Abstract

IVA (Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid) is one way to do a cervical cancer test. If the results of the mother's IVA examination are positive (the presence of precancerous lesions), it can be treated immediately. If not, then the virus can spread and develop into cancer. This research design uses a research method of correlation studies with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was all mothers of childbearing age with a sample of 36 people. The results showed that more than half (52.8%) of respondents had high knowledge, more than half (55.6%) of respondents had a positive attitude and more than half (66.7%) of respondents did not detect early Ca cervix, there were significant relationship between knowledge level p = 0.001, attitude p = 0.004 with early Ca Cerviks.The need to provide counseling in Posyandu or meeting places for mothers in the area and increase socialization activities for the community about the importance of IVA examinations in the form of health media such as TV, radio, or leaflets so that they have knowledge about the risk of Ca cervix and are willing to carry out IVA examinations.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial pada kelas V UPT. SD Negeri 30 Singgalang tahun 2019/2020 serta belum terpenuhinya target capaian ketuntasan secara klasikal. Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dapat diketahui dari nilai rata-rata kelas yaitu 61,4. Secara klasikal juga belum memenuhi target pencapaian KKM kelas sebesar 85%. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil Pra Siklus dengan ketuntasan belajar hanya 11 siswa atau sebesar 50% dari jumlah keseluruhan 22 siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan memenuhi target pencapaian KKM materi proklamasi kemerdekaan pada kelas V UPT. SD Negeri 30 Singgalang menggunakan strategi Question Students Have dengan media papan tanya jawab. Strategi penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus. Siklus I dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13 Februari 2020 dan siklus II dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20 Februari 2020. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian dengan judul “Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial Materi Proklamasi Kemerdekaan Melalui Strategi Question Students Have Dengan Media Papan Tanya Jawab Pada Siswa Kelas V UPT. SD Negeri 30 Singgalang Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020” dinyatakan berhasil. Hal ini dibuktikan dari peningkatan hasil belajar setiap siklus. Peningkatan pra siklus ke siklus I dari 61,4. menjadi 66,4 dengan peningkatan 5. Siklus I ke siklus II dari 66,4 menjadi 76,8 terjadi peningkatan 10,4. Terpenuhinya target pencapaian KKM lebih dari 85% juga terbukti dari kenaikan presentase tiap siklus yaitu dari pra siklus ke siklus I dinyatakan tuntas 11 siswa (50%) menjadi 15 siswa (68,2%) dengan peningkatan 4 siswa (18,2%) dan siklus I ke siklus II yaitu 15 siswa (68,2) menjadi 20 siswa (90,9%) dengan peningkatan 5 siswa (22,7%).

Abstract

Corruption according to law is the behavior of public officials, both politicians or politicians and civil servants, who improperly and illegally enrich themselves or enrich those who are close to them, by misusing the public authority entrusted to them. According to the law of corruption eradication which is one of the most important agendas in improving governance in Indonesia. The Corruption Court is a court specifically dealing with Corruption cases. The Corruption Court is tasked and authorized to examine and decide on the Corruption Crime case whose prosecution was filed by the Corruption Eradication Commission.

Abstract

Service quality is a measure of how well the service level is delivered according to the patient’s expectations. Patient satisfaction is a feeling happy or upset someone who comes after comparing between perception on performance. Phenomena that occur in RS TK. III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang of the data obtained, about 45% of the suggestions and critics that go through the suggestion box and complain directly will complain the healthcare provider’s service to the patient is felt less attention, less communicative in the provision of information with patients and inpatient facilities are less complete. The purpose of this research is to know the quality of service relationships with outpatient satisfaction in RS TK. III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang of the year 2019. Type of this research is to design with cross sectional analytic study. This research was conducted on October 2015 – 16December 2019. The population is all of the outpatient in the RS Tk III Dr. Reksodiwiryo totalling 300 men. Samples taken with the technique of accidental sampling amounted to 35 people. The data is processed with the computer then analyzed Univariate and bivariat based on frequency distribution. Research results showed (57,1%) patients declared less satisfied, (62,9%) said the quality of service is not good. There is a meaningful relationship between the quality of service to the satisfaction of the patient. Conclusion the end of more than half of the patients meyatakan were less satisfied. The advice of this research, the hospital is expected to improve the quality of service in order to make the patient's satisfaction.

Abstract

Based on the results of the research on the influence of motivation on the level of satisfaction of inpatients at the bhayangkara hospital in Padang city with paramedic competencies as a moderating variable, it can be concluded that paramedic motivation has a positive and significant effect on inpatient satisfaction at the Bhayangkara Hospital in Padang City with Sig = 0,000). Competence directly without effect on patient satisfaction can be proven by the influence value of 0.010 (Sig = 0.106). Motivation has a significant Sig = 0,000 value, so it is stated that, competency variables can function as moderating variables.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti terlihat bahwa proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan guru masih memberikan penugasan, penugasan yang dimaksud yaitu guru memberikan materi kemudian memberikan conoth soal setelah itu langsung memberikan tugas kepada siswa tanpa memberikan penjelasan terhadap tugas yang telah diberikan. guru kurang menggunakan metode secara maksimal dalam menyampaikan materi sehingga siswa merasa bosan saat pembelajaran matematika Aktivitas yang dimaksud yaitu partisipasi siswa dalam proses pembelajran, siswa memperhatikan saat guru menyampaikan materi, siswa menjawab saat guru bertanya, dan mampu mengerjakan soal yang diberikan guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untu mengetahui terjadinya peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran matematika denggan menggunakan metode drill(latihan). Metode drill (latihan) merupakan metode yang mengajarkan siswa untuk melaksanakan kegiatan latihan agar siswa memiliki keterampilan dalam mengerjakan latihan-latihan soal secara berulang. Subyek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V UPT SD Negeri 22 Baringin yang berjumlah 19 siswa dan objek dalam penenlitian ini adalam materi volume bangun ruang kubus dan balok. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan selama dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari satu kali tatap muka. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode tes untuk mengukur hasil belajar dan metode dokumentasi untuk mengamati aktivitas siswa dan juga metode dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika. Dalam penelitian ini aktivitas siswa dengan hasil belajar dengan menggunakan metode drill berhasil mecapai target yang diinginkan. rata-rata persentase aktivitas siswa pada siklus I 70,6% dan meningkat sebanyak 10,4% pada siklus II sebesar 81%. Presentase ketuntasan hasil belajar pada siklus I mencapai 73,7% meningkat 15,8% pada siklus II ketuntasan hasil belajar mencapai 89,5%.

Abstract

Berdasarkan sistem operasionalnya, jenis bank dapat dibedakan atas bank konvensional dan bank syariah. Bagaimanakah produk-produk pada bank konvensional dan bank syariah yang ada di Indonesia? Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian teoritis dasar. Pada dasarnya, bentuk-bentuk produk penghimpunan dana yang ada pada bank konvensional maupun bank syariah adalah sama. Bank konvensional maupun bank syariah menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dalam bentuk simpanan berupa giro, tabungan, dan deposito. Produk penyaluran dana pada bank konvensional disebut dengan kredit, sedangkan produk penyaluran dana pada bank syariah disebut dengan pembiayaan. Adapun produk-produk pembiayaan yang ada pada bank syariah yaitu pembiayaan berdasarkan akad jual beli, pembiayaan berdasarkan akad sewa-menyewa, pembiayaan berdasarkan akad bagi hasil, dan pembiayaan berdasarkan akad pinjam-meminjam yang bersifat sosial. Pada dasarnya, bentuk-bentuk produk pelayanan jasa perbankan yang ada pada bank konvensional maupun bank syariah adalah sama, sedangkan yang membedakannya terletak pada akad yang ada di bank syariah, yaitu hawalah, kafalah, wakalah, rahn, dan sharf.

Abstract

The granting of authority to local governments to administer their government is carried out through a process called. decentralization to autonomous regions or known as regional autonomy. Decentralization has two forms, namely political and administrative. Political decentralization, namely the authority to make decisions and exercise certain control over resources given to local and regional governments. Administrative decentralization is a delegation of implementing authority given to central officials at the local level. Its powers range from setting regulations to substantial decisions. The holding of the simultaneous election of nagari guardians in Padang Pariaman Regency in 2018 has not gone well from the 41 Nagari who held the pilwana. The stages that are passed in the holding of the Nagari mayoral election are: preparation, nomination, voting, and determination that has been running according to the rules. It's just that there is one election dispute that occurred in Nagari Guguak District 2x11 Kayutanam. In holding the simultaneous election of nagari guardians in Padang Pariaman Regency in 2018 only in Nagari Guguak, 2x11 Kayutanam District.

Abstract

Challenges of English teacher in learning process and the way of teacher solved the challenges in teaching process, planning process, teaching implementation, and evaluation remain relatively unexplored in the context of Indonesia Private Senior High School where teaching English is one of the lesson most demanding and a difficult job. This study attempted to identify the teacher’s challenges and to explore how the English teacher solves with the challenges in teaching English at Panjura Private Senior High School in Malang. In this study uses qualitative method where one of English teacher becomes participant. Interview and observation are used in this study as the instruments to collect the data. The findings showed that the teacher gets some challenges in teaching English. through a non-participant observation and structured interview with the English teacher who taught English in English class, it was found that there were four kinds of teacher’s challenges in teaching English: (1) The teacher could not control the classroom and manage time, (2) The teacher could not choose appropriate media, (3) The teacher could not assess the students' development, (4) The teacher could not choose the appropriate method. Through an interview showed that the teacher had solution to solve the challenges in teaching English. They were (1) the teacher should apply self-discipline, use polite language, and encourage enthusiasm, (2) the teacher should prepare the media based on the teaching goals and its benefits, (3) the teacher should do an individual approach, give more attention to students, and be creative in teaching, (4) the teacher should be able to determine the suitable teaching methods. Eventually, the implications of this study are identified that the teacher should be able to confront the challenges and be creative in the teaching process. The teacher should be able to realize the needs of students in the situation and create own solutions if the teacher gets the challenged in the English class.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Competence and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance at the officeDinasPemudadanOlahragaProvinsi Sumatera Barat. Employees are a very important part in the process of determining Employee Performance. This research was conducted at the DinasPemudadanOlahragaProvinsi Sumatera Barat by using all employees as research respondents. The population in this study were all many as 71 people samples taken from the population using the method (1) interview (2) questionnaire and analyzed by multiple liner analysis SPSS program (statistical product and service solution) V.21.0 Results This study shows that the results of employees of the West Sumatra Province Youth and Sports Service as the T test of competency do not affect the performance of employees this is evident from the significance value of 0.581> 0.05 variable Emotional Intelligence 0.000
