Abstract

Stakeholders are individuals or groups who have interests and can exert influence on an object. It is very important to measure the satisfaction of stakeholders (stakeholders) to get feedback and input for the purposes of developing and implementing strategies to increase stakeholder satisfaction, so it is necessary to know the opinions of stakeholders. The research method consists of several stages including the first stage is problem identification and literature study, the second stage is collecting data on stakeholder satisfaction (Students), the third stage is data preprocessing, the fourth stage is feature extraction in order to facilitate classification using the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). The fourth stage is the testing and evaluation stage of the model. The fifth stage is testing the accuracy of the method. The purpose of this study is to compare the level of accuracy between the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) methods on sentiment analysis from comments on the results of measuring stakeholder satisfaction. The results of the accuracy rate using the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method of 91.13% and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) of 83.06% so that the performance of the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method is higher in the analysis of stakeholder satisfaction sentiment.

Abstract

In this study the author aims to help parties SMA Purnama Trimurjo to select recipients of aid funds using the method Simple Adicvity weighting (SAW). There are three criteria that the author uses, namely the income of the parents, the work of the parents and the number of dependents. Considering that so far no particular method has been used in selecting poor students so that sometimes decisions are considered less efficient and not well targeted. Based on the criteria that have been determined using the research method SAW is carried out by looking for the weight value of each attribute, then a student selection process is carried out which will determine, namely poor student.

Abstract

An institution or an office definitely needs personnel or Human Resources (HR). If HR can be well organized, it is hoped that the company can also manage all business processes properly. Every company has criteria for assessing the performance of its employees. Therefore a decision support system was built using the SAW method. By using the SAW method, the best alternative is sought based on the specified criteria. In this study, the SAW method was adopted and can be carried out according to the expected results. Tests in this study used white box and black box testing with the results according to the original plan and can be said to be successful.

Abstract

According to a survey by the Coalition Against Piracy (CAP) of the Asia Video Industry Association, 63% of onlinestreaming service users in Indonesia prefer to watch illegal streaming platforms for free with various "consequences." This makes Indonesia become one of the nations with the highest percentage of users of illegal streaming platforms.In the other side, illegally stream can also violate broadcasting rights rules, which can result some of comments from internet users, including those with both positive and negative feeling about the existence of this illegal streaming platforms.Comments in the form of these sentiments may be found in a variety of media, one of which is the social media site Twitter. Twitter serves as a platform for the expression of thoughts and sentiments as well as for enjoy free time. This research was conducted to find out the comments and opinions of netizens about illegal streaming platforms and will be classified into positive and negative sentiments using the Naïve Bayes Classification Algorithm with the help of the TF-IDF (Term Frequency – Inverse Document Frequency) weighting method. In this study, balanced results were obtained where positive sentiment data was 50% while negative sentiment data was 50% with the value of accuracy 50%, precission 53%, recall 51%, and f-measure 51.

Abstract

Nowadays, videos are familiar to many people, but most people only think that an incident can be documented without understanding the original explanation. Initially video was a technology for sending electronic signals from a moving image and video was also included in the multimedia group, besides that video was also included as a medium for conveying information. Basically, every company, campus or school agency has a video which will introduce and provide information to everyone. In this study, it focuses on the application or utilization of the Lower Third technique on the video of the STMIK Dharma Wacana campus institution. The Lower Third technique is a technique that combines text with graphic elements that are placed at the bottom of the screen or video. Which aims to provide information to everyone. The research method applied, namely, using primary and secondary methods, is a method in which both review or analyze and collect data either by way of direct interviews or studying theories related to the technique. The results of this study show that it can provide information that is more actual, interesting and accurate, and can find out what the lower third technique is.

Abstract

The internet technology has a great influence in human's life, including in the education field. In educational institutions, internet technology can be used to support teaching-learning process but also can be a distraction for students. Implementation of internet access blocking in educational institutions has become an important topic in the education world today. Access blocking can be used to control students' internet activities during class hours, reducing distractions and improving learning. In this research, we implement the internet access blocking using Mikrotik Router-based Scheduler in SMK Ma'arif Purbolinggo. We evaluate the effectiveness of the blocking by measuring students' internet access level before and after implementation and conducting surveys to the students and teachers to get feedback on this implementation. The results show that the internet access blocking using Mikrotik can effectively control students' internet activities and improve learning at SMK Ma'arif Purbolinggo.

Abstract

This study is based on the writer's curiosity, "why there are employees who can survive and work until retirement and why there are new employees join and then resign in a short term?", Then the analysis of the curious followed by studied previous studies to be a reference in this study.The objective of this study is to determine whether the compensation, facilities, work environment, workload and leadership affect to Employee Engagement in the Company. This study is a quantitative descriptive research, the data obtained from the sample of population , then analyzed with the statistical methods and interpreted. The hypothesis test used 98 respondents who gave back the questionnaire for sample from 130 populations. The analytical technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS, and the research results said that there is significant effect of compensation (65%), facilities (68.1%), work environment (53.2%), work load (75%) and leadership (62.7%) partially, and simultaneously affecting 77.8% to Employee Engagement of the Company. The Company is expect to maintain Employee Engagement stability by paying attention to compensation, facilities, work environment, workload, and leadership that becomes the determinant variable of employee engage or not.

Abstract

Analysis and design are the basis for the development of information systems, because it is important to make them in detail and complete, so that the next steps can be carried out effectively and efficiently. The analysis and design of this pharmacy information system is made to identify the needs of pharmacies and users for the system built, as well as to design the user interface and database needed for its implementation. The system was built using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. The RAD method allows the involvement of the user in reviewing the design, so that the design results can correctly answer the user's needs. The first RAD stage in this research is business modeling. At this stage, an analysis of all user requirements for the system to be designed is carried out. Data for analysis was obtained through direct interviews with users, as well as through direct observation at the research site. Users of the system that was built consisted of pharmacists and pharmacy employees, each with the authority to access rights in the system. In the next stage, data modeling is carried out based on the results of the needs analysis. Data modeling consists of entity relationship diagrams (ER diagrams) and table relationships. ER Diagram includes 4 entities, namely users, purchases, goods, and sales. Each entity has its own attributes. Referring to the ER diagram, a table relation is created to visualize the tables and fields in the database. The third stage is process modeling, which is explained through use case diagrams and activity diagrams. Use case diagrams explain what processes can be carried out by each actor, while activity diagrams describe all activities that occur in the system. The last design process is user interface design. The user interface provides an overview to the user about the appearance of the system that will be seen by the user. System design through several changes at the request of the user. The results of the research are in the form of designs for the implementation phase. The resulting design will facilitate the programmer's task because the design has been approved by the user so that it can be a strong basis in building an information system that has minimal errors. The system implementation phase will be more targeted and efficient in terms of time.

Abstract

Pemerintahan berbasis elektronik atau yang dikenal dengan e-government, merupakan salah satu bentuk pelayanan pemerintahan berbasis elektronik. Layanan digital berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan kemudahan akses data, informasi, dan juga layanan yang dapat diterima oleh masyarakat secara lebih cepat. Artikel ini menguraikan factor factor pemerintah menggunakan e-government. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah mencari sumber jurnal yang berkualitas. Jurnal yang terpilih adalah Google Scholar, Emerald Insight, Elsevier dan IEEE explore dengan kata kunci "e-government", "technology adopt" dan "perception of usability and ease of use". Kami menemukan 1703 artikel penelitian yang berkaitan dengan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan berbasis elektronik (e-government). Kemudian, dari 1703 artikel terpilih, diterima 146 artikel berdasarkan pembacaan judul dan abstrak. Kemudian, diteliti 146 artikel tentang topik yang dipilih dengan cermat dan didapatkan 30 artikel sesuai dengan domain yang ada di TAM. Studi ini juga menghasilkan konstruksi tambahan (variabel eksternal) yang paling sering digunakan untuk melengkapi model TAM. Diharapkan penemuan konstruk penting ini dapat memberikan titik referensi konseptual untuk model dan peluang untuk penelitian lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Diagnosing a disease using technology is no longer commonplace, with the continuous development of advances in the world of health, it can utilize technology in making decisions, especially detecting liver disease. Basically, the technology used can really help doctors compared to conventional manual analysis techniques which have been used to diagnose patient diseases. According to WHO (Word Heart Organization) in 2013, there were 28 million patients with liver disease in Indonesia. From this data, liver disease is referred to as one of the 10 diseases with the highest death rate. It would be very good if doctors could detect liver disease more frequently. quickly so that the patient can be immediately treated by a doctor. From the problems above that underlies the authors to conduct research on the classification of liver disease. In this study the authors wanted to predict liver disease using the Random Forest Algorithm. In selecting the right features and classifiers, the most important thing is to increase accuracy and computation in predicting liver disease. The researcher wants to know whether the Random Forest algorithm has a high accuracy value so that it can be a basis for using the Random Forest algorithm in predicting liver disease. Researchers used the Liver Disease Patient Dataset, in this research stage several steps were carried out starting from conducting Data Analysis, Exploratory Data Analysis, Preprocessing, Algorithmic Modeling, and Visualization. From this research stage, it can be seen the results of predicting accuracy using the Random Forest Algorithm. From the results of research conducted with the Random Forest algorithm, predictions were obtained with an accuracy value of 0.713326 with an f1 score of 81%.
