Academic Health System (AHS) has been developed in many countries to strengthen the relationship between medical education and health professions with the health care system, which is essential to improve health outcome. Indonesia has chosen to establish AHS in several provinces, each with the autonomy to develop the system in accord with regional needs. Health cluster faculties in Universitas Padjadjaran, with its two main teaching hospitals, the West Java provincial government strived to develop AHS to overcome health services problem and medical education in the province that has enormous geographical and demographic challenges. The strategy used focuses on two things: distributed medical education (DME) and the development of a more effective referral system. The goals are dividing the province into seven regionals, upscaling one local hospital in each to become a regional referral hospital, expanding learning opportunities for medical students, and endorsing research to strengthen the primary healthcare services. Activities were carried out through the distribution of medical students and residents to local hospitals and primary healthcare facilities along with the education of local medical professionals as supervisors. Grants were provided for research that focus on quality primary healthcare, construction of data portal for patient management referral systems, telemedicine, and tele-education. The challenges faced are mainly related to the different mindset between institutions that have different work cultures and the wide variance of situations between regions. It is therefore recommended to build a more straightforward AHS system with addition of sub-networks, besides continue to maintain close communication and policy development.

Statistical analysis was performed with a Test (T) test. Research results obtained from the analysis of sig. (2-tailed) obtained 0,000 which is significantly very significant or very positive which is higher than α = 0.05. If it is acceptable, it must be accepted, done before and after dysmenorrhoea exercises. It was concluded as the effectiveness of gymnastic dysmenorrhea on the reduction of menstrual pain in a female midwifery study program at the Ubudiyah University of Indonesia. As gestational age increases, the quality of sleep can decrease. It was reported that about 60% of late trimester pregnant women experience fatigue and> 75% experience sleep disturbances. However, these complaints are often ignored, even though it can lead to an increased risk of gestational hypertension, diabetes, prematurity, and postpartum depression. Sleep disturbances can also cause depression and stress that affects the fetus. Mild stress causes an increase in fetal heart rate which, if left untreated, will make the baby hyperactive. Meanwhile, the consequences are depression and babies who are born have less time to sleep deeply. Efforts to overcome this sleep disorder are yoga and lavender aromatherapy inhalation. Purpose: Therefore, the researchers estimated that the application of a combination of prenatal gentle yoga and lavender aromatherapy would be more effective in affecting the quality of sleep in pregnant women, so it is hoped that it can reduce sleep disturbances in third trimester pregnant women. Results: There is a significant effect of the combination of prenatal gentle yoga and inhalation of lavender aromatherapy in improving sleep quality in the treatment group with a value of α = 0.011 or α <0.05. There was a significant difference in the quality of sleep in the group compared to the control group with a value of α = 0.004 or α <0.05. Conclusion: By practicing prenatal gentle yoga and regular inhalation of lavender aromatherapy, it will be able to improve sleep patterns without using sleeping pills which wil

Antepartum depression is a mental health issue that is frequently ignored and often leads to suicidal behaviours. The harmful effects of antepartum depression are not only experienced by mothers, but also by children in the future. Depression due to pregnancy is usually attributed to several causes, including the biological component. Biological shifts that arise during gestation interrupt the maternal stress protection mechanism, one of which is the dysregulation of the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis (HPA-axis) resulting in hypersecretion of cortisol. Excessive release of cortisol as a stress hormone has been correlated with depressive symptoms, particularly throughout pregnancy. Recently, dietary factors, in particular dietary fiber, have become of concern as component that is recognized to attenuate stress hormones. The dietary fiber that is ingested will be digested by intestinal bacteria and will produce short-chain fatty acids as the essential metabolites. These metabolites are known to play a role in various brain functions, including HPA-axis through various means. The objective of this research is aimed at determining the function of dietary fiber within cortisol as a biomarker of the central stress response system, particularly throughout pregnancy.

Background: The protein needed by breastfeeding mothers can be supplied from nuts, including green beans. Green beans contain active compounds, namely polyphenols and flavonoids which function to increase the hormone prolactin. When the prolactin hormone increases, milk secretion will be maximized so that the quantity of breast milk will increase and the nutritional content contained in green beans will increase the nutritional content in breast milk (Suskesty, 2017)Purpose of the study: to determine the relationship between the frequency of breastfeeding and the provision of additional nutritional consumption of vigna radiate with milk production in post-partum mothers on the 15th day in Klaten district. Methods: This type of research is pre-experimental design with post test only design with control group design. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies aged 1-3 months and resided in the working area of Puskesmas Klaten from January to September 2020. This study is a mother who has a baby aged 1 - 3 months and breastfeeding exclusively in the working area of Puskesmas Klaten with a sample size of 40 respondents consisting of 20 respondents in the treatment group (consumption of green beans) and 20 respondents in the control group (not consuming green beans). . The data analysis technique is the Spearman Correlation and Independent T-Test.Results: There was a correlation between the frequency of breastfeeding and milk production on the 15th day of postpartum mothers with a P value: .000. There is a difference in the average milk production in the 15th day postpartum mothers who are given additional Vigna Radiata (green beans) food and not given Vigna Radiata with P value: .000Conclusion: The frequency and consumption of additional Vigna radiata (green beans) nutrition can increase breast milk production

Cervical cancer is the fourth most common cancer in women with a mortality rate of 6.8% (WHO, 2015; Globocan, 2012). The incidence of cervical cancer ranks second after breast cancer in Southeast Asia and Indonesia. Based on data from the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Health 2015, cervical cancer is the cancer with the highest prevalence of 0.8 per 1000 population (Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia, 2015). The high prevalence of cancer in Indonesia requires prevention and early detection by health service providers. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the inspection of Acetic Acid Visual Inspection (IVA) in Padang City. This type of research is quantitative with cross sectional design. The study was conducted at the Padang City Health Center in April-November 2019. The population was all women aged 30-50 years who were at the Padang City Health Center, amounting to 10,670 people, with a sample of 73 people taken by consecutive sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by univariate and bivariate analysis.More than half (64.4%) of women of childbearing age (WUS) have never had an IVA examination, more than half (58.9%) of women have a risk age, less than half (39.7%) women have low levels of education , more than half (60.3%) WUS with working status, there was no relationship between the age of WUS with IVA examination (p value = 0.182), there was a relationship between WUS education level and IVA examination (p value = 0.031), there was no relationship between the status of WUS work and IVA examination (p value = 0.404). It is expected that officials and leaders of puskesmas will develop more attractive ways to be able to convince and increase awareness and concern of the WUS themselves in conducting IVA examinations.
