Abstract

Anxiety is an emotional experience that is felt by individuals as unpleasant. Many factors cause a postpartum mother to experience anxiety and stress. One of the methods used to reduce the anxiety level of postpartum mothers is by giving classical music therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of classical music therapy on reducing anxiety levels in postpartum mothers at BPM ROSITA Pekanbaru . This research design uses a quasi-experimental method with Non Equivalent design pretest - posttest with control group with a sample of 30 respondents consisting of 15 people in the experimental group and 15 people in the control group . Anxiety levels were measured using a questionnaire. The results of the statistical test used were paired T -test, Wilcoxon and Mann test – Whitney and obtained p value 0.000 (p 0.05). The results of the paired T -test showed that the experimental group before classical music therapy was given the mean value was 19.40 and experienced a decrease in anxiety levels after classical music therapy was given, namely 1 3.87 . In the control group there was no change with a p value of 0.878 (p 0.05). The Mann-Whitney test shows that classical music therapy has a significant effect on reducing anxiety levels in postpartum mothers . Hopefully with good information and guidance from the health center or and innovative services from posyandu cadres so that classical music therapy can be used to reduce anxiety levels in postpartum mothers.Keywords:  Classical music, Anxiety, Postpartum Mother.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of accounting profit, ROA, and total cash flow in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This type of research is a quantitative study using descriptive methods. Sources of data used in this study are secondary data, namely data obtained indirectly by studying literature or documents related to the financial statements under study. The secondary data needed in this study is the company's financial data obtained from the company's annual financial statements LQ45 for the 2016-2018 period which have been published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The total sample used in the study were 10 LQ45 companies selected using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that accounting profit had no significant effect on stock returns, ROA had no significant effect on stock returns and total cash flow had a significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This study discusses the importance of patient understanding of soft contact lens materials and the period of use in Optik Kota Padang. This study aims to reveal: (1) patients' understanding of soft contact lens materials and the duration of use, (2) the impact of soft contact lens use on lens materials and the duration of use, (3) handling of the impact of soft contact lens use on lens materials and the period of use. Data was collected through questionnaires at Optik Kota Padang. Then the data is discussed based on the theory proposed in the literature review and presents the results of respondents' answers in Optik Kota Padang in order based on the problem formulation. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method. Of the 30 respondents, 19 respondents (63.3%) had a fairly good understanding of soft contact lens materials and the correct wearing life, while 11 respondents (36.7%) did not have an understanding of soft contact lens materials and the correct wearing period. The impact of soft contact lens use and prolonged usage period in Padang City Optics can be seen that as many as 17 respondents (56.7%) know and have felt the impact of soft contact lens use and prolonged wearing period, while as many as 13 respondents (43.3%) do not know and have never felt the impact of soft contact lens use and prolonged use. The impact of soft contact lens use and wearing period can be seen that 18 respondents (60%) know how to overcome the impact of soft contact lens use and prolonged contact lens use, while 12 respondents (40%) do not know how to overcome the impact of contact lens use and prolonged contact lens use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang studi kasus penghapusan suatu paten yang telah diberi paten berdasarkan putusan Pengadilan Niaga Jakarta Pusat namun eksekusinya tidak dapat dilakukan (non executable) karena terdapat kesalahan objek (error in object). Penelitian ini disusun dengan memakai metode penelitian hukum normatif yang berfokus kepada penelitian norma hukum di bidang paten khususnya Undang-Undang Paten. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dasar apa yang digunakan oleh hakim dalam penetapan putusan Pengadilan Niaga Jakarta Pusat Nomor 44/Pdt.Sus-Paten/2020/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. yang menyebabkan tidak memiliki kekuatan eksekutorial (non executable) dengan mengkaji pertimbangan hakim dikaitkan dengan teori keadilan, teori kepastian hukum dan teori kemanfaatan.

Abstract

Currently, beauty product trends are rising rapidly among the public, leading to the emergence of rogue players in the cosmetics industry. A cosmetic product license is essential as it ensures that the product is safe to use with government approval. The aim of this study is to evaluate the safeguarding of consumers against the spread of beauty products that contain dangerous components which do not meet the BPOM standards, and to determine the accountability of economic agents for the distribution of harmful cosmetics. The research was carried out by utilizing interview and documentation methods and analyzed through qualitative data analysis techniques. Consequently, the law protects consumers under the Consumer Protection Act No. 8 of 1999 and Indonesian National Agency for Drugs and Food Control regulations No. HK. 4.17.45 for cosmetics. Economic agents are liable for compensating or replacing goods for the distribution of cosmetic products that cause harm to consumers. If fraudulent activity is identified, economic agents may face penalties, depending on the extent of the manufacturer's negligence and the level of damage incurred by the consumer. Such penalties may include fines or imprisonment, and the severity of these sanctions is based on the level of negligence exhibited by the manufacturer and the loss suffered by the consumer.

Abstract

Various efforts have been made to foster happy families and anticipate various cases of domestic violence. The existence of domestic violence is a social fact of Indonesian family life, especially in West Sumatra. Currently, many women and children are victims of domestic violence. Domestic violence can be avoided by realizing family resilience. Family resilience will be realized with positive communication and commitment that is built between husband, wife and children who are bound in one household in accordance with Islamic teachings and applicable legal provisions. Proper understanding of each family member's role, rights and obligations will create a happy family and avoid domestic violence (KDRT).Keywords: Domestic Violence, Indonesian Law, Islamic Teachings, Family Resilience

Abstract

Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara merupakan salah satu sarana dalam mencapai tujuan keadilan dalam hukum. Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara diciptakan untuk menyelesaikan sengketa antara Pemerintah dengan warga negaranya. Dalam hal ini sengketa yang timbul sebagai akibat dari adanya tindakan-tindakan Pemerintah yang melanggar hak-hak warga negaranya. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara diadakan dalam rangka memberikan perlindungan kepada rakyat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara sebagai media untuk mewujudkan pemerintahan yang baik. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian hukum normatif. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu analisa terhadap data yang tidak bisa dihitung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peradilan tata usaha negara pada prinsipnya adalah didirikan untuk melindungi warga negara. Dengan kata lain, tujuan Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara  sebenarnya tidak hanya untuk mempertahankan individu hak asasi manusia, tetapi juga untuk melindungi hak-hak publik dan menjadi media bagi masyarakat untuk mengontrol setiap kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh masyarakat pemerintah untuk mewujudkan pemerintahan yang baik.Kata kunci : Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara; Pemerintahan yang Baik; Pejabat Negara.

Abstract

Technological advances have driven the growth of e-commerce in Indonesia, which has had an impact on the development of data security systems in the e-commerce sector, such as biometric technology which is the most practical mechanism for identifying and authenticating human individuals in a reliable and fast way through the unique characteristics of each individuals and has been used in many applications to identify humans using fingerprints, faces, iris patterns, facsimile signatures, facsimile signatures, fac Cases of crimes against personal data are still rife in Indonesia, indicating weaknesses in the country's data security framework. The study methodology employed is normative legal research utilizing secondary data, followed by an analytical approach and a deductive approach to legislation. The results of this study indicate that by type of biometric data can be divided into three types namely physical, physical, and behavioral. Legal technology that can be utilized in data security systems such as online dispute resolution features, board governance, cybersecurity, and data privacy compliance. In establishing the legal system, it is hoped that the government will not only focus on legal substance and legal structure, the government must elaborate on the legal culture by utilizing national biometric technology and legal technology in the data security system, thus the effectiveness and standardization of national personal data protection can be realized immediately.

Abstract

Restorative justice or restorative justice implies, a rapprochement and redemption of mistakes that the perpetrators of criminal acts (families) want to do to victims with peace efforts outside the court with the intent and purpose that legal problems arising as a result of these criminal acts can be resolved properly, by reaching agreement and agreement between the parties. The expected goal of this research is to find the root causes of legal problems in the regulation of restorative justice law and the implementation of law enforcement in the criminal justice system in Indonesia. This study uses normative juridical research methods, using the Statute Approach approach based on legal norms and principles, applicable laws and regulations, legal theories and doctrines, jurisprudence, and other literature materials relevant to the topic study.

Abstract

Hypertension is a condition of an abnormal increase in blood pressure and takes place continuously on several blood pressure checks to maintain normal blood pressure, hypertension occurs when the blood pressure is more than 140/90 mmHg. One of the non-pharmacological treatments for hypertension can be done with low impact aerobic exercise. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of low impact aerobic exercise on reducing blood pressure of hypertensive patients in the Melebung sub-district. This research method uses a descriptive method that uses a nursing care approach. So that there is a decrease in blood pressure after being given a low impact aerobic exercise intervention in patients with hypertension. Suggestions from low impact aerobic exercise interventions can be used as an effective way to control blood pressure in patients with hypertension.Keywords: Hypertension, Low Impact Aerobics.
