Abstract

One of the problems that occur in pregnancy is nausea, vomiting. Nausea, vomiting experienced by almost all pregnant women can arise at any time and not only in the morning. Usually occurs in first trimester pregnant women (0-12 weeks). Treatment efforts to overcome vomiting nausea are pharmacological and non pharmacological therapies. Pregnant women still use pharmacological therapy. One of the non-pharmacological is aroma therapy. A case study method in first trimester pregnant women complaining of nausea and vomiting, and to overcome the problem the writer tried to administer lemon aroma therapy. Taking the case was carried out by visiting the Primary Afiyah Clinic. blessed on Jl. Fajar IV No. 1 Labuh Baru, Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City. Obstetrics Care for first trimester pregnant women with the aroma of lemon therapy to treat nausea and vomiting in the Pratama Afiyah Clinic is carried out using the SOAP documentation approach. The results of the first visit to mothers experience nausea and vomiting with a frequency of 6 times in 24 hour. After midwifery care for 4 visits to patients, the results obtained in the last study were the mother did not experience vomiting and the frequency of nausea 3 times in 24 hours and the result of nausea vomiting can be reduced. It is recommended that the Primary Afiyah Clinic not only provide pharmacologists but also provide non-pharmacologists to treat nausea and vomiting.

Abstract

Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) in pregnant women is still a problem in Indonesia because KEK as a condition where a person experiences nutritional deficiencies (calories and protein) that lasts long and years, with marked weight less than 40 kg or looks thin and with arm circumference or (MUAC) less than 23.5 cm. Objective: increase knowledge and insights on midwifery care for pregnant women with early detection of Chronic Energy deficiencies in Trimester I at the Pratama Karya Bakti Clinic in Pekanbaru City using the SOAP approach and documentation method. Case Method Midwifery care for pregnant women with early detection of chronic energy deficiency Trimester I by providing health education (PENKES) and supplementary foods such as milk, fruits and vegetables. Conclusion: from midwifery care to Mrs. T G2P1A0H1 age 30 years gestation 6 weeks 3 days, with early detection of chronic energy deficiency in general good condition, after midwifery care for 2 days visit to the patient the results obtained in the last study are early detection of chronic energy deficiency which can gradually both with the help of consuming additional food. Suggestion: the need for the involvement of health workers to overcome the early detection of chronic energy shortages in the city of Pekanbaru so that no more pregnant women who experience complications.

Abstract

Visits Antenatal Care (ANC) is suatukegiatan examination conducted by pregnant women to a health professional. From the data obtained by the Health Service coverage pekanbaru 2016 KI KI as many visits as much as 85% and as much as 88.32% K4. While in 2017, PHC Hope Kingdom at coverage increased to 96.0 K1 and K4 visits decreased to 87.1. Antenatal Care service target of Pekanbaru City Health Department for K1 and K4 92.09% 95% The aim of this study was to determine the Factors Associated with ANC Visits in PHC Hope Kingdom Year 2016 type of research is quantitative analytical, design cross sectional. The population in this study all pregnant women who visit antenatal care at the health center Harapan Raya Pekanbaru in January-March 2018, as many as 363 people, while the sample in this study were 78 pregnant women with consecutive sampling technique. The analysis is univariate and bivariate. The results of this study found no relationship between knowledge (p value 0.000 with OR 0.035) attitude (p value 0.000 with OR 3.6) Education (p value 0.006 with OR 0.188) husband support (p value of 0.001 with OR 29.250) and economic status (p value 0,026 with OR 0.172) against ANC visits. The analysis is univariate and bivariate. The results of this study found no relationship between knowledge (p value 0.000 with OR 0.035) attitude (p value 0.000 with OR 3.6) Education (p value 0.006 with OR 0.188) husband support (p value of 0.001 with OR 29.250) and economic status (p value 0,026 with OR 0.172) against ANC visits. The analysis is univariate and bivariate. The results of this study found no relationship between knowledge (p value 0.000 with OR 0.035) attitude (p value 0.000 with OR 3.6) Education (p value 0.006 with OR 0.188) husband support (p value of 0.001 with OR 29.250) and economic status (p value 0,026 with OR 0.172) against ANC visits. It is expected that health practitioners can make home visits and counseling pregnant women about the importance of antenatal care visits for maternal and infant health.

Abstract

Knowledge is what is known by the person or respondents with respect to healthy and sick or health. Temper tantrums are an outburst of explosive and uncontrolled. Temper tantrums often occur in children aged 15 months to 6 years. Children's early period was the golden era for parents, children's early period is a difficult time for most of the child's personality development fraught with difficulties and children are often demanding freedom despite their liberty still fail to obtain. This study aims to determine the "Knowledge Capital Relationship With Temper Tantrum Behavior In Children In Puskesmas Umbrella Sekaki 2019". This research is quantitative analytic design by using Cross Sectional. Held on March to March 2019 in the working area of ??Puskesmas Umbrella Sekaki Year 2019. Total population of 8444 people and a total sample of 99 people with the sampling technique accidental sampling. Instrument of this research using questionnaires, data processing univariate presented in the form of a frequency distribution table followed by a bivariate analysis using SPSS vs. 20, then presented descriptively and analytically through statistical tests. The survey results revealed that the majority of women are knowledgeable enough as many as 72 respondents (72.7%) with children do not have temper tantrums as many as 76 children (76.8%). From the results of the chi square test showed that the P value (0389)> ? (0:05)

Abstract

The purpose of health development is to achieve a healthy ability for each resident in order to realize the optimal degree of public health (Budioro, 2001). In the sphere of health care, preventive field is a top priority in implementing the National Health System (NHS) immunization is one form of health intervention that is very effective in reducing the mortality rate of infants and toddlers (Ranuh, 2008). Achievement of Universal Child Immunization (UCI) is the achievement of a complete primary immunization in infants (0-11 months). UCI is a picture of the village or villages with ? 80% (Gavi, 2018). This research is an observational analytic study with case control study design, research that began with mengidentifikasikelompok with certain effects (cases) and without the effects of groups (control). The research sample some babies who have reached the age of 12 months from the population cases. The results showed the above table, it is known that out of 30 respondents in incomplete immunization status, 14 respondents (23.3%) had one child and who had> 1 child as much as 16 respondents (26.7%). Of the 30 respondents to the full immunization status, 8 respondents (13.33%) have one child and 22 respondents (36.7%) had> 1 child. Abstract

This study aims to improve the results of the exercise dribble through exercise bermainpada SSB athletes ages 8-10 years TASBI Medan 2018. Subjects in this study were 8-10 years of age athlete TASBI Terrain SSB numbered at least 21 people who will be given the act a form of exercise in the form of practice dribbling through practice methods of playing. To obtain the data in this study is the observation sheet dribbling technique. The data analysis technique used is the data reduction and exposure data. After the data collected and the analysis of the obtained results: the results of pre-test observation data obtained 21atlet (100%) who scored the results of observation with an average of 56.14%. From the results of the exercise cycle I obtained 19 athletes (90.47%), which has reached mastery exercises, and who have not achieved mastery exercise value, gained 2 athletes (9.53). With the average value of the observation of the first cycle is 86,50%. In this case it can be seen that an increase in the average value of the results of the exercise significant between the pre-test athletes to cycle I. Based on the results of data analysis can be said that through the implementation of the exercise bermaindapat improve workout results dribble in athletes aged 8-10 years SSB Terrain TASBI 2018.

Abstract

The standard of athletic equipment is highly unlikely when given at elementary school age students, because for posture and weight load capability is still not feasible in primary school learning process. Priority in particular learning materials is to introduce fine athletics and to ensure that students can do tenik and style right in the motion of each number atletik.Tujuan modification athletic equipment development research is to train teachers to make modifications in learning skilled PJOK particularly athletic material with material easy to find, easy to be processed in a simple, practical, and economical, so it is very appropriate to be used by all the schools, especially primary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning outcome passing Chest pass in playing basketball with the application of learning variations and modifications basketball in class VIII SMP Santa Maria school year 2019/2020. This research method is a method of classroom action research (PTK). From the data analysis it can be concluded that through the application of learning variations and modifications basketball, students can improve learning results on the study material passing Chest pass. Subjects in this study were students of Class VIII Terrain Maria High School Year 2019/2020, totaling 30 people. The results of the study in the first cycle shows that the learning outcomes are passing chest pass (43.33%) students who completed the study, and (56.67%) students who did not complete her studies. The results of students in techniques of passing a chest pass in the first cycle in the classical mastery learning just reached (43.33%). In the second cycle shows that the learning outcomes are passing chest pass (83.33%) students who completed the study, and (16.67%) students who did not complete their study and student learning outcomes in classical learning completeness passing chest pass on the second cycle reached (83.33%). In this study, as calculated in classical learning completeness reached 83.33% according to experts quoted by 85% of the new can be said to be completed in the classical style,

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research (PTK). This study was conducted in two cycles, with each sikuls consists of planning, action, observation and reflection. Sources of data in this research is the students' test results in the form of penelian portfolio. To analyze the data in this study and to know the results of the study visits of students in the classical completeness, while the method used is a method of a class action. Based on preliminary data obtained by 13 students (37.1%) completed the study while 22 students (62.9%) did not complete the study. The next learning outcomes in the first cycle, totaling 24 students (68.6%) completed the study while 11 students (31.4%) did not complete the study. In the second cycle of 31 students (88, 6%) completed the study while 4 students (11.4%) did not complete the study. This study concludes that through reciprocal teaching styles to improve learning outcomes sprint in class VIII SMP Negeri 36 Medan in academic year 2018/2019.

Abstract

Research conducted intend to find information about the implementation of learning do bawahd natural passing game of volleyball through the application of learning variations and modifications media delivered with the treatment of class action, namely the existence of the stages in the learning cycle. Volleyball is a sport game that has many fans. To be able to play volleyball it is necessary mastery of basic techniques which include passing, serve, smash, and block. Technique is a way of doing or carrying out something to achieve certain goals efficiently and effectively. Techniques in volleyball games can be interpreted as a way to play the ball efficiently and effectively in accordance with the norm of the game that apply to achieve optimal suatuhasil. Playing field shall be rectangular with a size of 18 meters long and 9 meters wide. The boundary line marked using paint / chalk, of a width not more than 5 cm. After the second cycle of learning to walk and to finish, the student's ability to perform under increased passing. Of the 17 students, there were 15 students have achieved mastery learning value (complete) with an average value of 85.40 and 88.24% percentage of classical completeness. However masihada 2 students who have not gained mastery learning although the value that was obtained has increased in comparison with the passing of learning under volleyball before in terapkannya variety of learning with modifications ball. This is because the student is not able to do most of the prefix attitude indicator, and attitude exercising their end.
