Abstract

School savings and loan cooperatives that are still run conventionally cause various problems such as delays in recording, the risk of human error, and the potential for data loss. This research aims to develop a savings and loan cooperative system that implements a Cash Management System to improve the cooperatives financial recording and management processes and use of the Real-Time Payment feature to accelerate the cooperatives savings and loan transaction processes. This research uses the Extreme Programming method. This method includes planning, design, coding, and testing. System testing includes functional testing using Selenium IDE showing results in accordance with the required scenarios, non-functional testing using Apache JMeter which indicated the need for further evaluation of performance under concurrent user requests, and User Acceptance Testing obtained a percentage of 68.2% for administrators and 84.4% for members, with an overall satisfaction index of “Very Good."

Abstract

The provision of Visum et Repertum services at Hospital X remains constrained because the process is carried out manually using Microsoft Word and Excel, resulting in duplicated tasks for staff. The objective of this study is to design an information system that supports the Visum et Repertum service process in hospitals in a structured, efficient, and well-documented manner. The system was developed using the Agile Development methodology, which includes planning, design, implementation, testing, documentation, and deployment. Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 was employed as the development platform, with Microsoft Access serving as the database. In this study, the author presents a more fully integrated visum information system encompassing features for data management, document generation, reporting, and archiving. The findings indicate that the developed information system is capable of supporting the visum service process within an integrated workflow, thereby enhancing staff productivity. Black-Box testing demonstrated that all features functioned according to user requirements without functional errors. Consequently, the system has been proven to reduce redundant workloads, minimize the risk of recording errors, and contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of visum services, while also supporting the sustainable integration of medical information.

Abstract

Village digitalization faces various challenges, such as low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, and lack of community participation. Problem identification in Bomo Village shows 90% of respondents complain about manual administrative services, 80% face difficulties accessing village information, and 75% desire digital participation media, indicating that the village information system has not fully addressed the needs of the village community. This study aims to formulate a product vision for a village information system using the Goal-Oriented Requirements Engineering (GORE) approach to create a more structured, participatory system aligned with village strategic objectives. The methodology includes semi-structured interviews, field observations, and questionnaires distributed to villagers and village officials. Data were analyzed using Goal Tree Model (GTM) and Goal-oriented Requirement Language (GRL) to map stakeholder goal hierarchies. The results yielded four strategic goals: improving public service efficiency, empowering the local economy, promoting village potential, and enhancing community participation through digital media. This research produces a product vision framework that can be adopted by other villages for developing information systems adaptive to local community needs, while supporting inclusive and sustainable implementation of village digitalization.

Abstract

The number of migrants seeking their fortune in Jakarta remains high, according to information from the DKI Jakarta Population and Civil Registry Office in 2025, which recorded a decline in the number of migrants entering the Jakarta area. In addition to work, migrant workers also need decent and affordable housing that is within commuting distance of their workplace and affordable in terms of rent. Information and services regarding the availability of rental houses or apartments are crucial for workers or their families to find suitable and affordable housing. The purpose of this application is to provide information and facilitate transactions for renting apartments according to users' needs, managed by the apartment owners. To design an application, a method must be applied, namely the prototype method for developing a rental management website application system, with a database design that applies Unified Modeling Language (UML). The output of the rental management service website application is in line with the needs of rental management service users. Through testing using User Acceptance Testing (UAT), 81% of respondents stated that the application provided adequately meets the needs of landlords and tenants as users of the application.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has led to an increase in user interactions in the form of reviews and opinions on services and products. These textual data contain valuable information that can be processed through sentiment analysis to better understand user perceptions. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) and Bag of Words (BoW) feature extraction methods in classifying user sentiments, as well as to evaluate the performance of Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Random Forest (RF) algorithms on Shopee and Tokopedia platforms. A total of 5,000 user reviews were analyzed through text preprocessing, lexicon-based sentiment labeling, application of TF-IDF and BoW feature extraction methods, model training using SVM and RF algorithms, and performance evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. The experimental results show the combination of BoW and SVM achieved the highest accuracy of 90% on Shopee reviews, making it the most optimal configuration in this study. Additionally, in Tokopedia reviews, the same configuration (BoW and SVM) also produced a strong accuracy of 88%. In general, the SVM algorithm showed more stable performance than RF, while the BoW method proved to be more effective (measured at up to 90% accuracy) in representing this Indonesian-language e-commerce review data. These findings contribute to the development of more accurate sentiment analysis systems in the local e-commerce domain.
