Abstract

Mobil menjadi alat transportasi yang sering dipakai oleh masyarakat. Untuk bekerja, sekolah sampai aktivitas lainnya. Banyak pabrikan membuat berbagai jenis mobil dengan keunggulan yang berbeda mulai dari kapasitas mesin, jenis desain dan fitur-fitur unggulan pada produknya. Semakin beragamnya pilihan mobil yang ditawarkan, menjadikan konsumen seringkali bingung untuk menentukan pilihan baik dari merk, model, jenis, harga, kapasitas mesin, tranmisi, tahun pembuatan dan kapasitas BBM maupun keunggulan dari mobil tersebut. Proses pemilihan mobil masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu dengan menggunakan media brosur atau katalog konvensional dan biasanya konsumen melakukan pembelian hanya karena tertarik dengan model ataupun tampilan serta fasilitas yang terbaru tanpa di sesuaikan dengan kebutuhannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem yang dapat digunakan dalam pemilihan mobil sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen dan menerapkan metode COPRAS dalam memberikan rekomendasi pemilihan mobil berdasarkan kriteria merk, model, jenis, harga, kapasitas mesin, tranmisi, tahun pembuatan dan kapasitas BBM. Hasil rekomendasi dari pemilihan kriteria merk Honda dan tranmisi CVT menghasilkan rekomendasi mobil Honda Brio. Honda Brio memiliki nilai tertinggi karena mempunyai harga paling rendah di mana kriteria harga mempunyai prosentase bobot paling tinggi. Kata kunci : COPRAS, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Mobil.

Abstract

Technological advances are developing so fast in today's era, and this influence is unavoidable. Especially the digitization of various fields to make it easier for users to make work shorter and faster, as well as make work more efficient. The variety of choices of computer components is one of the obstacles in assembling a desktop computer because not all component choices can work properly according to what the user wants. This study aims to overcome this problem by implementing a component-based computer selection decision support system using the hybrid AHP and MOORA methods in order to obtain the best recommendation results in the selection of desktop computer components which are then packaged in a web page. The application of the hybrid AHP and MOORA methods is expected to produce accurate information regarding the selection of computers based on components. The results obtained from this study are the formation of a component-based computer selection decision support system model using the web-based AHP and MOORA hybrid methods.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia internet saat ini sangat diharapkan karena meningkatnya jumlah pertumbuhan perusahaan dan instansi yang berdampak terhadap kebutuhan layanan informasi. E-Commerce merupakan salah satu hasil dari layanan internet yang perkembangannya saat ini sangat nyata, dan begitu cepat. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk membuat E-Commerce dengan objek penelitian PD Dua Putri Furniture yang basis penjualan berupa furniture. PD Dua Putri Furniture melakukan penjualan dan pemasaran secara konvensional, yaitu konsumen masih diharuskan untuk memesan secara langsung ke tempat pembuatan. Bisnis tentu kurang kompetitif bila tidak memiliki media pemasaran secara online seperti website. Keberadaan suatu website dapat memperluas jangkauan dalam pemasaran produk yang dijual pada PD Dua Putri Furniture. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan suatu sistem E-commerce yang dapat mempermudah customer dalam mendapatkan informasi tentang berbagai produk furniture pada PD Dua Putri Furniture dan membantu meningkatkan daya penjualan dengan menggunakan E-commerce. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perancangan sistem informasi penjualan berbasis online dapat membantu konsumen dalam mengakses informasi mengenai produk yang dijual serta memperluas pemasaran produk-produk furniture.

Abstract

In the process of determining capital loans to customers, checking customer data to find out several criteria, namely checking OJK slik, customer age, customer status, customer income in one month and type of guarantee. These criteria will determine whether the customer gets the loan funds or not. The problem that arises is because there is no computerized system in determining capital loans, so in determining the loan it is still using manual or personal assessments. Meanwhile, Bank Syariah Indonesia prioritizes data that is really accurate in lending capital to customers. The method used in determining the borrowing of the customer's capital is the K-NN (K-Neareast Neighbor) method. The reason is that this method is a method used for classification in finding the closest distance between the data to be evaluated and its nearest neighbor. The author collects data by conducting questions and answers or consultations that are carried out directly to the leadership of the Indonesian Islamic Bank Cikarang Branch to find out the obstacles that exist in the bank regarding information related to research. Calculation of the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithm is a method for classifying new objects based on (K) their closest neighbors. K-NN is a supervised learning algorithm, where the results of a new query instance are based on the results of the K-NN. The class that appears the most will be the class resulting from the classification. Create a customer loan determination system that can calculate the value accurately, whether the customer deserves to be borrowed capital or not and also makes a value classification based on the data available to the customer. Determine the maximum limit for each of the existing criteria.

Abstract

On determining student's rank, class teachers are faced for giving information or reporting their student'srank. The difficulty that they have is to determine student's rank in a short time while there are large numberof students. Based on that situation, class teachers need a system which could help them for determiningstudent's rank. The problem in this research is how to make decision supporting system using analyticalhierarchy process (ahp) method for determining student's rank. This research is purposed to get informationwhether the application of Decision Supporting System using analytical hierarchy process is valid and beable to help for determining student's rank. The purpose of this research is be able to make DecisionSupporting System for determining student's rank. Abstract

Soji Shoes and Bag Care is one of the companies engaged in shoe and bag washing services located in Central Jakarta, the Laundry Services offered are: Washing shoes and bags that are dull, yellowed, very dirty, then shoes and bags are washed clean according to customer wishes. Currently the information system provided has not been able to manage company data, marketing company services and company information, so the company is unable to reach customers and prospective customers in DKI Jakarta. In recording/entering customer data, ordering and payment requires workers to input data manually and then recap the data into Ms. Excel, changes or as required information takes a lot of time and is at risk for input errors and data loss. The method of developing information systems in this research is the Prototype Method, and to describe the problem with PIECES, then the UML diagram as a proposed system design structure uses Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams. The programming language used is the Java language, and uses the MYSQL database. The result of this final project is the design of a mobile information system for ordering cleaning services at the Soji Shoes and Bag Care Company.

Abstract

Information Technology has become the main choice in creating an information system that can provide precise and accurate information. The library system at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Al Hasan, Ciamis Regency still uses a manual system. This system is not suitable for borrowing books and returning books still using books or paper in transactions, so it takes a long time to manage the data recording of borrowing and returning books. From the description of the problem above, a library data management system is needed at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Al Hasan, Ciamis Regency so that the system becomes more efficient as well as the borrowing and returning system which is often problematic and takes a long time. So it requires development by utilizing existing technology, for example using a website and making it easier for officers to record borrowing and returning books. The research method used in this research is the spiral method. As a result, this library information system can make it easier for librarians to manage library data and speed up the reporting process by selecting the print option.Keywords : Spiral Model, Library, Online, System

Abstract

Based on Presidential Instruction No. 3 of 2003, the government in this case the Ministry of Communication and Information has established a National Policy and Strategy on the development of e-government. So that a quality government website is demanded. Based on that, this research is to measure the quality of the website of the North Jakarta administration city government, namely https://utara.jakarta.go.id/ which is viewed from the side of end user satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the North Jakarta administration city website and to provide recommendations for improving the North Jakarta administration city website in improving the quality of information services. The sample of this study included 100 respondents who were calculated based on the Slovin formula and used the purposive sampling technique. This study uses the webqual 4.0 method which consists of three independent variables, namely usability, information quality and interaction quality and 1 dependent variable, namely user satisfaction. The results obtained from the t-test show that the dimensions of ease of use and the dimensions of information quality have no effect on the dimensions of user satisfaction and only the interaction quality variables that affect user satisfaction. The results obtained from the f test show that the variables usability, information quality and interaction quality simultaneously affect the user satisfaction variable by 49% while the remaining 51% possibly influenced by factors other than the webqual 4.0 variable.

Abstract

Berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi diera modern ini telah melaju dengan sangat pesat dalam kurun waktu yang terbilang sangat singkat. Dampak yang ditimbulkan pun juga sangat besar yang mencakup hingga berbagai bidang. Misalnya dalam bidang keorganisasian, teknologi digital komunikasi hadir dengan sistem informasi yang dapat diakses dari mana saja dan kapan saja. Pada kasus pengabdian masyarakat diwilayah Pisangan Baru terdapat sistem informasi aspirasi yang sering bermasalah dikarenakan sistem yang rumit sebab masyarakat harus datang terlebih dahulu kepada anggota lembaga kelurahan masyarakat guna manyampaikan aspirasinya yang kemudian masyarakat beberapa hari kemudian harus datang kembali kepada anggota lembaga masyarakat tersebut guna menerima update terbaru akan aspirasi tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode prototype dan dengan disokongnya pemahaman pembahasan mengenai metode perangkat lunak yang diberikan selama kuliah, penulis kemudian membuat sebuah aplikasi dalam bentuk website agar dapat digunakan oleh warga Pisangan Baru. Selain berfungsi dalam menampung aspirasi warga sekitar, aplikasi ini juga dapat digunakan oleh warga diwilayah lain untuk mendapatkan informasi terkini diwilayah Pisangan Baru.

Abstract

The internet is currently very much needed because of the increasing number of users, many people are dependent on the internet because this information technology is very fast. In this case, it has a huge impact on the need for the provision of very efficient internet services. One technology that is becoming a trend in computer networks, namely wireless computer networks (wireless local area networka / WLAN). This technology is the development of local area network technology that allows efficiency in the implementation and development of computer networks that can increase user mobility and computer network technology using cable media. Bandwidth management is a way to manage the internet network for even distribution of bandwidth usage even though many network users use the simple queue and queue tree method, one method for doing a bandwidth management, in this simple queue and queue tree there are bandwidth management settings and can add bandwidth size every larger client, this research methodology uses qualitative research results. The results showed that the results of the comparison of two simple queue and queue tree methods were optimal enough to be used in cybercomnet bandwidth management.
