Abstract

Kementerian Pertanian telah menerapkan Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik dengan menetapkan Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID). Menurut peraturan perundang-undangan, PPID dijabat oleh seseorang yang memiliki kompetensi di bidang pengelolaan informasi. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi indeks kompetensi pengelolaan informasi PPID di Kementerian Pertanian. Kajian dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan analisis faktor konfirmatori. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan bahwa motivasi pengelolaan informasi, pengetahuan pengelolaan informasi, dan perilaku pengelolaan informasi berkontribusi terhadap kompetensi pengelolaan informasi. Urutan persentase kontribusi dari yang paling besar sampai yang terkecil terhadap kompetensi pengelolaan informasi yaitu pengetahuan pengelolaan informasi, perilaku pengelolaan informasi, serta motivasi pengelolaan informasi. Kompetensi pengelolaan informasi pada PPID dapat ditingkatkan melalui sertifikasi sehingga PPID berkompeten dalam mengelola informasi sesuai amanah Undang-Undang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik.

Abstract

The people of Lembang Sub-district get too much information about health due to the easy access to information sources that cause difficulties in identifying the right source of information. For that reason, there needs to be information literacy training that enables them to recognize needs, improve knowledge and ability to access resources, increase knowledge and ability to acquire, improve knowledge and evaluate ability, how to improve knowledge and ability of society in utilizing health information. The methods used in the training are lectures and training to recognize health characteristics with examples of cases of cataract disease. The result of this training is that participants gain an understanding of the literacy of health information, especially environmental health.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and understand the document management activities on Inspektorat pembantu Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan. Document management activities are selec- ting, assessing, analyzing, inerpreting and finding materials. There are several stages on document management, invention and enrollment, retention, distribution, and human resources. The method wich used on this research is descriptive qualitative method, the data collection techniques are interviews, observations, and literature. The results showed that Inspektorat Pembantu Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan did document mana- gement, so that documents can be managed in according to the state of human resouces perfor- mance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami kegiatan pengelolaan dokumen di Inspektorat Pembantu Kota Ad- ministrasi Jakarta Selatan. Kegiatan pengelolaan dokumen merupakan kegiatan memilih, menilai, menganalisis, menerjemahkan dan menemu kem- bali kan materi. Ada beberapa tahap dalam penge- lolaan dokumen yaitu penciptaan dan penerimaan, peyimpanan, distribusi, dan SDM. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode Kua- litatif Deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Inspektorat Pembantu Kota Administrasi melakukan Penge- lolaan Dokumen, Sehingga dokumen yang ada da- pat dikelola dengan baik sesuai dengan keadaan kinerja SDM

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of knowledge creation process which starts from expanding process of knowledge knowledge, sharing, and conceptualization of knowledge about medicinal plants conducted by a team of PKK initiators at Cisondari Village Pasir jambu District of Bandung Regency. By using qualitative methods and case study approaches and techniques of data collection through observation, interviews, and literature study,the research results indicate that the process of creation of knowledge about medicinal plants conducted by the team of PKK initiators at Cisondari Village Pasirjambu District of Bandung Regency have been done well. One thing that is still lacking is that knowledge documentation process has not been carried out. This has not been done because the oral culture among the people is stronger than the culture of writing, so the innovations that have been created only stored as tacit in the mind of every person. Principally, the main goal of knowledge management is to encourage sustainability of knowledge within an organization or certain social group so that this knowledge can be used to encourage replication in the body of the organization, creates innovation, and gave birth to a new generation .Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penciptaan pengetahuan mulai dari proses memperluas pengetahuan, berbagi pengetahuan, dan konseptualisasi pengetahuan tentang tanaman obat keluarga yang dilakukan oleh tim penggerak PKK Desa Cisondari Kabupaten Bandung. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi kasus serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa proses penciptaan pengetahuan tentang tanaman obat keluarga yang dilakukan oleh tim penggerak PKK Desa Cisondari Kabupaten Bandung sudah dilakukan dengan baik. Satu hal yang masih kurang yakni proses pendokumentasian pengetahuan belum dilakukan dengan baik. Proses itu tidak dilakukan karena dikalangan masyarakat budaya lisan lebih kuat bila dibandingkan dengan budaya tulis sehingga beberapa hasil inovasi yang telah tercipta hanya tersipan secara tacit didalam pemikiran setiap orang. Pada prinsipnya, tujuan utama pengelolaan pengetahuan yaitu mendorong keberlanjutan pengetahuan di dalam suatu organisasi atau kelompok sosial tetentu sehingga pengetahuan tersebut dapat digunakan untuk mendorong terjadinya replikasi di dalam tubuh organisasi, menciptakan inovasi, dan melahirkan generasi baru.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini mengkaji tentang  Peran  Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (Tbm) Bagi Anak-Anak Usia Dini  Di Desa Narawita Kecamatan Cicalengka Kabupaten Bandung. Dengan  Metode atau Teknik  Participatory Rural Appraisal  dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, Focus Group Discussion, dan  studi pustaka kegiatan  ini bertujuan   mengetahui peran taman bancaan masyarakat  teutama mengenai tugas dan fungsi taman bacaan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kemampuan belajar pada anak usia dini. Hasil kajian  menunjukkan bahwa taman bacaan masyarakat yang ada di lingkungan desa Narawita   berperan sebagai sumber belajar anak-anak usia dini,  sumber informasi bagi para orang tua dalam membina anak usia dini, dan  sarana rekreasi-edukasi bagi masyrakat. Dengan demikian  taman bacaan masyarakat   dapat berperan  sebagai sarana belajar baik bagi anak-anak usia dini maupun para orang tua anak-anak- terutama ibu rumah tangga muda dalam memperluas pengetahuan merekaAbstractThis activity examines the role of the Community Library (TBM) For Early Childhood In the village NarawitaCicalengka District of Bandung regency. Method or Participatory Rural Appraisal Techniques and data collection through interviews, observation, focus group discussions, and literature study aims to determine the role of these activities bancaan community garden teutama on the tasks and functions of public reading in improving learning skills in early childhood. The results show that the public reading in a village environment Narawita serve as a source of learning early age children, resources for parents in fostering early childhood-education and recreational facilities for the community. Thus the public reading can serve as a learning tool for both kids an early age and the parents children-especially young housewife in expanding their knowledge.

Abstract

The internet in the business world have led to new promotion forms using social media known as customer engagement, a series of activities carried out by social media users to engage with brands or organizations. The Ministry of Education and Culture’s Library via Instagram @perpustakaandikbud as institutions that provide information services used social media in their promotional activities. This study aimed to determine the customer engagement’s correlation through Instagram @perpustakaandikbud with interest in visiting the library among active followers. This study used quantitative methods with a correlational approach with the research sample was 83 respondents, obtained by using a simple random sampling technique.  The researchers were collected research data using questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The inferential correlation test used a simple linear regression analysis using the product-moment formula. Results showed that customer engagement, based on the indicators of absorption, dedication, vigor, and interaction, had a significant relationship with interest in visiting the library. This was proven by testing the major hypothesis; namely, the calculation results obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.521. It obtained a tcount of 4,417 and ttable of 1,663. The tcount was more significant than the ttable, so the hypothesis was accepted. Customer engagement through Instagram @ perpustakaandikbud correlated with the followers’ interest in visiting the Ministry of Education and Culture’s Library. This research concludes that Instagram social media is an effective library promotion media in increasing user's interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the role of space, furniture and accessories, colors, lighting and air circulation in growing interest to Goethe Institut Bandung library’s room. The method used is quantitative. The population in this study are all members of the library throughout the Goethe Institut Bandung. Sampling used in this research is purposive sampling with a sample size of 60 people. The location of this research is the Goethe Institut Bandung Library. The analytical method used in this research is categories analysis and cross tabulation analysis. The results of this research indicate that the library space was instrumental in growing interest to the library’s room. The furniture and accessories of the library was instrumental in growing interest to library’s room. The colors used in the library quite instrumental in growing interest to library’s room. The lighting in the library was instrumental in growing interest to library’s room. Air Circulation in the library space was instrumental in growing interest to library’s room Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran ruang, furnitur dan aksesori, warna, pencahayaan dan sirkulasi udara dalam menumbuhkan minat ke perpustakaan Goethe Institut Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota perpustakaan di Goethe Institut Bandung. Sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 60 orang. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah Perpustakaan Goethe Institut Bandung. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kategori dan analisis tabulasi silang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ruang perpustakaan berperan penting dalam menumbuhkan minat ke perpustakaan. Furnitur dan aksesori dari perpustakaan berperan penting dalam menumbuhkan minat ke perpustakaan. Warna-warna yang digunakan di perpustakaan cukup berperan dalam meningkatkan minat ke perpustakaan. Pencahayaan di perpustakaan berperan penting dalam menumbuhkan minat ke perpustakaan. Sirkulasi udara di ruang perpustakaan berperan penting dalam menumbuhkan minat ke perpustakaan.

Abstract

This research purpose is to explain “Sanggar Sastra” activities at Rumah Puisi Taufiq Ismail in order to support behavior of writing literature among students, especially in Padang Panjang and Bukittinggi, West Sumatera. The method used is survey. Respondents in this research are twenty five senior high school students in Padang Panjang whom participate to “Sanggar Sastra” for a month. This research shows that an internal factor such as; members’ interest and external factors; sanggar sastra’s teachers contributed to support behavior of writing literature among students. While the external factor such as the facilitation of “sanggar sastra” not directly give an contributed to support behavior of writing literature among students.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan aktivitas “Sanggar Sastra” di Rumah Puisi Taufiq Ismail dalam mendukung perilaku menulis di kalangan pelajar, Padang panjang dan Bukittinggi, Sumatera Barat. Metode yang digunakan ialah survey. Responden dalam penelitian ini ialah 25 Sekolah Menangah Atas (SMA) di Padang Panjang yang berpartisipasi di “Sanggar Sastra” setiap bulannya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahawa faktor internal diantaranya; ketertarikan angora dan faktor eksternal; pengajar Sanggar Sastra yang berkontribusi mendukung prilaku menulis diantara pelajar. Sedangkan faktor eksternal yakni fasilitas Sanggar Sastra tidak berkontribusi dalam memberikan dukungan prilaku menulis diantara pelajar.

Abstract

Library service becomes the benchmark of the library success. Library service is said to be good if the utilization of service is done maximally. It is related to user education, which in this case the purpose of user education is to provide education about the library so that users can utilize library services effectivelly and efficiently. This study aims to describe the role of the user education towards the utilization behavior of library service of the students of Faculty of Communication Sciences Padjadjaran University. The method used in this research is survey with quantitative descriptive approach. The sample of this research consists of 93 students of class of 2016 were chosen by accidental sampling technique. The results of this study show that the role of knowledge about layout, facilities, policy, and library services towards the utilization behavior of library service in the medium category. Meanwhile, the role of knowledge about librarians and the staffs in the library and library collections towards the utilization behavior of library service in the high category. So, it shows that the knowledge about library can encourage students to take advantage of library services because having knowledge about library will facilitate the user in utilizing library services.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the meanings, motives and experiences of the collectors in collecting Vinyl. Research methods: This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection technique was done by interviewing. Informants in this study are three Vinyl collectors who have been collecting Vinyl for over 5 years and owning hundreds of Vinyl pieces. Results and discussion: The results in this study are (1) the meaning of collecting Vinyl is a representation of the collector’s love for music, Vinyl is a part of life, collecting Vinyl creates an addiction, Vinyl is a basic need, Vinyl is a daily routine, and Vinyl is a transaction tool. (2) The collector’s motive in collecting Vinyl is to appreciate musical works, want to contribute to the preservation of musical works, Vinyl a source of economy, physical factors and sound quality produced by higher quality Vinyl, Vinyl artwork that has aesthetic valued, history value, and the rarity of Vinyl. (3) Collectors’ experience in collecting Vinyl, namely consistency from the past until now collecting Vinyl, continuing to add to the Vinyl collection which numbered in the hundreds to thousands, making sacrifices in terms of finance, other basic needs, and social life in order to buy Vinyl, doing special and intensive care so that the sound and physical quality of Vinyl is maintained, providing a special room for Vinyl collections, and buying and selling and bartering transactions between Vinyl collectors. Implication: The development of technology made the world community switch to listening to music from Vinyl to digital platforms. However, there are still some people who are still loyal to use Vinyl as a medium for listening to music and collecting it.
