Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayana, yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Magister Manajemen Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan Januari, Mei, dan September yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi manajemen produksi dan operasional, manajemen pemasaran, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharapkan berbagai hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat , yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis, sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya, dan bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of services quality and corporate image on the satisfaction of customers. Primary data was obtained from customers of Standard Chartered Bank through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that services quality and corporate image positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that services quality was dominant than corporate image in influencing the satisfaction of customers.

Abstract

PT. Prima Global Sinagria is a Strategic Consulting & Advisory which also provides Trainning and MICE located in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a developing company, PT. Prima Global Sinagria commited to improve working motivation of their employee by maintaining career development and compensation, further more exploring the effect of recruitment and employee reduction in the company. This research was conducted to support PT. Prima Global Sinagria manifesting its commitment. The objective of this research was to explore the relationship between variables of recruitment, employee reduction, career development, and compensation to working motivation. Quantitative Approach was used in this research with 30 employee as the sample. The instrument measurement applied using validity and reliability technique. Therefore, early testing was conducted using normality, linear and classic assumption test. The results of this research showed the negative relationship between variables recruitment and employee reduction to working motivation, in other side there was positive relationship between variable career development and compensation to working motivation in PT. Prima Global Sinagria. Moreover the result also showed that variable recruitment, employee reduction, career development and compensation only affect 88.6% to the variable motivation, the rest were influenced by another variables.

Abstract

PT. Bukitapit Bumi Persada is one of the first local companies in the field of oil and gas industry services in Indonesia. One of the advantages is, 100% percent locally owned and utilization of local resources, so that PT. Buktapit Bumi Persada is able to compete with other foreign companies. PT. Bukitapit Bumi Perasada currently serves not only local oil companies (Pertamina), but also has completed several projects with other oil companies. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price policy on customer satisfaction at PT Bukitapit Bumi Persada. The population and sample of the research were 31 clients and the technique used in the research was non probability sampling with saturated sampling. The results showed that service quality and pricing policies affect customer satisfaction PT. Perasada Earth Bukitapit.

Abstract

Currently CSR is a sustainable development strategy for the distribution of welfare of the people in various countries around the world through corporation activity. Therefore, on the effort of increasing welfare of nation state, government establishes the development model towards CSR corporation program as the spreading welfare strategy. This study seeks to investigate whether the strategic effect of CSR program activities on brand performance, industrial brand equity and corporate reputation in order to understand the real effects of actual CSR activities. This research to investigate and treat CSR as a whole construct on CSR program activities which covers several dimensions such as economic, social, and environmental. Specifically, this study test a meta-model of CSR. It is expected to become the basis of measurement models which provide valuable input for coping strategies and actions to be taken to reconstruct the CSR strategy and management programs that significantly impact on brand performance, industrial brand equity and corporate reputation in the future. In this study, the importance of this research will be presented for consideration and relevance in the context of future development.

Abstract

Quality management is a phenomenon. Advanced culture that supports arts and crafts allow shoppers choose goods with higher quality standards compared to the normal stuff. In a society that appreciates the arts and crafts, one of the tasks of the management company or owner of the company is the head of the workshop, as well as train and supervise employees and interns. The company set the standard, assessing the work of the employees and ordered rework or repair is necessary. Jobs in crafts has a limitation that is only capable of producing little other dipihak products, but has the advantage that is every product can be made independently in accordance with the wishes of the customer. Craft work approach towards quality score is the primary input when the initial establishment of quality management as a part of management science.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe the interchanging role of digital marketing and traditional marketing as the key marketing strategi and marketing mix of the Small Medium Enterprise in Indonesia. The study using qualitative descriptive methods with case study ‘Kepiting Nyinyir’, one of Small Medium Enterprise in Jakarta. The result of this study found significant role of digital technology supported the distribution channel of Small Medium Enterprise to expand the business. Digital marketing as the new concept and perspective is interchanging the role of traditional marketing by balancing online and offline activities. The interchanging role of digital marketing and traditional marketing showed shifting in marketing strategy, from segmentation and targeting to customer community confirmation, brand positioning & differentiation to brand clarification of character and codification, tactical marketing mix (product, place, price & promotion) to connected marketing mix (co-creation, communal activation, currency & conversation).

Abstract

The aims of this research are to know influence of finacial ratios which consisted of Current ratio, Debt equity ratio, Leverage ratio, Inventory turn over, and total assets turn over to return on equity simultanously and to know influence of finacial ratios which consisted of Current ratio, Debt equity ratio, Leverage ratio, Inventory turn over, and total assets turn over to return on equity partially. Data was analyzed used fixed effect model.Data which collected for 3 years from 2011 until 2013 comes 8 firms in food industries listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Based on data analyzed was known that finacial ratios which consisted of Current ratio, Debt equity ratio, Leverage ratio, Inventory turn over, and total assets turn over to didn’t influence to return on equity simultanously and finacial ratios which consisted of Current ratio, Leverage ratio, Inventory turn over, and total assets turn over didn’t inluence to return on equity partially but debt equity ratio influence significantly to return on equity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know how the influence of organizational culture and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Jakarta. The research method used is Explanatory Analysis approach that explains the causalistic relationship between variables. Sampling technique using random sampling samples. Data analysis technique used is quantitative statistical method by looking for validity and reliability test data, correlation, regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. The results of this study found that the relationship and significant influence between organizational culture variables and motivation on employee performance PT Anugrah Argon Medica Jakarta between variables with F test, where F arithmetic is bigger than F table (139,574> 3,150), Conclusion: There is significant influence which can be explained with result obtained from R square is 0,823 meaning that variable of organizational culture and motivation contributed 82.3% to employee performance variable PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Jakarta, while the rest of 17.3% donated another variable that is not researched.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the climate of the organization and implementation of K3 program together have an influence on the productivity of employees of PT. Bormindo archipelago. The first phase of the research obtained from interviews with company employees. The next data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to employees who number as many as 43 respondents from 75 employees. The statistical method used is linear regression by using SPSS Ver. 20. The results showed that all independent variables consisting of the organization and implementation of the climate program jointly K3 positive and significant impact on employee productivity. On this occasion also presented suggestions for management in order to maintain the productivity of its employees to always consider the organizational climate and provide the appropriate implementation of K3 program so that employees are more motivated to work.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of evaluation of accounting student’s understanding of IFRS in facing global market in accounting field related to IFRS competence, dan IFRS integration on college. The population in this study are accounting students of Darma Persada University, questionnaires are distributed as many as 143 and questionnaires that can be used as much as 133. Data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression method. The result indicate that the evaluation of the student’s understanding on IFRS and The IFRS integration on college has a positive and significant influence on the IFRS competence
