Abstract

This study aims to thoroughly explain the use of online banking which is influenced by the Technology Acceptance Model for customers at PT Bank Takyat Indonesia, Tbk. Gianyar Branch. The study also aims to provide consideration for the management of a bank regarding the importance of focusing attention on the use of online banking in order to improve service quality to customers. This study uses 100 customers who use online banking as the research sample. From the research objectives it can be concluded that the use of Theory Acceptance Model (TAM) which consists of perceived ease and perceived usefulness as well as computer self-efficacy at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. The Gianyar branch has a positive effect on the use of online banking.

Abstract

Fund investment activities in the capital market required expertise to minimize the investment risk. One way was to form a portfolio. Markowitz model helped investors determined the stocks which was the member of the optimal portfolio. Minimization of risk and maximization of return became the urgent thing, and the value of the return expectation became the basis of calculation. This research used non probability sampling to select Pefindo 25 indeks stocks at BEI as a population and sample. Results showed from 25 sample that only 6 (six) stocks were included in the optimal portfolio, which was Adi Sara Armada Tbk (ASSA), Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk (CEKA), Elnusa Tbk (ELSA), Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA), Champion Pacific Indonesia Tbk (IGAR), dan Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO). The optimal investment portfolio provided total expected return portfolio was 15.592 percent and a risk of deviation / variance portfolio was 0.108 percent.

Abstract

Adapun perumusan masalah dalam penelitian iniadalah bagaimana pengaruh harga terhadap kepuasanpelanggan dan bagiamana pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasanpelanggan pada Kober Mie Setan Cabang Pulau Kawe Denpasar. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan tiga variabelyang terdiri dari tiga variabel bebas yaitu kualitasproduk (X1), kualitas pelayanan (X2), harga (X3),sedangkan variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan pelanggan(Y). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumenKober Mie Setan Cabang Pulau Kawe Denpasar.Instrument penelitian di uji menggunakan uji validitasdan uji relibilitas. Teknik analisis data yangdipergunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik meliputi ujinormalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas dan kemudian dilanjutkan dengananalisis regresi linier berganda, uji f dan uji t.Berdasarkan hasil uji F diperoleh besarnya F-hitung36,802 yang lebih besar dari F-tabel 2,70 yang berartisecara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kober Mie Setan Cabang Pulau Kawe. Berdasarkan hasil uji t untuk variabelkualitas produk diperoleh besarnya t-hitung 3,901 yanglebih besar dari t-tabel 1,986, variabel kualitaspelayanan diperoleh besarnya t-hitung 2,049 yang lebih besar dari t-tabel 1,986, variabel harga diperoleh besarnya t-hitung 4,145 yang lebih besar dari t-tabel 1,986, yang berarti kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan harga secaraparsial berpengrauh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kober Mie Setan Cabang Pulau Kawe.

Abstract

Firm value is a reflection of company performance which is explicitly shown through share prices. The stock price is one of the parameters for investors in investing. The higher the stock price, the better the company's performance. This study aims to analyze the interaction of firm value with other financial variables as reflected in the company's financial statements, namely leverage, profitability and dividend policy, which are also considered by investors in long-term investment. The population in this study were Food and Beverages companies on the IDX from 2017 to 2019. The population of this study was 31 Food and Beverages companies, the sampling technique using purposive sampling method was obtained as many as 19 sample companies. Data analysis using path analysis techniques. The findings of this study: (1) Leverage has a positive and significant effect on firm value, (2) Leverage has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. (3) Profitability has a positive andsignificant effect on firm value, (4) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, (5) Dividend policy has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. (6) Leverage has a positive and significant effect on firm value through dividend policy mediation. (7) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value through dividend policy mediation.

Abstract

Promotion is a strategy used to introduce products or services that are owned in order to increase room revenue in hotels. Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali carries out promotional activities by means of advertising, personal selling and sales promotion. However, in reality the cost of the promotional mix and room income do not go hand in hand, so the main point of this research is how the effect of the promotional mix costs on room income at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali and the purpose of this study is to find out how the effect of the promotional mix costs in the form of advertising costs, personal costs selling and sales promotion costs to room revenue at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali. The data analysis technique used in this research uses descriptive quantitative analysis techniques through classical assumption analysis methods, multiple regression analysis, t test, f test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the t test indicate that partially the advertising cost variable has a significant effect on room income. Based on the F test, advertising costs, personal selling costs, and sales promotion costs simultaneously have a significant effect on room revenue. Based on the results of the analysis, the variable advertising costs, personal selling costs, and sales promotion costs, the advertising cost variable that has the most dominant influence on room income at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 (corona virus dease – 19) atau yang juga dikenal dengan nama virus Corona saat ini sedang melanda dunia. Terdapat lebih dari 3.900.000 kasus positif terinfeksi virus corona di seluruh dunia dan telah menelan korban jiwa lebih dari 270.000 jiwa. Indonesia sebagai negara dengan kepadatan penduduk nomor empat di dunia diperkirakan akan mendapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan dan dalam periode waktu yang mungkin lebih lama dari negara lain karena tingkat disiplin yang masih kurang. Dampak pandemi ini ternyata tidak saja pada dunia kesehatan, tetapi juga sangat mempengaruhi seluruh aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Saat ini, masyarakat dianjurkan untuk melakukan social distancing, dimana kegiatan belajar, bekerja, dan beribadah dilakukan di rumah. Selain itu, anjuran tentang protocol kesehatan dari WHO (World Health Organization) seperti rajin mencuci tangan, menjaga kesehatan dan kebersihan serta selalu mengenakan masker apabila harus keluar rumah juga terus menerus digaungkan. Hal ini tentu berdampak pada kondisi ekonomi masyarakat secara umum, di mana banyak masyarakat dirumahkan karena perusahaan tempat mereka bekerja telah berhenti beroperasi baik secara temporer maupun permanen dengan adanya pandemi ini. Salah satu industri yang sangat terdampak oleh pandemi adalah industri pariwisata, dimana didalamnya terdapat sektor akomodasi wisata atau perhotelan. Sektor ini secara umum didominasi oleh perusahaan besar baik dalam negeri maupun milik asing, sektor perhotelan lumpuh beberapa bulan terakhir.
