Abstract

Broadcasting media is very important for human life alteration. Radio and television are broadcasting medias which are efisien to reach large audiences. Media has a big attention for disaster, such as earthquake that happened in Yogyakarta. Disaster usually creates uncertain situation. It is also as a big news to be broadcasted by the media. Media must have a control function for the government and social institutions. National television is also limited in spreading/broadcasting informations in a long duration because the television must give an up to date information or we call it a hot news. That is why local media must take more roles in this recovering process.Keyword: Media, Penyiaran, Pasca Bencana.

Abstract

Female has a unique complexity in generating a nice and attractive picture because all things such as hair, make-up, costume (dress) must be suitable and proper. While, male is not very demanded to be perfect in his appearance, it may be said, he has a tendency that it is better to appear in simplicity  In other hand, to dress a female, various accessories and anything are needed to make her more attractive. If we are seeing glamorous pho­tographs, we often saw good-looking female appearances with their lovely and energetic dresses, and perhaps, they were posing in im­portant and happy moments such as an entertainment event, fashion event, commercial illustration, or art performance. For me, glamour is a miracle. It is about a yearning of a female to be perpetuated (in an im­  age or a photograph), in a setting in which she is a most beautiful and adorable object (model), and at the same time, she is being a center of attentive attempts of the event. Therefore, it is a dream (fantasy) of her to make herself becomes more than her genuine appearance. With an expectation that, for a moment, she is a superstar, a princess, a dream (a fantasy world).  Key words: Glamour, beautiful and adorable model, fantasy world

Abstract

Jewelry in this study, is one of the ancient Javanese artefacts from late classical period, made by an expertin the field of jewelry which is called pande mas. Gold jewelry from late classical period in Java can be foundin the National Museum in Jakarta. The purpose of this research paper is to know about the development ofgold jewelry, especially jewelry that has a relief of the classical period late in Java, and know the variousfactors behind them are related to one another. In connection with the various things that have to be revealedbehind the visual jewelry appropriately and correctly, then the writing of this research is a qualitative study,using a multidisciplinary approach.Keywords: Pande mas, jewelry in Java, late classical period.

Abstract

Culture represent the overall of idea system, action and result are masterpiece of human being in life society. Form and content of culture, according to anthropologist at least has three forms (1) ideas, (2) activities and (3) artifacts. The form of culture are interactive each other. The most abstract system (ideas) looks like stay in the top of system to arrange social system activity more concrete, while the activities in social system yield the material culture (artifact). To ask about Nusantara fine arts, it will not release the Nusantara artifact culture result. Abstract

The endorsement of Undang Undang /UU 2002 number 32 (Indonesian Law System) about broadcase is to emerge an important standing point of the existence of local television. It is because of the fulfillness of the formal legal and democratic in Indonesia. Local television implementating spirit of autonomous is felt by the viewer as the spectrum of our broadcast. Covering by dense local programs local television has always served the best programs for Indonesian viewers realizing the local genious.Besides, the ideal of this UU broadcast is to build the foundation for the system of broadcast decentralisation. In short, the local government has also right to take a better benefits from its broadcast both the range of the diversity of the content and diversity of ownershipIt looks very ideal when the UU 2002 about broadcast want to make a good and fair share of economical benefits. But we have a big question : How far our local investor can compete with nasional even gobal investors? How can local program compete with others from national or even global program?. Moreover, can local program format as a local culture identity can compete againts national or even global program format?Those are three big questions that really want to be analysed in this paper. Using the focus in case study of Terang Abadi Television (TATV Surakarta) as local televisionIt is expected to find out an ideal television format program to make a ultural identity as well as profit for economical sides. Abstract

The visualistict phenomena in the archaeology artefact of primitive ethnic in Indonesia and even in the world shows streotifacy, it means that the culture thing or the culture product which is produced, shows the equal characteristic as if the long culture contact is never happened and being continues; that in the reality, it never done. Attention to the artefact of the primitive ethnic on the Leang-Leang Cave and compare with the other artefact have found which has some far space of geographic. There are going to shows the same touched pattern. The point questions are What, Why, and How is it able to be happened ? By this editorial, we try to analyse the behaviour aspect of party who doing the culture, it is about the common indication which isshown in the psychology aspect to respond the stimulus outside themselves. Certainly the things found is the assumption which is shaped according to the theory of several knowledge that is connect by studying of books, as far as this situation does not have a field study. This paper is just looking for the point of thinking pattern indications commonly of party who doing the culture in that time, where it is able to get the conclusion become the morality leadership of primitive ethnic in order to catch the live mystery that have been keep them to the freedom or self independence (outlet).Keyword : psychology, culture.

Abstract

Talking about “The Expression of Art and Public Intervention” always relates to the artist’s communication process as the creator of art and the enjoyer (public). Or in other words, the artwork in this case is the painting as the social medium or communication vehicle of artist idea to another people. In daily social reality, the dialogic process between the artist and public frequently encounters misconception.This results from several problems: firstly, the artwork is multi-interpretative in nature, thereby leading to varied perception; secondly, the different “values” adopted by the artist and the public; and finally, the difference between the artist and several communities in the society in defining “the public space”.The three problems above will be discussed and explored in this paper. Focusing on the case study in Balai Soedjatmoko from 2003 onward, it is expected that this paper will find an agreement that can mitigate the “public intervention” into the emergence of artwork in the public spaces in the future.Keywords: Artistic Expression, Social Body, and Public Space.

Abstract

Photography in general as a tool for documentation of an event or incident. Along with the advancement of technology and the development of human creative ideas, then photography captured managed to make a more unique and different. Photography is designed with a particular concept, processed and presented as an artistic expression discharges took it, then it becomes a work of photographic expression works .(Soeprapto Soedjono, 2007; 27). Photographic expression of the theme of the body shape is a creation of photography as an expression of the author's personal expression in response to the artistic value of body shape. Based creative ideas, the author will explore the form of the human body, which then drafted, processed and presented as an expression of the authors discharges. In the creation of works of art, the game is something that is autonomous. The game will be the occasion of pure appearance, a structure, work independently. Independence will give size of meaning (Bambang Sugiharto, Agus Rachmat W, 2000, 251). In the creation of this work, the author will play the body to be used purely as a game viewing, structured to be an independent body and the artistic significance of the body. Form in the creation of this work is the general body structure of the entity, which is then explored a visual form of artistic photography and have an abstract impression Susan Sontag in the book of Acts Eyes is written by Seno Gumira Ajidarma; "nude photos is not the nudity but also game shape, the body beyond itself, so the sensuality down, lifted the body shape abstractness" (Susan Sontag in Gumira Ajidarma Seno, 2002, 50). Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul “Situs Purbakala Sangiran Sebagai Sumber Ide Pengembangan Motif Batik DalamUpaya Peningkatan Perekonomian Dan Media Penguatan Kearifan Muatan Lokal Di Kabupaten Sragen”merupakan usaha untuk memberikan penguatan terhadap norma kearifan lokal yang terkandung pada situspurbakala Sangiran sebagai sumber ide pengembangan motif batik ciri khas Sragen. Saat ini industrikerajinan batik tulis mulai berkembang dan dipusatkan di desa Kliwonan dan Pilang Kecamatan Masaran,Kabupaten Sragen. Potensi industri kerajinan batik tulis perlu dikembangkan secara maksimalproduktivitasnya, baik yang mencakup kualitas maupun kuantitas, sehingga mampu mendorong peningkatanperekonomian masyarakat Sragen. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori ActionResearch. Terdapat empat tahapan penelitian, yaitu: select a focus, collect data, analyze and interpret data,dan take action. Bentuk aplikasinya dengan metode: pengkajian, perancangan, sosialisasi, pendampingandan pelatihan, produksi dan tahap akhir launching. Hasil dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk peningkatanproduktivitas dan pengembangan batik yang dilakukan dengan mengembangkan desain motif batik yangbersumber pada situs purbakala Sangiran sebagai ciri khas batik Sragen. Selain itu perlu dipadukan denganekowisata Kampung Batik yang telah dirancang Pemerintah Daerah serta beragam potensi wisata, baikwisata Alam, Budaya dan Religi, wisata Buatan, wisata Minat Khusus dan wisata Kuliner, sehingga mampumeningkatkan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Kabupaten Sragen.Kata Kunci: Sangiran, batik, ekonomi

Abstract

In audiovisual television image, media culture almost a part of contemporary society life. In the social culture construction the influence of each other culture is so awful. The influence patch on the society so quickly and closely in audience marrow. The culture which is construction and image by television media is for capitalism. The society couldn’t choose the capital owner culture symbol because that just for business. Artistic show culture which has local identity doesn’t attract the capital owner. In Indonesia it’s out of the ring because of television spread phenomenon. It seems only popular and contemporary show that can support these business media. The national culture value which has culture identity disappears by hegemony of global culture. The media beholder couldn’t do anything over by a barrel capitalism media show that fulfilling with consumerisms try to offering image and meaning in a while.
