, and it is hoped that, in the end, they will be loyal to the company. This study aims to determine service quality, trust, and consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty at beauty salon raf beauty art Ponorogo. The sample is a consumer who has had treatment at the RAF Beauty Art Beauty Salon, using a purposive sampling technique and a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 26 program to show that perceived trust partially and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an essential factor in the success of company goals. A company is also required to be able to manage the human resources in the company properly through efforts to pay attention to the leadership style adopted, maintain employee involvement with the company, and the working environment conditions around the employee so that employee work results can be achieved. As expected, in the end, employees are satisfied with their current job. Furthermore, company goals can be achieved. The study aims to determine the impact of transformational leadership, employee engagement, and the work environment on employee job satisfaction. Using this type of quantitative research with a questionnaire of 50 respondents, The analytical methods used are multiple linear regression. The results show that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, employee engagement has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and the work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. This research provides benefits to increase job satisfaction for employees.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of fear of missing out (FoMO) on impulse buying and the mediation effect of price sensitivity, and the moderator effect of scarcity cues in these relations. Three hundred and eighty-four students from two universities in Jakarta were involved in the study by completing a two-phase online questionnaire. Moderation and mediation procedure (MODMED) was applied to test the hypothesis with Macro Process 4.0. The empirical findings of this study demonstrate that fear of missing is negatively related to price sensitivity and positively related to impulse buying. Fear of missing out has also been confirmed to affect impulse buying through price sensitivity indirectly. Furthermore, according to expectations, scarcity cues were also verified to strengthen the effect of fear of missing out and price sensitivity on impulse buying.

Abstract

This study carries a model by proving that creativity is influenced by behavioral resilience through the development of business actors moderated by the creative self-efficacy of business actors. A total of 107 small, micro, and medium enterprises spread across the island of Java were the samples for this study. Sampling technique with snowball sampling. Analysis technique by testing mediation moderation with ProcessV3.5. The results support the six hypotheses and prove the model that resilience influences creative behavior through growth which is moderated by the creative self-efficacy of business actors. Promoting the creative economy requires actors who are also creative. The creation and improvement of the creative behavior of business actors is necessary to create and increase their resilience, development and self-efficacy.

Abstract

Studies regarding factors that can improve employee performance will continue to be studied. Therefore, this research aims to examine the influence of motivation, commitment, empowerment and conflict on the performance of cooperative employees. The research population is employees who are members of the Permata Bank Bintaro Cooperative cooperative in Tangerang. A total of 105 employees were respondents with a saturated sample, the total sample who returned the questionnaire was 103 respondents. Hypothesis testing analysis by carrying out multiple regression tests using SPSS 24. The results of multiple regression testing with SPSS 24 show that all independent variables, namely motivation, commitment, empowerment and conflict, positively influence employee performance. Therefore, it is recommended that cooperatives continue to improve the performance of their employees by increasing the intrinsic motivation and organizational commitment of their employees. Likewise, it is necessary to support a culture of employee empowerment and appropriate conflict handling.
