Abstract

This article aims to find out compete potential of the traditional market against the modern market, and the impact of the development of a modern market to traditional markets. The traditional market potential, is the offered product are more still fresh products, the price is negotiable, cheap and affordable. But majority respondents stated that the location and condition of currently traditional market space is inadequate with facilities and amenities that do not support. Although many shortcomings, especially in terms of amenities, location and the convenience level for visitors, but the competitive potential of traditional markets still exist. This is due to in the traditional markets there are social factors and emotional closeness between the buyer and seller which are not found in the modern market. The Development of the modern market not affect indirectly to the traditional markets, but the presence of the modern market give consumers more options in choosing the type of goods will be consumed, and provide different options of shopping atmosphere. Abstract

The poverty is sometimes supposed as a part of Allah destiny and identifies the poverty as the pious lifestyle. The assumption that poverty as part of Allah destiny has been a justification reason the emergence of lazy attitude on the part of Muslims to seek for the sustenance. In addition, the proliferation of many crimes that occurred in various parts of the country at homeland there is relation to the poverty wrapped to the offenders. So that sociologically the poverty is one of the main causes of crime. And theologically, the poverty is considered as the causing root of kufr, because the act of committing crime itself becomes a measurement the fragility of one's faith. Abstract

Money as a medium of exchange in economic activities always changes, both in form, intrinsic value, and extrinsic value. Islam as a universal religion and as a way of life, regulates new symptoms that arise in society. The halal use of electronic money is still in doubt by the public. Because the form that is not visible is only how many numbers, and in the form of digital code on a chip or server. This goal aims to find the common value and position of electronic money. Research is limited to tcash issued by PT. Telkomsel. The results of the study found that electronic money is only a service offered by publishers to simplify and streamline the process of economic transactions.

Abstract

Diversity on the one hand is positive, but on the other hand prone to give rise to a conflict of interest, both between groups, ethnicities, religions, and between regions. Therefore behind diversity (plurality) is needed relationship harmony. Harmony aims to achieve peace, both in domestic life, and the life of the state, to realize a harmonious and peaceful interaction. The harmony of the universe covers regularity, harmony among fellow beings, and peace among humans. The word harmony in the Qur'an is not found, but the characteristics of harmony in the sense of balance can be traced, among others, on al-musâwâ (equality) and all derivatives, al-Hurriyah (freedom) and explanation as well as al-‘adâlah (justice) and the division-division. Abstract

Among the concrete manifestation of sensitivity sense to others are pleased or like to share upon the ownership right of one person to other. Because, the ownership essentially relative. Given the ownership is absolute belongs only to God. Man is basically just received a mandate to find, manage and utilize what they have just to meet their needs, and recommended does not forget to charity. People who likes to give, basically he has instilled goodness and invest for the future. If this to be the principle in social relations, at least it can provide a hope for the elimination of poverty, the eradication of ignorance, the reach of backwardness, the political stability, the increased of economic growth, the guarantee of security and so forth. Abstract

Religious Courts, as well as the judiciary, the New Order era was on two roofs, or power (judicial and executive). But after adannya Act No. 5 of 2004, concerning Amendment to Law No. 14 Year 1985 regarding the Supreme Court, the Religious Courts have under one roof, namely the Supreme Court. It was in accordance with Law No. 3 of 2006 on amendments to the Law No. 7 of 1989 on Religious Courts. Abstract

Hadanah is an authority to care and educate children who have not mumayiz (immature) or adults who have lost their thinking intelligence. The authority is more appropriate possessed by a women (mothers). Because the female instinct is more appropriate to care and educate children and her patience in dealing with the children life problems is higher than the patience of a man (father). Although both parents, especially the mother has authority and responsibility in hadanah, but in the Islamic perspective, a mother with schizophrenia is considered have not authority and responsibility to carry out hadanah for his children. Since people with schizophrenia have not the legal capacity to care and educate her children. Key words: Schizophrenia, hadanah, Islamic perspective

Abstract

Quran and hadith is the source of Islamic Law, which the each used Arabic. So, to understand Islamic Law’s from Quran and hadith, must be understand about grammar language in the Arabic grammar and some of sentence in the Arabic text to find the meaning. One of the way to find the meaning from sentence’s of the Arabic text is Ushul Fiqh Approach. Kind of sentence in the Arabic text discussing here are al-Mujmal and Al-Mubayyan. Abstract

Indonesia's resources are essentially sourced from the maritime sector that can be well developed so as to help the region to achieve economic, social and political objectives. The development of the maritime sector can also contribute to the integrity of the economy, through increased production, industry, services and self-sufficiency in the maritime sector. The management of marine resources based on the diversity of people, can provide justice for the community, because the community is involved both in the process of planning, implementation, implementation and evaluation and monitoring, so that the rights of the community can be fulfilled both jurisdic and economically.
