Abstract

Zakat is a compulsory worship for every Muslim. At present there are still many zakat institutions that are still manually in archiving data. With the existence of a web-based system needed to facilitate the process of delivering information and efficient communication in terms of cost and operation. Cloud computing is a technology that can expand network access and reduce costs because cloud networks operate at higher efficiency and with greater utilization, significant cost reductions are often encountered. This study discusses the application of software as a service to the zakat system which focuses on the receipt and distribution of zakat. The object is used by observing in zakat institutions. The results showed that the e-zakat system that was created could help the zakat institutions in making the receipt and distribution of zakat. Key Words: Cloud computing, Zakat, Zakat Institutions

Abstract

LPPM is an institution at the university, it can be said that LPPM is a knowledge mine for academic community research activities. The function of LPPM continues to grow not only as a place to publish research works, but also as a place for knowledge to be explored. Non-print sources such as electronic journals and information that can be accessed through web media. The need for this information requires information technology support that can help LPPM place various knowledge references for researchers, lecturers, students, and others to gain quality knowledge by accessing research journals managed by LPPM. With the presence of KMS, it can certainly help in gathering, identifying potential knowledge, and managing overall knowledge. and can be used to speed up decision making on problems that have been experienced before. by using the 10 steps tiwana amrit framework. the results of this study will produce an architectural blueprint design which can later be used as a reference for the implementation of program development or subsequent development. Abstract

Terrorism is one of the actions that involve the security and sovereignty of all countries, including the United States. The bombing of the United States embassy in Kenya in 1998 has become one of the factors that makes the United States the next target for terrorism. Responding to this bombing action, the United States government under the leadership of Bill Clinton has managed to overcome this problem. This study discusses to analyze and describe the efforts of the United States government in dealing with Al-Qaeda terrorist groups during the Bill Clinton period. The methodology is descriptive qualitative, with data collection using secondary collection techniques through the previous research from books, scientific journals, newspapers, and website. While the theory is rational choice theory with concepts of counterterrorism. Based on the results of research and discussion of the efforts from the government in the United States government to overcome Al-Qaeda defense groups is a response, challenge, defense, and pursuit. Overall, the missile attacks from counterterrorism policies during Bill Clinton's time provided a change in the United States counterterrorism strategy to be more proactive and aggressive, more global, and oriented towards national security. Abstract

In this era, education is a crucial thing, one of which is a tertiary institution. At a tertiary institution to be able to enter one of the tertiary institutions, there is a process in it that contains a series of activities ranging from registration, selection based on standards made and acceptance. In this process, to facilitate a process in determining the prospective new students by the needs requires a long process and consideration for that, we need a system to facilitate the selection process. Fuzzy logic is a methodology of problem-solving control systems that can be implemented on a system. The application of the new student admission system modeling using independent lane logic applications. This modeling is used as a system to solve or simplify a problem. In making a system modeling, a method like the Mamdani method is needed. Mamdani method is often known as the max-min method. In the Mamdani method, there are several stages, namely determining the fuzzy set, the implication function implications, the composition of the rules, and defuzzication. In this modeling using a fuzzy set of Scholastic Potential Test (TPS) and Academic Competency Test (TKA) variables. The magnitude of the value of the two variables is very influential on the output results that determine whether the prospective new student is accepted, considered, or rejected. From the modeling of this system, it can be concluded that by making modeling of this system can simplify and shorten the selection process of new students just by filling in the input values ​​in the modeling of the system and will get definite results. Abstract

Cactus is known as a thorny plant that lives in less water conditions because it can save water inside its trunk. Most people know cactus as a thorny plant, even though not all cacti have thorns. This is because many people do not know the types of cactus. Especially at this time, many cacti used as houseplants. Because there are several types of cactus have a beautiful shape, besides that the cactus is also known to be easily treated because it does not need to be watered frequently. This study aims to recognize and identify the types of cacti in the world through an interactive learning media that is easy to do, namely Augmented Reality. During this time many cactus were introduced only through books, pictures or photos. Meanwhile, to present the cactus itself is difficult. Especially for some types of cactus that live in certain areas and including rare. So to recognize the cactus in detail is felt difficult to do. By using Augmented Reality technology with Marker Based Tracking method based on Android phone, it is hoped that it can help the learning process. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer experience on customer satisfaction in VIP class inpatients at Immanuel Hospital Bandung. Customer experience is measured through the dimensions of environment, convenience, competence, helpfulness. Customer satisfaction is measured through the dimensions of performance, reliability, and service ability. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Descriptive method aims to provide an overview of the object of research based on the facts collected. The population is the patient and the patient's family at the Immanuel Hospital in Bandung. The sample of this study is inpatient service users of the VIP class Immanuel Hospital in the period of November 2019 - March 2020. In the study sample, researchers used the Slovin formula with a confidence level of 95% and an error rate of 5%, obtained a total sample of 170 people. Data analysis techniques using the classic assumption test was consisting of normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, partial test (t-test) based on significance value, simultaneous test (F-test) based on the significant value, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results showed a positive effect of customer experience on customer satisfaction in VIP class inpatients at Immanuel Hospital Bandung. Abstract

This study aims to determine the enforcement of the Information Act and Electronic Transactions in tackling the black campaign with normative juridical research methods that start from the norms, principles and legislation that exist as positive legal norms. This study concludes that the implementation of the Information and Electronic Transaction Law in the case of black campaigns between the rights is in accordance with the Articles contained in the Electronic Information and Transaction Law (ITE) including Article 27 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (3) of the Act Information and Electronic Transactions and Article 28 paragraph (2) juncto Article 45A paragraph (2) of the Electronic Information and Transaction Law. That according to this research the black campaign is interpreted as an attempt to fill certain positions, especially public positions in unhealthy ways, such as spreading hoaxes, sheep fighting, insults and slander. Black campaigns clearly violate the law and ethics in campaigning, besides the use of black campaigns in social media is felt to be very effective in bringing down political opponents so that in the elections the use of black campaigns violates the principle of fair play / justice. Abstract

The rapid development of web technology makes it easier for humans to access various information. The third generation of web-based internet services (Web 3.0) has introduced the Semantic Web which aims to enable content on the web to be understood by computers. The application of semantic web can be done to retrieve a dataset from Dbpedia Indonesia, which is a list of Indonesian films, for further data analysis. The purpose of data analysis is to find out the most popular actors and directors in the Indonesian film industry. This study uses closeness centrality and Node2vec algorithms to determine the level of popularity of actors. In addition, this study also uses density graph to determine the influential directors in the Indonesian film industry. The results of the algorithm calculations are visualized using Neo4j, Networkx, and tSNE which are graphs. In this study it was found that Rima Melati was the most popular actor because of the highest closeness centrality value. This can also be interpreted that Rima Melati is an actor who starred in the most films. While in density graph calculation, Sophan Sophiaan is the most influential director because he directs the most movie titles. Abstract

Mental retardation is a condition of intellectual disabilities experienced by children who have abilities below average. Children with intellectual disabilities are difficult to understand the lesson because they have a delay in developing intelligence. Interactive multimedia-based learning media can be used as one solution to become a method in mentally disabled children's learning process. This study aims to build a learning media for mentally disabled children based on interactive multimedia called Edinata, which stands for learning media for children with intellectual disabilities. Edinata is an application to help developmentally disabled children in introducing letters, numbers, surrounding objects, and coloring games. The method used in the development of this interactive multimedia learning media is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of 6 stages: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. In this study, the black box method is used to conduct testing. Based on black-box testing that has been done, all the menus contained in the application can be run properly. Abstract

Digital transformation in various sectors has increased the need for network infrastructure to sustain high traffic. The availability of network resources is an important component in business processes in the digital era. Apart from adding infrastructure, a solution that can be done to meet these needs is optimization. OSPF (Open Shortest Path First) as a mechanism for determining the dynamic data transmission path has good features and performance by calculating automatically using an algorithm that calculates the bandwidth width. In data transmission, MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching) is a method of data transmission using labels in the process of forwarding data packets. This study analyzes the optimization of MPLS utilization as a data packet delivery mechanism for OSPF routing protocol communication. The analysis was carried out by comparing the data from the observation of the OSPF network system using MPLS and the OSPF network system without MPLS. From the analysis conducted by comparing the delay and packet loss, it is concluded that the network system using MPLS is more efficient and faster in data communication.
