Abstract

Keluarga sering disebut sebagai bagian kecil dari masyarakat hal ini dikarenakan keluarga merupakan unit terkecil dalam struktur soaial yang lebih besar. Keluarga juga sangat berpengaruh pada dinamika sosial yang lebih luas dalam masyarakat, untuk itu kerukunan dan keharmonisan dalam keluarga perlu dijaga agar tidak mempengaruhi dinamika sosial. Kendati demikian dalam realitas sosial konflik sering kali terjadi dalam keluarga. Artikel ini membahas pendekatan Nonviolent Communication (NVC) dan tasawuf sebagai solusi efektif dalam meresolusi konflik keluarga. Metode penelitian meliputi wawancara, observasi dan partisipasi aktif untuk menganalisis perubahan sikap dan pemahaman anggota keluarga terkait konflik. Analisis kualitatif dilakukan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang konfrehensif mengenai efektivitas pendekatan tersebut. Studi kasus mengilustrasikan penerapan konsep NVC dan tasawuf dalam meresolusi konflik keluarga.hasil nya menunjukan bahwa pendekatan ini mampu menciptakan lingkungan yang harmonis dan memperkuat hubungan antar keluarga.diharapkan artikel ini dapat menjadi panduan praktis bagi keluarga yang mengalami konflik untuk mencapai kedamaian dan keharmonisan terutama dalam keluarga muslim dengan menerapkan nilai-nilai tasawuf. Abstract

This article aims to analyze the tafsir ahkam (jurisprudential exegesis) of Qur'anic stories in the book Syajaratu al-Ma’arif by Izzuddin Abdussalam. The study seeks to uncover how Izzuddin Abdussalam, as a scholar of fiqhand tafsir, employs a legal approach in interpreting the stories of the Qur’an and the relevance of his interpretations in the context of Islamic law. The research method used is library research, gathering primary data from the book Syajaratu al-Ma’arif and secondary data from related literature. The analysis is conducted using Gadamer’s historical influence approach, which allows for a deeper understanding of the historical context and legal interpretation undertaken by Izzuddin Abdussalam. The research findings demonstrate that Izzuddin Abdussalam effectively combines legal knowledge with Qur’anic narratives, using these stories as a basis for formulating applicable legal principles in everyday life. Abstract

It is impossible to be separated from the family in a person's life and life, because it is here that the beginning of social life takes place. The family is the smallest but most important unit of society. The family is a small social group consisting of father, mother and children, in which love, affection and responsibility are shared in a just manner, so that parents and children can Islamically control their behaviour, think and act in a social spirit. All family members have a sense of family responsibility. Thus, they become a good Muslim family, faithful to their worship and tolerant towards society. This research is a qualitative research conducted by literature review method by applying content analysis with books and articles that examine the concept of tolerance in the family according to Islam. This research aims to provide lessons and information about the meaning of building a beautiful family in Islam. It also aims to show how a husband, wife and children can properly care and concern for each other with love and compassion in accordance with Islam and the Sunnah of the Prophet. Abstract

This research reviews the effectiveness of applying Islamic political ethics to government regulations related to women's empowerment. This is important to do because there is a need for in-depth study of how Islamic political ethics can be effectively applied to support and strengthen government regulations in empowering women. So that various problems such as gaps between genders, gender bias, negative stigmatization of women, and forms of violence and harassment against women will no longer occur. The method used in this research is library research using qualitative data analysis techniques, which produces analytical descriptive data. This research succeeded in exploring the interaction between the principles of Islamic political ethics, government policy, and social reality in efforts to empower women. Key words: Islamic political ethics, government regulations, women's empowerment.

Abstract

This article examines the escalation of conflict between the Muslim and Jewish communities during the Prophet Muhammad’s era through three main phases: theological conflict, betrayal, and the escalation of expulsions. Using Fazlur Rahman’s double-movement hermeneutics, this study highlights the socio-historical context underlying hadiths that are often perceived as supporting hatred toward Jews. The theological conflict is explained as Islam’s effort to strengthen its identity as an independent religion amidst the prevailing culture of abrogating previous teachings. The betrayal phase is analyzed as a response to actual threats from certain Jewish groups that violated political treaties. Meanwhile, the expulsions and raids in the final phase are understood as the culmination of a long-standing escalation. In the second movement of hermeneutics, these hadiths are reinterpreted to emphasize that the Prophet’s actions were primarily driven by political pragmatism and the security needs of a vulnerable Muslim community, rather than racial or religious hatred. This deconstruction opens space for a more inclusive reading, positioning the hadiths as products of complex historical situations. Therefore, this study aims to provide a balanced perspective in understanding conflict-related hadiths and to prevent the misuse of religious texts to justify hatred in the modern era.

Abstract

The holy Quran is precise in its meaning and pronunciation, for each pronunciation has its meaning and connotation, and a Quranic term varies in meaning according to the topic discussed, and context of the text it is present in.The sense of sight is one of the five senses that Allah (SWT) blessed his humans with, and the word look carries multiple meanings and connotations, such as looking with the eyes which means contemplating something inside the heart , and the word vision mean multiple things in the holy Quran as well, including seeing with the eyes, the heart, news, visions of thinking and contemplation, and sight of dreams. And in this paper we primarily look into research with the terms (look, sight, vision) and their occurrence in the verses\proof of arguments , as it is a concept that is difficult to limit and understand.The Argumentative discourse the holy Quran was able to influence its followers by depending on strategic ways that address the mind and soul together as one, with the aim of attracting them, and guiding them prove the oneness and singleness of "Allah", and the importance of abiding him, and to believe in him and follow his messengers.

Abstract

The conceptual discourse on the relationship between state and religion has always been a relevant contemporary issue for humanity. On the other hand, the Qur'an as a holy book plays a synergistic role in establishing ethical principles and values that underlie the sustainability of the political system, which is manifested in the verses of siyasah. The presence of siyasah verses that are still global in nature is responded by mufassir with varied interpretations including Sheikh Muhammad Mutawalli Ash-Sya'rawi, an exegete who has also been involved in the realm of government. This study aims to explore Ash-Sya'rawi's interpretation of Qur'anic verses that discuss the relationship between religion and the state. The method used is qualitative research based on library research, with a content analysis approach to facilitate a systematic description of Ash-Sya'rawi's interpretation. The results showed that Ash-Sya'rawi's interpretation of the siyasah verses gave birth to a concept of religion-state relations that is substantive-symbiotic, where the two entities complement each other in building a harmonious socio-political order. Abstract

This study intends to examine the activities of reading seal of the Quran in water which is believed to be a healing medium. This research is based on the activity of reading seal of the Quran in water at the Nurus Sholah Islamic Boarding School Pamekasan. To answer the focus of the problem in this study, the study used a qualitative approach with the type of field research (field research). Sources of data were collected through observation and interviews. The writing in this study begins by describing the activities seal of the Quran then describes the understanding of community leaders who have a tradition of reciting seal of the Quran on water, and is accompanied by an analysis based on the interpretation of the mufassir of the shifa>' verses relating to the reading seal of the Quran in water. After conducting an in-depth analysis, the findings of this study are that the Nurus Sholah Islamic boarding school believes in the tradition of reading seal of the Quran in water, at the Nurus Sholah Islamic boarding school it is believed that it will become shifa or can cure various physical and spiritual ailments for people who consume the water, because it is believed that there is a blessing from the tradition of reading seal of the Quran in the water.
