The purpose of this research is to investigate how Kopi Sunyi's unique approach to inclusive employment and education influences customer perceptions and fosters inclusivity. Utilizing a comprehensive research methodology, including analysis of online reviews, direct visits, and observational data, this study offers valuable insights into Kopi Sunyi's role in fostering inclusivity and challenging societal norms. Results reveal that Kopi Sunyi's commitment to providing employment opportunities and inclusive education through the Sunyi Academy program has positively influenced customer perceptions, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and friendly service. The cafe's efforts in challenging societal stigmas have led to increased awareness and support for individuals with disabilities in the workforce. The findings underscore the transformative potential of inclusive business practices in promoting social inclusion and empowerment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh viral marketing, electronic word of mouth, dan brand awareness terhadap purchase decision. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Kabupaten Sleman dengan 100 responden sebagai sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa viral marketing, electronic word of Mouth, dan brand awareness secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan viral marketing, electronic word of Mouth, dan brand awareness secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi untuk memperluas teori dan mahasiswa karena menambah referensi mengenai pengaruh viral marketing, electronic word of Mouth, dan brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian di Marketplace Shopee Kabupaten Sleman. The purpose of the research is to determine the influence of each variable of leadership style and work environment on motivation, as well as to optimize these variables in order to enhance employee motivation. This research method employs quantitative descriptive analysis using SPSS V.26 on the results from 40 respondents. The findings from the employees of the Transportation Department and the community as users of related transportation services indicate that the variables of the work environment’s role and leadership style have a significant positive impact on employee motivation. Therefore, it is recommended that the Transportation Department (Dishub) of Bekasi City should continue to maintain a harmonious relationship between leaders and employees to improve performance, thereby producing effective and adequate transportation services to increase the satisfaction of the Bekasi City community as users of transportation services. Internet facilities in the workplace are often misused for personal purposes, known as cyberloafing behavior. This study utilizes multiple linear regression analysis to understand the influence of self-control and organizational commitment on employees' cyberloafing behavior in private companies in Kuningan Regency, both partially and simultaneously, through the distribution of questionnaires as a data collection technique on 100 sampled employees. The results show that organizational commitment does not have a significant impact, while self-control can reduce cyberloafing behavior. These research findings can serve as recommendations for local private business owners to improve their employees' performance by enhancing control over cyberloafing behavior, focusing on self-control aspects, and also increasing employee work commitment. Arun Lhoksumawe Special Economic Zone is an economic zone established as one of the economic growth centers of Aceh Province. In the planning, pre-operational, and operational processes, Arun Lhoksumawe Special Economic Zone still faces several significant problems. Therefore, the purpose of this qualitative research is to analyze the process of designing the governance of the Special Economic Zone. This analysis process is carried out through observation with secondary data from 2018 to 2019 as research support. The results of this study show that there are weaknesses in asset management that are not proportionally distributed so that collaboration and integration of assets are needed for the optimization of the Arun special economic zone. So, the results of this study can be used as evaluation material to optimize the Arun Lhoksumawe special economic zone. Keyword: Special Economic Zones; Interest Groups; Co-operation; Assets; Arun

The objective of this research is to analyze the factors influencing consumer interest in purchasing Tajuk variety onion seeds. The factors affecting consumer purchase interest include content marketing through YouTube, risk perception, and consumer trust. The research method employed is quantitative, with a purposive sampling technique used to select 85 respondents. Subsequently, the analysis results indicate that content marketing through YouTube does not significantly influence consumer purchase interest in Tajuk variety onion seeds. Risk perception does not have a significant effect on consumer purchase interest in Tajuk variety onion seeds. However, consumer trust has a significant influence on the purchase interest of Tajuk variety onion seeds. Furthermore, it is expected that content marketing through YouTube will provide development in the marketing of agricultural products, especially red onions, and through digital marketing media. This study aims to investigate the impact of digital literacy on motivation and interest in entrepreneurship at the Mardira Indonesia College of Information and Computer Management (STMIK). A survey of 100 students was conducted using a quantitative approach. The results showed a significant positive effect of digital literacy on students' entrepreneurial motivation and interest. The implications of this research provide a deeper understanding of the importance of digital literacy in influencing student entrepreneurial attitudes and behaviors in the digital era. The implications of this research include increasing digital literacy awareness, the role of education in developing entrepreneurial skills, developing entrepreneurship coaching programs, and increasing career opportunities and economic independence of students. The purpose of this study is to analyze the response of Indonesian capital markets to differences in average abnormal returns and average trading volume activity before and after the strengthening of the IDR/USD exchange rate. This study is a quantitative study using the event study method. The sample used consists of the stocks included in the LQ45 index. the most active stocks with a large daily trading volume. Hypothesis testing and paired t-test. The results of the hypothesis test show that: there is no significant difference in the average abnormal returns before and after the strengthening of the rupiah against the US dollar because are sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.417 > 0.05; there is no significant difference in the average trading volume activity before and after the strengthening of the rupiah against the US dollar because sig. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, electronic word of mouth, and perceived ease of use on young investors decisions in choosing Islamic mutual fund investment applications for students in Jember. This type of research uses explanatory research and uses a quantitative approach. Researchers used primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to students in Jember with a sample of 150 respondents. The technique used was purposive sampling technique to select samples. Multiple linear regression analysis is the method used in this study using SPSS software version 26. This study shows the results that the t test (partial) variable electronic reviews and perceived convenience affect young investors in choosing an Islamic mutual fund investment application while brand image does not affect young investors decisions in choosing investment applications

With the rapid development of technology, various problems arise in producing and marketing handicraft products. Thus, this research aims to determine the survival strategies and provide a clear and detailed picture of the characteristics or attributes of research subjects without testing hypotheses or drawing causal conclusions. The research object is the bag craftsmens in Sukaregang, Garut Regency West Java, Indonesia. Both interview techniques and literacy studies were used to obtain the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Then, weighting is carried out, and a value is given; the weight and value are multiplied to get a total score. The existing IFAS and EFAS values are entered into quadrants. It is found that the position of Sukaregang bag craftsmen is in quadrant 1 which aims to take advantage of internal strengths and external opportunities. The strategy that can be applied is to improve the quality of raw materials so that they can produce good, high-quality, and high-value products. These findings are expected to provide insights for handicrafts to survive this digital era. Keywords: Economy; Management; Defensive Strategy; SWOT; SMEs
