Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai Balai Besar Karantina Pertanian Tanjung Priok. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah proporsional random sampling. Dari populasi 150 pegawai dengan sampel sebanyak 109 pegawai. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan pelatihan secara bersama sama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja. Secara parsial budaya organisasi, dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja. motivasi kerja dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of the level of understanding of accounting, the function of the internal supervisory body, the quality of accounting information systems, the quality of human resources on the quality of village credit institutions (LPD) financial statements in Denpasar City. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show the level of understanding of accounting, the functions of the internal supervisory body, and the quality of human resources have a positive effect on the quality of LPD financial statements in Denpasar City. While the quality of accounting information systems does not affect the quality of LPD financial statements in Denpasar City.

Abstract

All companies have unique and different strategies with the aim of winning the competition. Tight competition also motivates the management of companies and business people in the field of agro-tourism especially coffee civet agrotourism to provide the best service to their customers. The superiority or strength of the civet coffee product business is able to produce creative products and innovations in the form of ideas and ideas in creating new products. In winning the competition, a company must always be creative and innovative so that it is able to meet the needs of consumers according to their tastes and changing times. Therefore we need a marketing strategy model that is in accordance with the conditions of the company with a SWOT analysis so that in the future it is expected that coffee civet agrotourism can be more developed and the company's objectives can be achieved both short and long term goals. In this study aims to determine the variables that are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by coffee civet tourism in marketing their products and how to compile and recommend an effective and efficient alternative marketing strategy for Civet Country Civet Coffee. This research was conducted at Agrowisata Negari Luwak Kopi Desa Singapadu, Bali. The sample in the study consisted of four people namely General Manager, head of production, Human Resources (HR) manager, Director of Sales and Marketing. Especially for external respondents, the consideration was that respondents understood the marketing strategy so that all respondents were considered competent. Respondents from 15 consumers consisting of 5 repeater guests who often buy coffee civet products so that they are more aware of the taste, process in making products and the quality of coffee products.10 New consumers are guests who are coffee lovers. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of work environment, leadership, compensation and job training variables on employee engagement variables in star-rated hotels in Batam. This research was conducted using survey methods through questionnaires to as many as 380 respondents, namely employees from star-rated hotels in Batam. After being distributed directly to respondents, the questionnaire was collected and managed to get 340 questionnaires that were filled in completely and then the regression data was tested by the author using the SPSS program. From the results of data processing with SPSS it is known that there is a relationship on all variables studied. Based on the results of this study it is known the relationship between variables of work environment, leadership, compensation and job training on employee attachment variables, so that it is expected that the star hotel management can give greater attention to the variables studied above and manage employee attachments as one of the added values ​​and advantages the hotel. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa pengaruh variabel-variabel ekonomi makro, yaitu inflasi, suku bunga, nilai tukar, harga minyak dunia, produk domestik bruto, ekspor, dan impor terhadap stock return perusahaan yang terdaftar di indeks saham LQ45. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 79 perusahaan yang pernah terdaftar di LQ45 selama periode Februari 2012 sampai dengan Januari 2017. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi, suku bunga, nilai tukar, produk domestik bruto, ekspor, dan impor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stock return. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan harga minyak dunia tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stock return.

Abstract

The family company is synonymous with the characteristics to inherit its company from one generation to the next. The average family company can only survive and inherit up to third generation (Wahjono, Wajoedi, & Idrus, S, 2014). However, there are also have some family companies especially in the field of estate in Scotland that can last up to 400, 600 even 800 years (Belmonte, Seaman, & Bent, 2016). The culture and application of the board structure of each family company varies greatly. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of board structure (CEO family / non-family, professional qualification, board size, and independent commissioner) on the value of the company in the family enterprise. This research method is analyzed by multiple linear regression on panel data that is 125 family company in BEI 2010-2014. The results of this study indicate that family firms run by non-family (professional) CEOs will be higher in corporate value than the family CEO. Professional qualifications have a significant negative influence on the value of the company. The size of the board has a significant positive influence on firm value. Independent commissioners have no significant influence on the value of family firms.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, likuiditas, hutang, dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap rasio pembayaran dividen. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia yang membayar dividen 5 tahun berturut-turut. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan total 77 sampel perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari period tahun 2012 sampai dengan 2016. Hasil pengujian data menemukan bahwa profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap rasio pembayaran dividen, sedangkan likuiditas dan pertumbuhan penjualan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan negatif terhadap rasio pembayaran dividen. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of good corporate governance toward profitability of Indonesia’s manufacturing companies. This research uses sample of financial report from 107 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2011 to 2015. This research method is purposive sampling by using SPSS program version 22. The result of this research shows that variable independent board independence has a significant negative impact to net profit margin. While other variable independent such as board size, board meeting, and institutional ownership has no significant positive impact to net profit margin. Managerial ownership and audit committee size has no significant negative impact to net profit margin.

Abstract

Perkembangan Bank Syariah di Indonesia sangatlah pesat. Terbukti pada salah satu Bank Syariah di Indonesia yaitu Bank Syariah Mandiri yang dilihat dari aset perbankannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui adanya pengaruh GCG terhadap Kinerja Bank Syariah Mandiri di Indonesia periode 2013-2016. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan bank dan laporan good corporate governance yang dipublikasikan oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan atau website Bank Syariah Mandiri periode 2013-2016. Selain itu penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data time series and cross section dari tahun 2013-2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ukuran dewan komisaris berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan Bank Syariah Mandiri periode 2013-2016, sehingga H1 diterima. Ukuran dewan direksi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan Bank Syariah Mandiri periode 2013-2016, sehingga H2 ditolak. Ukuran dewan pengawas syariah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan Bank Syariah Mandiri periode 2013-2016, sehingga H3 ditolak. Kata Kunci: Ukuran Dewan Komisaris, Ukuran Dewan Direksi, Ukuran Dewan Pengawas Syariah, GCG , ROA.

Abstract

Employee performance is very important for the achievement of the goals of a company. One important factor that can affect performance in a company is from providing compensation given to employees. Compensation is something that is received by employees as a substitute for their service contribution to the company. The existence of a good compensation system will ensure the occurrence of justice between employees and the company. Each employee will receive a reward in accordance with the goals, functions, positions, and work performance Compensation problems are a sensitive problem because they are driving people to work hard. Besides that compensation also affects morale and labor discipline. Therefore, any company / organization should be able to provide compensation that is balanced with the workload borne by the workforce. This research was conducted at PT. Indonesian Sango. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of employees at PT. Indonesian Sango. PT. Sango Indonesia is a company engaged in the Automotive Part that produces Secondary Steel and Exhaust Manifold. Shareholders in PT. Sango Indonesia is divided into Sango Group, Toyota Thuso, Sumitomo Corporation, sumitomo corporation Indonesia and shinsho corporation. Meanwhile, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of employees at PT. Indonesian Sango. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that Compensation has a contribution of influence of 50.83% on the performance of employees of PT. Indonesian Sango. While the remaining 49.17% is influenced by other factors.
