Abstract

The hospital is a center of health services for people who are required to perform their duties and functions better and improve the quality and comfort in the services provided, the hospital is also required to follow technological developments to improve existing performance. IT services used are expected to be able to support and fulfill the purpose of RSIA Bunda Arif so as to determine alignment and service for IT implementation, an evaluation is needed to assess whether the existing services are in line with organizational goals or not, given that information technology investments are not cheap. In this study, the framework that will be used in the evaluation of information technology services is to use the Information Technology Infrastructure Library Version 3 framework with the domain service operation. The results of the measurement of maturity level at RSIA Bunda Arif were carried out by giving questionnaires related to the chosen domain to 10 respondents, the value of the statement made based on the Likert scale. The results of the maturity level values ??obtained for each process are event management getting level 3, incident management getting level 2, problem management getting level 2, requesting fullfilment getting level 3, and access management getting level 4

Abstract

The Indonesian government has made efforts to channel a lot of aid for those who are directly and indirectly affected. Types of assistance programs from the government are: 1) Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance, 2) Basic Food Assistance for Jabodetabek, 3) Cash Social Assistance, 4) Electricity Fee Waiver, 5) Pre-Employment Cards, 6) Additional Participants for the Family Hope Program and 7) Cards Groceries. Apart from the government, there are also assistance from the community who help each other to alleviate the burdens that were impacted economically during the Covid-19 pandemic. The community provides assistance directly or indirectly. Assistance from the government and society in the form of foodstuffs which must be sufficient for the number of aid recipients. Abstract

The current Covid-19 pandemic has made the need for the internet to increase among the public and academics. In addition to having a positive impact in increasing users, this can also have a negative impact that is at risk of violations in internet use. Therefore, it is necessary to build a monitoring system for more intense monitoring of student internet activities while using campus internet services. In analyzing and implementing the system, this study uses the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method. To obtain data, the system is integrated with network sources using the Mikrotik Application Programming Interface (API) and Rsyslog. Network administrators can register hotspot user accounts, monitor hotspot network status, view and record student internet browsing history, and filter results for sites that are worth accessing and not by matching available data using the Mikrotik API and Rsyslog. System testing is carried out using API testing and distributing questionnaires to 10 respondents from the Information and Communication Technology Service Center staff who get an average score of 91 with excellent predicate. It is hoped that in the future this monitoring system can reduce the number of student violations during internet use and can be applied to all internet networks distributed at Darussalam Gontor University

Abstract

Internet technology has been used in various fields, such as business, government, health, and education, including government, which is often called electronic government or eGovernment. Indonesia is one of the countries that has implemented eGovernment. In its implementation, eGovernment services must always be available, and every threat to information and systems must receive attention to ensure business continuity in the event of an incident. Therefore, in implementing eGovernment, information assurance (IA) must be considered. To determine the extent to which IA implementation status to protect eGovernment services in Indonesia, it is necessary to measure the implementation using an instrument. The measurement instrument is developed from the IA framework using the Goal Question Metric (GQM) method. The results of the measurement show that the status of implementing IA for e Government in Indonesia is still not satisfactory

Abstract

Awareness of the importance of creating a broad business network awakens companies to make alliances with each other. One of the benefits of developing this network is to make the company more well-known so that the greater the number of partners, the greater the opportunity to enlarge the business. One of these strategies can be done with website development. However, most of these websites do not meet the expectations of interested parties, especially users. This study was conducted to evaluate the usability aspect of a website using the cognitive walkthrough method by involving its users. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze what problems are faced by users when using the website that is the research sample and provide recommendations for improving the website interface. The results of this test show that there are still many problems that users encounter when using the sample website on the freelance, partnership, and internship menus.

Abstract

Mount Laos Tourism is a new tourist site, as a tourist attraction that has not been visited for along time is certainly needed for visitors both from visitors who are close to the location and farfrom the location. According to Mr. Imam as the manager or tourism pioneer when conductingan interview on Mount Laos Education Tourism in terms of promotion, it has used social mediasuch as Facebook, Instagram and Google Business, but as a new tour in terms of promotion ofthe latest news that is fast and detailed. Seeing this potential, researchers conducted research tocreate a web site as a promotional medium that was optimized with Search Engine Optimization(SEO) with On Page and Off Page techniques. The focus in this research is a website that isoptimized by Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques, web site design using WordPressCMS. In implementing SEO On Page researchers use Ubersuggest tools, Google Analytics andWhatsmyserp. While in the implementation of Off Page SEO researchers create links (backlinks)to several websites that have high trust, one of them like .go.id. Abstract

Multimedia merupakan salah satu cara yang tepat untuk mempermudah menyampaikan informasi dalam bentuk audio ataupun visual. Multimedia juga mampu menghasilkan sesuatu menjadi lebih hidup dan menarik, salah satu penerapan multimedia adalah untuk menghasilkan video profil. SMK Hasyim Asy’ari Bojong adalah salah satu instansi pemerintah dalam dunia pendidikan yang belum memiliki fasilitas video profil untuk memberikan informasi kepada warga sekolah maupun masyarakat luas dan untuk dokumentasi sekolah. Adapun masalahnya adalah bagaimana membuat video profil yang menarik menggunakan komputer berbasis multimedia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar SMK Hasyim Asy’ari Bojong memiliki video profil sekolah yang digunakan sebagai media informasi dan juga sebagai media promosi yang lebih effektif dan efisien dan untuk melengkapi dokumentasi SMK Hasyim Asy’ari Bojong. Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto adalah salah satu sekolah yang mengangkat bahasa Jepang sebagai mata pelajaran muatan globalnya dan juga ekstrakurikuler. Ekstrakurikuler di SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto dipantau langsung oleh guru bahasa Jepangnya, akan tetapi banyak siswa mulai merasa kebingungan dan tidak paham ketika guru bahasa Jepang yang mengisi materi saat ekstrakurikuler meninggalkan kegiatan dikarenakan kesibukan yang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini membantu siswa-siswi memahami materi ketika guru bahasa meninggalkan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adala metode pengumpulan data yang meliputi observasi, wawancara, studi Pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). Teknik pengujian yang digunakan adalah black box dan beta test. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi augmented reality berbasisi android sebagai media pembelajaran untuk siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto.

Abstract

Pandemi di Indonesa belum juga mereda dan terkendali, Mentri kesehatan Indonesia, Dr. dr. Terawan Agus Purtanto, Sp.Rad adalah sosok yang dianggap paling tepat bertanggung jawab memberi penjelasan mengenai situasi sebenarnya dan sejauh apa penanganan yang sudah dilakukan Negara namun kini beliau sangat jarang tampil di hadapan publik untuk menjelaskan mengenai penanganan pandemi Covid-19, Menanggapi hal tersebut banyak masyarakat yang pro dan kontra ikut memberikan pendapat dan tanggapan. Meningkatknya penggunaan internet selama masa pandemic terutama sosial media, menjadi sarana menuangkan pendapat, dimana Salah satunya adalah twitter. memposting tweet merupakan kebiasaan masyarkat untuk menilai atau menanggapi peristiwa mereprensentasikan tanggapan masyarakat terhadap suatu peristiwa, terutama langkah dan kebijakan kementrian kesehatan dalam penanganan dan pemutusan rantai wabah epidemic Covid-19. Melalui postingan tweet tersebut peneliti menganalisis dan membatasi tweet berbahasa Indonesia yang berkaitan dengan Kinerja Pemerintah, Khususnya Kementrian Kesehatan tersebut atau disebut analisis sentiment. Dengan membandingkan 2 metode Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan Naïve Bayes(NB). Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan k-Fold Cross Validation untuk memperoleh nilai akurasi (accuracy). Hasil pengujian cross validation SVM dan NB mendapatkan nilai accuracy 71,71% dan 66,45% dengan nilai Area Under the Curve (AUC) 0,817 dan 0,499. Hasil dari pengujian kedua algoritma tersebut nilai. accuracy tertinggi adalah SVM sebesar 71,71%

Abstract

Sekolah SMA 4 Kasemen Kota Serang merupakan instasi yang menyediakan layanan pendidikan setingkat sekolah SMA lainnya , dan saat ini berlokasi di Jl Raya Banten Km 5 Kasemen. Teknisi yang ada di SMA tersebut masih manual dalam menyeleasikan masalah yang ada pada komputer sehingga dinilai lambat dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang ada.Dengan pertimbangan masih adanya kekurangan yang terdapat pada SMA 4 Kasemen Kota Serang maka penulis merancang sebuah aplikasi remote desktop berbasis android yang dapat mengakomodir kebutuhan teknisi dan menjadi solusi dari permasalahan yang terdapat pada teknisi yang ada di SMA 4 Kasemen Kota Serang. , tujuan penelitian memberikan aplikasi remote desktop kepada teknisi agar tidak lambat dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang ada dan merancang aplikasi remote desktop untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ada.  Metode : Observasi, Interview, Perancangan. Penelitian aplikasi remote desktop berbasis android pada SMA 4 Kasemen dapat disimpulkan remote desktop berbasis android ini mampu mengoptimalkan kinerja teknisi dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi pada perangkat komputer dan  kurangnya pengetahuan guru dan teknisi dalam mengenal aplikasi remote desktop
