Abstract

At the Aviation Company PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk 2017-2022 Period. The analytical method used in this research was the Paired T Test. Apart from that, this research also carried out an independent sample t test. The type of data used in this research was secondary data obtained from the company's official website (www.garuda-indonesia.com). From the results of tests carried out on this research, it was known that the Financial Performance of PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk Before and During the Covid-19 Pandemic in terms of Liquidity Ratios, Solvency Ratios, Profitability Ratios, Activity Ratios, the company had better performance before the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

In a company there is a mechanism for creating a mission, vision and company motto. Each company has a different mechanism to achieve this. The company's most important orientation is to collect as much profit as possible for the sustainability of the company. If a company is able to compete in the world of market economy, then the company will be able to survive in today's developments and technology. Financial performance in managing company finances is very vital for the company. Good financial performance will keep the company moving and operating. For this reason, this activity ratio is really needed by companies because this ratio explains the company's effectiveness in managing existing resources. Each activity ratio has its own function. So when the company is considered effective if all the characteristics of the activity ratio have reached the company's standard values.

Abstract

Di industri fashion dan ritel, sekelompok perusahaan rintisan, yang disebut sebagai merek Direct-to-Consumer (DTC). Merek DTC didefinisikan sebagai merek e-commerce yang menjual langsung ke konsumen, tanpa perantara pengecer seperti department store. Merek tersebut biasanya memulai sebagai bisnis online murni, sepenuhnya memanfaatkan saluran digital untuk pemasaran dan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penentu sikap konsumen dan niat pembelian kembali terhadap merek DTC. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Survey menggunakan kuesioner (baik secara online dan ofline) dilakukan untuk mengambil data primer pada penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah merek Erigo, Laff Project, Nah Shoes, Ria Miranda, dan Heaven Light. Merek tersebut terkategorikan merek DTC karena pada proses pembeliannya menggunakan e-commerce dan termasuk merek ternama di Indonesia. Sampel pada penelitian ini ditetapkan dengan metode non probability sampling karena jumlah populasi tidak diketahui secara pasti. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria (1) berumur > 17 tahun (2) pernah membeli merek tersebut. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dilakukan analisis menggunakan Covariance Based Stuctural Equation Modelling (Partial Least Square-SEM) untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antar variabel dengan menggunakan tiga tahapan, yakni evaluasi outer model, inner model, dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, variabel media sosial, keunikan, inovasi, dan sikap pembeli terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap sikap konsumen. Faktor-faktor ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi perusahaan yang fokus pada inovasi, keunikan produk, dan penggunaan media sosial secara strategis, bersama dengan budaya perusahaan yang mendukung, sangat berperan dalam membentuk sikap konsumen yang positif.

Abstract

Oil Palm Company seeks to enhance and increase its overall productivity. This study aims to explore the potential of the transformational leadership to boost employee productivity at Oil Palm Company, drawing insight from existing studies and literature. This study is to seek the contribution of transformational leadership to the improvement of the employee productivity at Oil Palm Company. The result will offer valuable insight for developing effective leadership. This Study uses qualitative research to gain a deep understanding of the relationship between the transformational leadership and employee productivity. Data collected by literature review. The findings suggest that Oil Palm Company can enhance employee productivity by implementing transformational leadership practice. This research is limited to the context of Oil Palm Company and may not be generalized to other company. This research contributes to the existing literature by providing a case study of the impact of transformational leadership productivity in Oil Palm Company.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of motivation, organizational commitment and competency provision on teacher performance at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surabaya. The population used was all teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surabaya. The sampling process used saturated sampling, namely sampling using all teachers of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surabaya. Based on the saturated sampling method, 37 respondents were obtained. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The research analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 26 application program. The results of the research show that the Motivation variable has a significant effect on Teacher Performance at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surabaya, the Organizational Commitment variable has a significant effect on Teacher Performance at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surabaya and the Giving variable. Competency has a significant effect on Teacher Performance at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surabaya.

Abstract

Leasing companies often face various challenges that can affect their performance and operational sustainability. One of the main issues faced is the high level of turnover intention among employees. Turnover intention refers to an employee's desire to leave the company and seek employment elsewhere. This study aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment, organizational climate, and interpersonal relationships on turnover intention.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of bankruptcy in restaurant companies before the Covid-19 pandemic as measured using the Zmijewskie Z-Score method. This research is quantitative research with data on 4 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. This research was assisted by the Microsoft Excel program. The results of the research show that the restaurant sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019 period, because the score < 0, means that the companies entered the company did not go bankrupt, but in 2020 semester I and 2020 semester II x -score experienced a very significant decline from the previous period, this happened because net income, total assets and current liabilities decreased from the previous period. The highest level of accuracy with an accuracy value of 65% in bankruptcy predictions for 4 companies in the restaurant sub-sector for the 2019 - 2021 period, is because the bankruptcy prediction results from 20 samples of 13 samples are closest to the actual financial conditions seen from the real profits generated by the companies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Restoran Tepi Danau Bistro. TQM adalah pendekatan manajemen yang berfokus pada peningkatan kualitas secara berkelanjutan dengan melibatkan seluruh elemen organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pelanggan restoran. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi perbaikan berkelanjutan, keterlibatan karyawan, dan orientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan TQM secara konsisten mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan, yang berdampak positif pada tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Faktor-faktor seperti pelayanan yang responsif, kebersihan, serta kenyamanan tempat juga menjadi indikator penting dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Dengan penerapan TQM yang efektif, Restoran Tepi Danau Bistro tidak hanya mampu memenuhi harapan pelanggan, tetapi juga meningkatkan daya saing di industri kuliner.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu Untuk mengetahui media sosial dan Public Relations berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembeliandi Galeri LUBBI. Untuk mengetahui media sosial dan Public Relations berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Galeri LUBBI. Untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang berpengaruh lebih dominan antara media sosial dan Public Relations di Galeri LUBBI. Sampel padapenelitian ini adalah konsumen di Galeri LUBBI sebanyak 55 orang, Sedangkan data diambil berdasarkan penyebaran angket kuisioner, Adapun model penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda.

Abstract

This study was to examine the contribution of local government operating Act. (LGOA), 2074for the implementation of federalism and local governance in Nepal. Descriptive and analytical research design was used in this study. The data collected through questionnaire from 150 respondents was used for analysis. An execution of the contribution of local government Operating Act in Nepal was found satisfactory, but its contribution was found poor because of poor implementation. The findings from this study can provide information about the contribution of local government operating Act for the implementation of federalism and local governance in Nepal. It could be helpful to provide some special guidelines to the policy makers for improving local governance. In addition appropriate policy must be adopted and sound communication and information system should be developed.
