Abstract

Abstract This collaborative research by student-lecturers aims to find out the management of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning during the covid19 pandemic at SMK Maarif 1 Kebumen, the obstacles that arise, and the solution steps. This research is a qualitative research using SWOT analysis. Data mining techniques with the methods of interview, observation, and documentation. Research informants are the PAI teachers from grades X, XI, and XII. In addition, other informants were the principal and vice principal of the curriculum field. The research was carried out for two months during PLP activities at the research location. The results of the study are, that (1)learning planning is made with an online learning model, and there are two types of planning, namely, document form and non-document form, (2)the implementation of PAI learning at SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen using a blended learning model, (3) obstacles that arise and solutions occur and are divided into two parts, namely, from educators and students.

Abstract

Muhammad Syahrur is one of the Islamic thinkers contemporary who shouted the need for renewal and review Islamic thought. Syahrur limited himself to contemporary readings only to the text of the Scriptures. Contemporary reading offered by Syahrur is an attempt to see and study the Bible with a scientific approach (scientific) which is heavily influenced by the positivistic paradigm. The purpose of this research to fin and analyze Syahrur's views on the Qur'an. Writing This belongs to library research whose data collection techniques carried out through literature studies and data analysis using the content method analysis. The main source of this writing is the works of Syahrur. Discussion result shows that Syahrur's contemporary reading of the textuality of the Qur'an includes al-inzal wa at-tanzil, hudud theory, and the distinction between the terms of the Qur'an and the Al-Kitab.

Abstract

Lack of optimalization of formal education (schools) in building character or personality of their students according to the religious norms and noble values ​​of the nation's culture is because most schools provide an unbalanced portion of cognitive and affective. The knowledge (cognitive) side is more dominant than the affective, which are behavior and or character. This problem can be overcome by adopting a pesantren education that combines well among the cognitive side of santri with the affective side. So that the combination is expected to build a better students’ character/personality. By its existence in this environment, MA Al Hamid has its own advantages because its students are not only given lessons in the school room but outside the school they get materials in Islamic boarding schools as well. Another advantage is that the local materials at Madrasah Aliyah Al Hamid are filled with materials given at pesantren. The research results showed that the Curriculum Development Management at MA Al Hamid was included planning, implementation and evaluation. First, curriculum planning was prepared by considering the pesantren curriculum as 1) strengthening the madrasah curriculum 2) as a curriculum that were able to equip students with character 3) as a curriculum that created certain advantages. Second, the implementation of curriculum development was carried out by carrying out several things, as 1) comparative studies, 2) scientific friendship, 3) trial and error programs, 4) formed a formulation team, 5) being open to criticism and suggestions, and 6) end-semester evaluation. Third, the evaluation of the pesantren-based madrasa curriculum development on the formation of student character can be seen from changes in student attitudes and behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Planning, Organizing, Implementing, and Controlling Curriculum Development in Realizing Quality Education at MIN 1 Purbalingga. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection uses interviews, observation, and documentation, and the validity of the data uses triangulation, and data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions drawing. This research resulted that: (1) Planning was carried out by holding a joint meeting to discuss curriculum development; (2) Organizing is carried out by forming a curriculum development implementation team; (3) Implementation is carried out through pre-instructional, instructional and follow-up activities; (4) Controlling is carried out through monitoring and evaluation activities. Supervision is carried out by the head of the Madrasah directly, unannounced inspections, and periodic, continuous, and comprehensive briefings. The activity of evaluating student learning outcomes is carried out by the teacher council through exams.

Abstract

In modern times Siyasah Idariyah is a way to achieve good governance. The study of Siyasah Idariyah is related to government including authorities, organs, agencies, government public bodies and so on. State power that controls all areas of the life of a sentalistic state in one power will produce ineffective and efficient results and even tend to deviate from the constitution and applicable regulations. For this reason, this fact encourages philosophers to seek solutions regarding the distribution of power so that it is evenly distributed and does not accumulate in one person or institution of power. The thought that was born by these philosophers was one of them in the form of the Trias Politica theory. This theory states that state power needs to be separated into three parts, namely Legislative, Executive and Judicial powers. The basic sources of Siyasah Idariyah are sourced from the Qur'an and hadith as well as ijma and qiyas and so on.

Abstract

This study is about the influence of students' cognitive abilities on the understanding of behavioral theories and organizational culture in the Islamic Education Management education program class C UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This study involved students in MPI C class who had attended lectures on Organizational Behavior and Culture courses. This research method using survey research with quantitative approach. Intrumen research using questionnaires that have been shared on Google Form to measure students' cognitive abilities to understand behavioral theories and organizational culture. Based on the results of the study, data obtained that cognitive ability of students influenced the understanding of organizational behavior theories and organizational culture as much as 22.3% while the remaining 77.7% influenced by other variables. There was an increase in students' cognitive abilities through the learning process of behavioral courses and organizational culture with correlations ranging from 0.48.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, reporting and follow-up of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) at SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen, Kebumen Regency and (2) to determine the success of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) in realizing effective schools in SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen. The method used is school action research at SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen, Kebumen Regency in Semester 1 of the 2021/2022 academic year. The method of data collection was done by using observation, documentation, and interview techniques. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive technique with data validity techniques using triangulation of data collection techniques and sources. The research procedure includes (1) planning, namely preparation, socialization, and testing, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) evaluation and reflection. Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) at SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen Kebumen Regency is carried out through implementation procedures, namely (1) planning, which includes the formation of a work team, preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (POS), preparation of facilities and infrastructure, preparation of development instruments, socialization and strengthening capacity for teachers and administration, students, school committees and parents, as well as implementation trials, (2) implementation, and (3) monitoring, evaluation, reporting and follow- up. Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) in realizing effective schools at SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen, which is characterized by (1) input efficiency, (2) process effectiveness, (3) output productivity (4) outcome relevance.

Abstract

This article analyzes the dialectical problem of educational leadership models from various perspectives in the disruptive era. Leadership is one of the crucial issues in the management of education. The uneven quality of education at both the central and regional levels is a homework that still needs to be completed by the world of education. National Education Standards that have been formulated explicitly to be achieved as School or Madrasah thresholds are still stuck on administrative fulfillment only. The planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up plans of the School Work Program do not yet reflect the needs of the school community. It takes an educational leader who has the appropriate qualifications and competencies to bring schools or madrasas to excel in this disruptive era. A complete understanding of the proper leadership model of educational leaders is one of the important knowledge for a leader to be able to improve the quality of the education of the institution he leads. Based on the background above, this paper presents various models of educational leadership from a theological perspective, a philosophical psychological perspective, sociology in order to improve the quality of educational leadership in the disruptive era.
