Currently, television occupies the number 2 position as a source of information after social media. The analog TV broadcast system will be replaced with digital TV based on a plan issued by the Ministry of Communication and Information in Indonesia. Social media is useful for sharing thoughts and opinions about events, products and more, for example on the ongoing digital TV migration. The advantages of digital TV include superior technology and clear, crisp picture clarity. Some people argue that they are satisfied with the transition to digital TV, while others are the opposite. So that researchers are interested in these two opinions and are interested in analyzing public sentiment regarding the migration program for digital TV broadcasts on Twitter social media because of these two responses. The Naive Bayes method with Chi Square feature selection is used in the research process to examine differences in public opinion about migration to digital TV broadcasts. The results of the classification with 191 positive sentiment data and 185 negative sentiment data resulted in 96% accuracy, 93% precision and 100% recall.

XYZ College is one of the private universities in East Jakarta that has used Information Systems (SI) into its business processes, one of which is the Electronic Daily Performance Report (E-DPR) to record employee activities and performance appraisals or Key Performance Index. . However, in practice the system has never been monitored and evaluated regularly since it was implemented and socialized to employees until now. So that the achievement of goals and obstacles is not yet known by the agency. Based on this, it is necessary to evaluate the Electronic Daily Performance Report (E-DPR). This evaluation uses the capability model as a measuring tool for respondents answers, the questionnaire is made using a Likert scale measurement based on statement points / audit questions in the COBIT 5 framework in the MEA domain (Monitor, Evalute and Assess) as a guide. Based on the results of the recapitulation of respondents answers, the capability level value in the MEA01 domain is 3.88, the MEA02 domain is 3.58 and the MEA03 domain is 3.50 in the range 0-5. In order for agencies to obtain the desired results, an analysis of the performance of the E-DPR system is carried out and provides recommendations for agencies to improve the performance of the E-DPR system at the XYZ College, Jakarta.

One type of sale and purchase transaction that is generally known is an auction transaction. However, many users are dissatisfied with the online auction system for many reasons. The development of information technology at this time has grown very rapidly. One of the benefits of its application is that it is used in the world of trade to help the auction process or buying and selling of goods online to run effectively and efficiently. The advancement of the internet in Indonesia has resulted in the development of the e-auction industry. The proliferation of the e-commerce industry has made it easier for Indonesians to sell. search and buy the desired item. This application is built from the PHP programming language and utilizes the CodeIgniter framework with the Exreme Programming development method. The process of this development stage is divided into six stages, namely: needs analysis, design, implementation, testing and development of the system. At the testing stage, a functionality test is carried out using the BlackBox Testing method, which is to test the function of the application that has been built whether it is in accordance with the needs. From the test results show the application runs well and has a good processing time. Web-based online auction system is a web-based application that was built to make it easier for us to carry out the auction process or buy and sell goods.

Lighting is a device that is in a house or building that has a function as lighting. The lamp works in the presence of a power source by using a switch to turn it on or off. The problem that often occurs in controlling the lights manually is the difficulty in controlling the lights in remote rooms with a large number of rooms and lights so that the control system is not effective and efficient. Today, Internet of Things has become a popular term to describe a scenario where Internet connectivity and computing capabilities extend to a wide variety of objects, devices, sensors, and everyday items. In this design using this control is done wirelessly via a bluetooth module as a communication medium. To turn on the light, the android smartphone will send a command to the Arduino microcontroller via Bluetooth communication so that the light will turn on according to the command from the Android smartphone. One of the methods used is the Prototype Method which serves as an initial version of the system. After testing, the process of sending and receiving data on the light on-off command is able to work at a distance of approximately 10 meters. With these results, controlling an Android smartphone can be used as a control for lighting lights in a house wirelessly with a distance of approximately 10 meters..

This research is based on observations, currently in conducting sales transactions on average already using a computerized system and recording existing transaction data, but the data only functions as a store archive so that it cannot be used as data to predict the sales results of goods sold. which will be more attractive to consumers. The purpose of this study is to apply data mining to predict the sales results of goods that are more attractive to consumers and to look for relationships between itemsets. From the application of data mining, the data is processed using a priori algorithm to be able to predict the results of the sale of goods. By doing a frequent itemset search using the association rule technique. By determining the candidates that may appear and paying attention to the minimum support and minimum confidence In the application of data mining to predict the sale of goods (researchers managed to find 14 association rules with a minimum support rule of 30% and a minimum confidence of 65%.

Cybercrime today deserves the attention of all parties carefully. Using IDS and Network Monitoring applications such as Microsoft Network Monitor can detect attacks targeting servers. Attack prevention with anomaly detection is by comparing the network traffic being monitored with network traffic that usually occurs. With this capability Snort can simplify the handling of computer network security.

Petshop Salsa in Bandar Lampung is a business engaged in sales. In sales activities there is processing of inventory data of goods. In the management of goods, PetShop Salsa has not utilized the Database Management System where all business process activities in processing goods are carried out manually, causing the process of recording goods both incoming and outgoing goods to be ineffective. This resulted in the reporting of inventory items that could not be done in a timely manner. The purpose of this study is to build an inventory application that is able to facilitate the process of inputting inventory, both incoming goods and outgoing goods so that inventory reports can be made effectively and on time. The method used in this study is the FAST (Framework For The Application System Thinking) method with Unified Modeling Language system design, namely Usecase Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. The results of this study are the realization of an inventory application using the FAST method at Petshop Salsa in Bandar Lampung which can help process goods processing transactions more effectively and on time.

Divorce is an event or event of a bad marriage adjustment, namely the breaking of the marriage bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife. While the meaning of divorce according to civil law is the abolition of marriage by a judge's decision on the demands of one of the parties in the marriage. Divorce that is carried out usually still applies a system of mutual deliberation by both parties so that there is no application or use of a method and also there is no application of a divorce decision-making system that is applied. Several criteria were set, namely Domestic Violence, Ignoring Responsibility, Infidelity, Disputes, Narcotics, Committing Crimes, and determining the weight of each criterion to obtain the final score for each alternative. The system development method used is the Extreme Programming method. And the system development tools are Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams. The results of this study the author can make a Divorce Decision Making System application at the Kotabumi District Court u sing the web-based SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method which can provide a solution in decision making to determine a married couple who filed a suit that deserves to be divorced.

Salah satu tugas pokok pemerintah adalah memberikan pelayanan. Pelayanan Kir adalah pemenuh keinginan dan kebutuhan masyarakat khususnya Kir mobil yang harus dilakukan guna memastikan jika kendaraan yang beroperasi di jalan sudah sesuai dengan persyaratam, aman, serta layak berkendara di jalan. Penelitian ini dilakukan gunanya untuk mengetahui apakah Pelayanan Kir yang ada telah di terapkan dan sudah sesuai dengan visi,misi dan tujuan instansi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode IT-VAL yang berfokus pada Domain yaitu Portfolio Management Dan Value Governance dengan menggunakan Maturity Level yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan Pelayanan Kir yang ada Pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Penelitian ini mengkasilakan temuan bahwa Tingkat Kematangan (Maturity Level) pada proses Portfolio Management dan Value Governance berada pada level 4 yaitu artinya saat ini pelayanan kir yang ada di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Lampung Utara sepenuhnya telah dikelola dengan baik.

PT. Lautan Teduh Interniaga Dealer Yamaha Kotabumi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang otomotif, seperti pelayanan penjualan sepeda motor, penjualan sparepart motor dan melayani servis. Dalam data penjualan itu tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai arsip perusahaan tetapi dari data itu bisa diolah sebagai informasi untuk melakukan prediksi pada hasil penjualan sparepart motor yang paling diminati oleh konsumen atau ketersediaan stok sparepart motor untuk masa yang akan datang. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode algoritma apriori dalam data mining diharapkan mampu mengetahui tingkat penjualan yang paling banyak, dan membantu Spareaprt Counter untuk persedian Stok Sparepart motor yang paling banyak terjual pada PT. Lautan Teduh Interniaga Dealer Yamaha Kotabumi. Penerapan Data mining yaitu proses menemukan informasi yang berguna dari gudang basis data yang besar. Data mining dapat diartika sebagai pengekstrakan informasi dari sekumpulan data besar untuk membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan dengan menggunakan metode algoritma apriori. Algoritma apriori merupakan jenis aturan asosiasi yaitu Association Rule yang dimana menentukan pola kombinasi itemset. Dalam menentukan kandidat yang sering muncul maka di lihat pada nilai support dan confidence. Dari hasil penerapan aplikasi yang digunakan dalam memprediksi penjualan sparepart motor menggunakan RapidMiner dapat menemukan barang yang paling banyak diminati yaitu barang Spring Tension dan Element Assy Oil Cleaner dengan nilai Support 42% dan nilai confidence 77,78% dan barang Chain & Sprocket Kit dengan Yamalube SPR Sport 4T memiliki nilai Support 35% dan nilai confidence 74,47%. Dalam hasil ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan untuk melakukan persedian sparepat motor dimasa yang akan datang
