Abstract

Infrastructures' quality on bus safety are depends on some elements supporting such as the bus company, driver, spare parts, bus compete, and the bus itself Based on the driver's behavior some points that should be concerns are the driver's safety awareness and illegal driver license, which affecting the driver's behavior such as; driving carelessly, disobey the passengers' safety and disobey the traffic signs. The goal of this study is to find out the quality of AKDP/AKAP bus safeh/s infrastructures and passengers safety's factors. Some recommendations are expected to be delivered as the results of the study as the improvement of the quality of AKDP/ AKAP bus safety's infrastructures in order to support the passengers' safety in Bali. This is a descriptive study, with the assumptions that the cause of accidents is dominated by human error which is the driver. The result of the study showed that there are some factors play important roles as the cause of accident and the main factor in bus accident dealing with the infrastructure's safety improvement is vehicles' calibration.Keywords: safety facilities, bus

Abstract

Airport could potentially contribute to environmental contamination, such as air pollution resulting from C02 emissions as a result of the operation of aircraft and vehicles at airports, waste water generated can pollute the environment and waste both from the passengers as well as from restaurants and offices. Of the impact can be drawn formulation of the problem is haw pollution, sewage and waste are managed in an effort to minimize and slow down environmental damage. The method in this study is to use quantitative methods dikualitatijkan by calculating the rating scale of primary data collection by giving questionnaires to the respondents in this case is the passenger's departure at the terminal 3 as well as structured interviews with the management of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). Analysis of the discussion is done by check-list with the results of environmental monitoring component elements of the fulfillment of the required parameters and the results of respondents' answers are calculated by weighting the numbers with the resulting value is 92.04% interval value is in the category of shows "very good" means efforts tawards the Eco-Airport (airport environmentally friendly) can be realized. Abstract

Act No. 23 of 2007 on the Railways, in Article 91 paragraph (1) mandates that the intersection between the rail and roads made no plot. Exceptions to the provisions referred to in paragraph (1) can only be done while ensuring safety and smooth running train rides and road traffic. I71e study tries to review the drafting of the concept of the licensing process the intersection and railroad intersection with another building of effective and efficient, and recommendations for improvements of licensing. As a tool used for analysis is a method Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), with secondary data collection in related institutions and primary data collection through questionnaires to the experts as respondents in the field of railway infrastructure in some instances. I71e results obtained from the study indicate the priority that need attention include reducing the processing time, one-stop, telecommunications, information communication, shorten theprocess and delegation of authority, determination. Abstract

The motor DC is an electromagnetic process on the mechanical and electrical work that the system will be changed the electrical energy as input to the mechanical energy as output response. Abstract

Based on a suroey of YLKI (Indonesian Consumers Foundation), 2010 that less than 20% of TransJakarta's users has low income. The study is expected to get the ideal rate based on ability and willingness to pay of passengers. The result shows that the average WTP is Rp.4.760,and the average of ATP is Rp.5.013,-. Abstract

Organizing TIT AM or inter-modal integrated ticketing is a form of public transport service impravement in praviding service and convenience for the users in order to support the implementation of inter-modal transport effectively and efficiently. By using conjoint analysis method is expected to knaw the preferences of respondents in the implementation of TIT AM, while the descriptive analysis is used to evaluate the implementation TIT AM. The results shaw that not many people who knaw TITAM evident from the survey results there are 60% of respondents do not know TITAM. Hawever, the expected of respondents by TITAM implementation is to increase comfort and to reduce queues in the purchase of tickets to make shorter travel time. Through conjoint analysis method was concluded that the willingness of society to the implementation of TIT AM are buying tickets online and manual (in combination), and type of electronic tickets, as well as connecting mode of train, bus and ship the first choice of respondents who indicated the highest utility or satisfaction for service users. The walking facilities in Pasar Raya and Permindo corridor not using effectively. Uneffective is caution the facility condition still not representative of quantity or quality and supply of facilities unstandarize with pedestrian behavior. The objective research is analysis performance of the walking facilities on a long this corridor based characteristic pedestrian behavior, perception and preferences walkers for facilhj supply. The Aproach metlwde in this research is: Identify pedestrian behavior, perception and preferences walkers. Evaluation performaces walking facilities supply. Knowledge the demand side for quantity walking facilities by measurement pedestrian traffic flaws. Someone inffiuences of pedestrians behavior is follow; walking facility dimention must can be capacity walkers with together 2 to 3 persons or more, walkers do not like trade informal (PKL) on walking path (trotoar), walker will be change to roads, if walking path is inconnection, pedestrian not using zebra cross caution is the near path. Tize basic this variables and the supply facilities equal with satndarize, pedestrian areas must free of inconnecting and accessibility mobile in this area. Tiw big qonsequency in aplly this reseach of pedestrian facilities performance is take areas from people to increase dimention of trotoar for can be capasity of pedestrian traffic flows. Other analysis about increase capasity of pedestrian facility, special for supply unstandarized. Abstract

Traffic jams that frequently occur in the Jakarta city require more serious handling of the involved parties. Traffic management arrangements are needed to improoe traffic conditions which exist today. Pemuda Street is one of the main roads in the East Jakarta Rawamangun. Transportation problems that exist today in these streets is a traffic jam caused by high traffic volume. Intersection coordination setting is the one way to reduce the level of congestion that occurs, so that during the expected congestion that occurs on these roads can be tackled. From the analysis results the queue and delay is high enough for the three intersections on Pemuda Street. Tiierefore planning of the ne--w cycle time coordination of traffic lights the same for the intersection to reduce delays and queues that occur at the intersection.Keywords: congestion, intersection coordination, reduction
