Tibanndaru: Jurnal Ilmu Perpustakaan dan Informasi Journal opens opportunities to collaborate with various professionals such as academics, researchers, archivists, documentaries, information managers, and the general public who have an interest in the field of Library and Information Science studies. Tibanndaru: Jurnal Ilmu Perpustakaan dan Informasi was developed by the Library Science Departement, Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. This journal is published every year, namely in April and October. Tibanndaru: Jurnal Ilmu Perpustakaan dan Informasi is still accepting article manuscripts in Indonesian written format and manuscripts in English. Authors interested in publishing their scientific article manuscripts can read the scope of the theme disciplines published in this journal. Tibanndaru: Jurnal Ilmu Perpustakaan dan Informasi has used Turnitin support for plagiarism checking of all submitted article manuscripts. Abstract

The demands of the users are answered by educational institutions and institutional libraries in particular by organizing institutional repositories. The STAIN Pamekasan Library has organized an institutional repository that applies the full-text access policy but is still limited to lecturers' scientific work only. Research problems were identified by researchers in four (4) things, namely how the lecturers 'knowledge of institutional repositories, how to upload the STAIN Pamekasan Library institutional repository, how the benefits and obstacles experienced by lecturers when accessing institutional repositories and the implementation of full-text access to lecturers' scientific work on repositories STAIN Pamekasan Library institution which is also a formulation of research problems. The research approach used was descriptive qualitative, with informants as many as 9 (nine) lecturers, three of whom were also high-ranking institutional officials. The results showed that the lecturers' knowledge and understanding were still lacking due to the lack of socialization of the existence of institutional repositories, the two uploading processes felt by the lecturers were not complicated but lack of support for the third scientific upload guide for the STAIN Pamekasan Library institution. The problem formulation concluded that almost all STAIN Pamekasan lecturers agreed to the implementation of the policy of accessing full-text scientific work to lecturers at the institutional repository of the STAIN Pamekasan Library.

Abstract

Introduction. School library management is basically a process of optimizing human, material, and budgetary contributions to achieve library goals. The purpose of this study is to describe the library management of SMKN 2 Musi Rawas, the specific objective is to find out how the implementation of management functions in the library of SMKN 2 Musi Rawas starts from planning (planning), organizing (organizing), implementing (actuating), controlling (controlling) which is applied in the library of SMKN 2 Musi Rawas. Research methods. This research method the author uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach to find out how the implementation of library management in the library of SMKN 2 Musi Rawas. The subject of this research is the head of the library, librarians, teachers, students and schools. Results and Discussion. 1) Management planning at the library of SMK Negeri 2 Musi Rawas is to change the management of the library which used to use a conventional/manual system to switch to a digital/automated system. 2) Organizing Library Management at SMK Negeri 2 Musi Rawas has been going well, this is evidenced by the existence of an organizational structure and a clear division of labor. 3) The movement of activities in the library is initiated by the head of the library as a driving model for the existing library staff. 4) related to control, the library of SMK Negeri 2 Musi Rawas carries out an evaluation of the work carried out on a regular basis. Conclusions and suggestions. implementation of library management functions at SMK Negeri 2 Musi Rawas is carried out starting from planning, organizing, implementing, and also controlling and there are also several obstacles faced by libraries in their implementation.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 are marked by the massive use of the internet and artificial intelligence. As a result, some social work assistance processes have shifted to an online system. Such conditions demand social work education to equip students with digital skills. Research Purpose. This study tries to explain the importance of digital skills in social work education. Methods. This research method uses a literature study by reviewing various literature on digital literacy in social work education. Data Analysis. Data analysis was carried out by categorizing secondary data into themes. Social work education curricula must be responsive to the demands of digitalization in some social worker assistance practices. Result and Discussion. The use of ICT in social work education must refer to the standards formulated by professional organizations. Social work educators and students must be aware that digitizing social work practices is only a means of facilitating services, not an end. Conclusion. Digital literacy is a necessity in social work education. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare educators with digital skills and ethical standards for using ICT in social work education.Keywords: Digital Literacy, Information and Communication Technology, Social Work Education

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Improve the achievement of learning Indonesian, especially in class VI SDN 3 Sekarteja (2) Knowing the improvement of writing skills in learning Indonesian. This research is a classroom action research. The data in this study were sourced from the sixth grade students of SDN 3 Sekarteja. The method used in this research is the Process Skills Approach. Abstract

Tidak hanya layanan, fasilitas sebuah perpustakaan mendukung produktifitas yang dilakukan oleh pengunjung dalam belajar maupun bekerja. Mengingat hal tersebut, Perpustakaan Universitas Atmajaya Yogyakarta (UAJY) memfasilitasi pemustakanya melalui digital library dengan menerapkan konsep coworking space. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian deskriptif melalui wawancara, studi pustaka atau melalui observasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui alasan penerapan konsep coworking space dalam lingkup perpustakaan, memahami gaya interior dan jenis nya ketika menerapkan konsep coworking space, serta mengetahui dampak yang dirasakan oleh pengunjung maupun pengelola digital library Universitas Atmajaya Yogyakarta dengan diterapkannya konsep tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tujuan diterapkannya konsep coworking space pada digital library UAJY antara lain: mendukung menciptakan suasana belajar mengajar yang nyaman, usaha untuk meningkatkan produktifitas, menyediakan layanan satu pintu serta sebagai daya tarik guna menarik pengunjung agar memanfaatkan perpustakaan dengan lebih maksimal. Digital library UAJY menggunakan gaya modern minimalis dalam desain interiornya. Jika dilihat dari tujuan pendirian coworking space, digital library UAJY termasuk dalam coworking space untuk menciptakan sebuah ekosistem yang saling mendukung, menciptakan komunitas dan fasilitas sebagai penghubung antara teori dan praktek/ university related coworking space. Berdasarkan kapasitas termasuk dalam midsize coworking space. Adapun dampak yang dirasakan dari penerapan konsep coworking space ini bagi pengunjung adalah terciptanya suasana nyaman dalam proses belajar mengajar, dan timbulnya perasaan senang/ puas. Sementara itu, dampak yang diperoleh oleh pengelola adalah menjadi tolok ukur (benchmarking) sebagai perpustakaan berkonsep coworking space, timbulnya perasaan bangga karena menjadi benchmarking bagi perpustakaan lain, serta meningkatnya minat berkunjung ke perpustakaan. Keyword: Coworking space; Productivity; Interior style; Interior design; Digital library; Benchmarking; Interest visiting

Abstract

Intoduction. This paper raises the theme of the process of creating the 2021 edition of the Human Ombudsman Directory of the Republic of Indonesia. Research Purpose. The purpose of this paper is to design and produce a printed directory in an effort to find information about employee data at the Ombudsman. Research Methode. The research method used is a descriptive method with data collection techniques in this case data regarding the 2020 Ombudsman Ranking List (ORL) through the Human Resources and General Bureau, Secretariat General of the Indonesian Ombudsman. Results and Discussions. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the preparation of the directory is through the following steps: 1) collecting data; 2) record data; 3) focus on ideas; 4) create a book outline so that writing is directed; 5) write a directory concept; 6) determine the subject; 7) classifying or grouping data; 8) create directory elements according to the data; 9) designing the directory model; 10) create an index of employee names; 11) make covers. Conclusions. After all these processes are complete, the directory can be printed and reproduced so that it is hoped that the printed directory that has been created can easily search for the information needed and can be used as an effort to optimize information sources.Keywords: Directory, Human Ombudsman, Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia

Abstract

Research Purpose. This study aims to determine the behavior of students seeking information through social media as a fulfillment of knowledge about academics and student affairs based on the theoretical model of Carol Kuhlthau, namely the information search process. In this model the information search process is divided into 6 stages, namely the initiation stage, the selection stage, the exploration stage, the preparation stage, the collection stage and the presentation stage. Methods. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population of this researcher is followers of the Instagram account @liscarehimaka as many as 525 and the sampling technique uses simple random sampling which produces a sample of 84 respondents. Data Analysis. The data analysis method used is in the form of table analysis and category calculations with interval limit formulas. Result and Discussion. The results showed that the stages in searching for student information through social media Instagram as the fulfillment of knowledge about academics and student affairs were in the high category.Keywords: Information seeking behavior, knowledge, social media

Abstract

Sejak tahun ke tahun telah banyak artikel atau karya ilmiah yang terbit. Melalui referensi yang ada di dalam artikel, bisa dihitung pola penggunaan literatur menggunakan analisi sitasi. Dari perhitungan tersebut akan didapat informasi tentang sitasi yang dianggap usang ataupun valid. Metode analisis sitasi yang digunakan adalah bibliometrika, yaitu menggunakan Jurnal Bisnis dan Kewirausahaan Politeknik Negeri Bali dalam rentan tahun 2018-2020. Dalam 3 tahun tersebut, jurnal tersebut telah menerbitkan 9 issue dengan berisikan total 68 artikel penelitian di dalamnya. Hasil yang ditemukan setelah menganalisis sitasi pada seluruh artikel tersebut adalah didapatkan nilai half life sebesar 12,6 tahun sehinggal usia paruh hidupnya 13 tahun. Sitiran yang disitir dari tahun 1950 sampai tahun 1962 sebanyak 3 sitiran dianggap usang sedangkan sitiran yang disitir dibawah 1962 sampai dengan tahun 2020 sebanyak 1027 sitiran merupakan sitiran yang baru dan dianggap valid. Pada Jurnal Bisnis dan Kewirausahaan Politeknik Negeri Bali tahun 2018-2020 tidak ditemukan self citation.

Abstract

Research Purpose. The research conducted by the author aims to determine the usefulness of the Institutional Repository for Final Semester Students of the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik. Methods. This study uses a qualitative method, with the type of case study research on the Benefit of an Institutional Repository. The number of informants was as many as ten students using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, Interview and Documentation. Data Analysis. The data analysis technique uses the concept of Miles and Huberman: Reduction, Presentation and Drawing Conclusions. Result and Discussion. The study results indicate that the usefulness of the Institutional repository for final semester students at the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik is more desirable. This can be seen from the aspects (1) the Collection of intellectual works that have been effective for users, (2) the Provision of Open Access that makes it easier for students, (3) The positive impact given on Institutions and users, (4) Rapid dissemination of information through promotions, (5) Digital storage is more attractive to users and (6) Repositories minimize plagiarism.Keywords: Repository, Usefulness, Open Access Libraries

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses kegiatan knowledge sharing  selama masa pandemi covid-19 di Telkom University Open Library dengan fokus penelitian mengacu pada teori konversi pengetahuan yaitu Sosialisasi, Eksternalisasi, Kombinasi dan Internalisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa selama masa pandemi kegiatan knowledge sharing  dilakukan secara tatap muka dan online. Kegiatan knowledge sharing  terdiri dari literacy event, open discussion, kelas literasi, rapat koordinasi, dan kegiatan informal. Dari kegiatan tersebut terjadi proses konversi pengetahuan. Sosialisasi dilakukan ketika diskusi antara peserta dan narasumber, staf dan pimpinan, dan antar staf. Eksternalisasi terjadi ketika pengetahuan yang didapat dari hasil diskusi dicatat atau didokumentasikan. Kombinasi dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan dan menyebarkan pengetahuan dari tahap eksternalisasi kepada peserta, user dan staf. Internalisasi terjadi ketika peserta, user, dan staf yang membaca dan menonton pengetahuan eksplisit yang sudah disebarkan. Dari hasil penelitian, peneliti menyarankan Open Library membagikan file materi dari kegiatan open discussion dan menginformasikan kembali melalui sosial media bahwa kegiatan webinar dan workshop yang telah dilaksanakan bisa dilihat melalui Youtube Telkom University atau Youtube Open Library Tel-U.Kata kunci: Berbagi Pengetahuan; Konversi Pengetahuan; Perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi
