Abstract

Pada era digital, pengambilan keputusan berbasis data menjadi sangat penting bagi bisnis, termasuk di sektor apotek. Perancangan dashboard Business Intelligence (BI) menggunakan Google Looker dapat membantu dalam mengelola dan menganalisis data secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dashboard BI pada bisnis apotek dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall, yang melibatkan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah dashboard BI yang mampu menyajikan informasi yang relevan dan real-time, sehingga dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Waterfall efektif dalam merancang sistem BI yang terstruktur dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis apotek.

Abstract

The Lebak Regency Civil Service Police Unit is one of the important instruments owned by the Lebak Regency Regional Government. Satpol PP has the task of taking action against violations of Regional Regulations reported by the Lebak Regency community. Taking action against violations of Regional Regulations is very important in realizing community welfare and also maintaining the tranquility of the Lebak Regency environment. Currently, the complaint reporting procedure is still manual, which requires a lot of time for the community to make complaints. In addition, Satpol PP also needs to know firsthand the conditions in the field. Therefore, this study aims to analyze and design a website-based complaint information system needed by Satpol PP. Designing and designing a complaint service information system using the Waterfall Method as a system development method and Unified Application Development (UML) as a modeling tool. From this study, a web application for a complaint service information system was produced.

Abstract

The use of computers as one of the information technology tools is very much needed in almost every aspect of life. Higher education is currently required to follow the rapid developments in all fields, where these developments require an increase in quality in achieving its goals. The data processing activities in question are in the form of writing activities, storing files, grouping files which are organizational routines that will certainly drain time and space. Data in the form of hard copies are often not neatly arranged according to their groups. Therefore, a system is needed where data can be grouped, processed and stored into a system. The system development model used in this study uses the System Development Life Cycle method. Abstract

Agriculture is a vital sector that supports the economy of many countries, especially in regions with fertile land and large agrarian communities. However, farmers often face challenges in marketing and selling their agricultural products. Limited access to broader markets and a lack of accurate information about market prices often make farmers reliant on intermediaries, who can suppress prices and reduce their income. Information and communication technology offers a solution through information systems that facilitate direct marketing. These systems enable farmers to sell their products directly to consumers or traders and access up-to-date market data, supporting better sales decisions and increasing efficiency and productivity. User interface (UI) design plays a crucial role in the success of these systems. An effective interface must be intuitive and easy to use for all users, including farmers, traders, and consumers with varying levels of technological understanding. Therefore, the design of the interface should consider ease of access and use for all user groups, including those less familiar with digital technology. This research aims to design a smart e-commerce interface for the sale of agricultural products using the Wireframing method. This method is expected to make the interface design process more systematic and efficient, as well as minimize the risk of failure.

Abstract

Aplikasi monitoring PKL berbasis web ini dikembangkan untuk mempermudah pemantauan dan pengelolaan kegiatan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) di SMK Kesehatan Bhakti Kencana Cimahi. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan peserta didik, guru pembimbing, dan admin untuk mengakses informasi terkait PKL dengan mudah melalui smartphone, laptop, atau komputer. Fitur-fitur yang disediakan mencakup pengelolaan absensi, laporan kegiatan, dan penilaian PKL berupa sertifikat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode air terjun (Waterfall) yang mencakup tahapan analisis, desain, pengkodean, pengujian, dan dukungan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini berfungsi sesuai harapan dan berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses PKL. Aplikasi ini juga mendapatkan respons positif dari pengguna berdasarkan hasil User Accepted Testing (UAT) dan pengujian Black Box. Untuk pengembangan selanjutnya, disarankan untuk memperbarui antarmuka agar lebih menarik dan mengembangkan versi mobile dari aplikasi ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meimplementasikan aplikasi yang memberikan untuk pegawai kemudahan melakukan pemeliharaan pada perangkat IT. Dalam proses pencatatan laporan yang belum memanfaatkan teknologi seperti terdapat sebuah sistem pencatatan dengan menggunakan sistem komputer, dengan banyak menemukan kendala dalam penyimpanan catatan berbasis kertas, yang memiliki beberapa kelemahan seperti keterbatasan ruang penyimpanan, akses dokumen yang memakan waktu, risiko kerusakan, kerentanan terhadap dokumen. Perlu adanya aplikasi sistem manajeman untuk mengatasi kesalahan pencatatan laporan, dalam analisis dan implementasi menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak, dan dalam Rapid Application Development (RAD) menghasilkan performance yang cukup baik untuk sistem manajeman pencatatan. Pembuatan sistem ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java untuk Android, database Firebase.

Abstract

Employee assessment at UD. Kurnia Department Store is still done manually using Microsoft Excel, which often causes inaccuracy and lack of transparency. This may make it more difficult to choose the finest workers. Therefore, this study applies the Weighted Product (WP) method to improve objectivity and efficiency in employee assessment. The WP method normalizes the weight of each criterion such as attendance, cooperation, work quantity, and responsibility to determine employee rankings. The implementation of this system results in more accurate, faster, and consistent assessments. This system is designed to assist management in making better decisions regarding the selection of the best employees each year.

Abstract

This study develops the design and framework of a decision classification model for selecting consumer case complaints. This model accommodates the decision-making process on consumer cases involving the assembly and the chairman of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency (BPSK) playing a role in a decision. This study produces a design and framework of a decision classification model for the selection of consumer case complaints with the stages of the consumer case classification selection process completed with the Naïve Bayes Classifier and TOPSIS for the final decision stage of the consumer case while testing uses the Confusion Matrix.

Abstract

The importance of the process of evaluating information system security for a company, organization, or government agency whose goal is to carry out early detection of information leaks and even disruption of information systems. In this research conducted at SMKN 1 SRAGI LAMSEL. The research being conducted was to determine the level of readiness and governance of information security based on ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standardization by using tools, namely the KAMI Information Security Index Version 4.2. In this research the method used to carry out the data collection process is to make direct observations on the objects used as research and questions and answers with the IT department that handles related information systems. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the maturity level of information security is that at the level of need for electronic devices, a score of 20 points is in line with the high KAMI index and is still Level I to Level II. Even though the result of the readiness assessment has a value of 245, this is a safety level of 1 which applies to SMKN 1 SRAGI LAMSEL. To achieve a qualification level in accordance with the ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 standard, SMKN 1 SRAGI LAMSEL must improve information security internally and externally, in this case external parties, and carry out security assessments on an ongoing and continuous basis.

Abstract

Currently, the 321 Cell Store sells conventionally, where consumers directly visit the store to make purchases. And the way to promote products is through brochures. The problem faced is that consumers do not know clearly the specifications of the products offered such as types of goods, pictures, product price information, product availability and descriptions, large costs for brochure printing and the speed of delivering information to potential customers. To see information about the products needed, consumers must come to the store or via telephone to find out detailed information. This causes a lot of wasted time that consumers need to obtain information. The sales information system to be built is web-based, using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The system development method used in building a sales information system is the Extreme Programming model. Using the system design tool Use Case models, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. The result of this research is to produce an application of information system for selling cellphones at 321 Cell Kotabumi Store which can make it easier for customers to place orders and purchase cellphone products online via the web, anytime and anywhere as long as they are connected to the internet. This system produces information in the form of the types of mobile phone products offered such as models, prices, and specifications of mobile phones. This system can help the 321 Cell Store manage and monitor the results of orders or cellphone sales through sales reports on the web admin page.
