Abstract

Kata Kunci:  Pemeriksaan, Akuntan Publik, Opini, Audit delay             The audit completion time by an auditor who has a good reputation tends to be shorter so that the KAP reputation affects audit delay. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of company size, complexity of company operations, reputation of public accounting firm and auditor's opinion partially on audit delay; To analyze the effect of firm size, complexity of company operations, reputation of public accounting firm and auditor's opinion simultaneously on audit delay. Abstract

Consumer buying behaviour refers to the actions taken by consumers during the research, selection, acquisition, utilization, evaluation, and eventual discard of goods and services intended to meet their wants and needs. The company's knowledge of customer behavior includes the solutions to issues like "what to buy," "where to buy," "how are habits" ("how often to buy"), and "under what condition" ("under what circumstances") in relation to purchasing decisions. Researching how product quality, price, marketing, and channel of distribution all play a role in consumers' final buying decisions was the primary goal of this investigation. According to the sig, the quality of a product does play a role on consumers' final purchasing decisions. The percentage is less than five percent, specifically 0.006 0.05. The sig value indicates that the price does not play a substantial role in consumers' final decision. 0.78 > 0.05 indicates that the count is statistically significant. The sig value indicates that advertising has no noticeable impact on consumer choice. 0.736 is bigger than 0.05, hence the significance level is higher. The evidence shows that distribution channels have a major impact on consumer choice. There are fewer than 0.05 of them, specifically 0.012 0.05. A linear regression analysis shows that factors such as product quality, price, promotion, and distribution channels account for just 31.4% of the variance in consumer spending, while the remaining 68.6% is impacted by other factors. Keywords: prodak quality, price, promotion, distribution channels and purchase decisions.

Abstract

Kata kunci: kebijakan dividen; payout ratio; pandemi; LQ45   The Covid-19 virus pandemic that occurred in 2020 brought the economy down, including companies included in the LQ45 index which are considered to have good liquidity. Using a purposive sampling technique in selecting the sample to obtain 11 appropriate sample companies. The data analysis process was carried out using quantitative methods using panel data regression. The results showed that the debt ratio, firm size, and the exchange rate had a significant effect, while cash flow and profitability had no significant effect on the dividend payout ratio.
