Abstract

Customer or buyer satisfaction is closely related to how a seller of services or a store serves its visitors. Good service for visitors also makes a good impression on visitors, while the opposite will cause a very bad or unfavourable impression in the eyes of customers, and may also lead to the reluctance of visitors to come back and lose the seller's opportunity to get potential buyers to become customers. This study attempts to analyze customer satisfaction with the services provided by Arthaspa outlets in Grand Kemang hotels using the C4.5 Algorithm approach. The attributes used are comfort, cleanliness, tidiness, and price. samples taken are customers who have transacted at least once.

Abstract

Sales have an important role in an organization, especially medicament sales at Pharmacies, especially at Apotik Bubulak Bogor. The use of a good information system is certainly very necessary for the Pharmacy to manage its data. In managing its sales data, this Pharmacy still uses a conventional system, so various problems arise, such as miscalculations in making reports, often forgetting to record transactions that occur, and many still use paper as a documentation tool. So, it is necessary to design a system to be implemented in the sales system. To be able to overcome various existing problems, the new system can be more effective, and the data produced more accurately. Therefore, to achieve this goal, it is necessary to use the right method, namely the MVC (Model View Controller) method. This MVC method can show the needs needed in building the information system. A good result of this MVC method is to separate the application logic process from the user interface.

Abstract

The context of this research is that erratic rainfall can disrupt community activities, especially for traders who want to make sales. In addition, information about rainfall is also needed by farmers in determining planting patterns in order to get maximum yields. The purpose of this research is to be able to help farmers predict rainfall to get maximum crop yields. One method to be able to predict rainfall is Fuzzy Logic. This research will use the Tsukamoto Fuzzy method. In the research conducted this time, the author conducted monthly rainfall forecasting in Sleman Regency. Rainfall data in Sleman Regency from 2015 to 2022 will be used in this research. This research succeeded in getting a MAPE value of 49.31%. The result of this research is the highest monthly rainfall prediction in November, with a rainfall of 713.78 mm. At the same time, the lowest occurred in August, which amounted to 36.47 mm. This research only gets a MAPE value of 49.31%. So it can be concluded that the Tsukamoto fuzzy method cannot predict rainfall well.

Abstract

Electronic equipment is a daily necessity in human life, but not infrequently we use electronic equipment excessively or ineffectively and the main problem is the factor of forgetting and being lazy to turn off electronic equipment. This makes wasteful use of electricity so that the costs charged are greater and there is the greatest risk of contact currents causing fire if we neglect to use lighting. Therefore, the author tries to make a control device for electronic equipment with voice commands connected to Bluetooth on a smartphone so that users can give commands to activate or deactivate electronic equipment with voice commands. The research method used is direct observation of the selected object, namely the author's house, and conducting literature studies related to the Arduino microcontroller. The Arduino microcontroller acts as the main controller connected to the relay module and the relay module connected to the power plug. In addition, Arduino is also connected to Bluetooth as a place to process incoming commands. The purpose of this research is to produce a tool that can make it easier to turn on or turn off electronic equipment with voice commands via an Android smartphone by utilizing an Arduino-based Bluetooth connection.

Abstract

Students feel the impact of the spread of Covid-19, such as changes in the provision of services in educational institutions, such as formal education at all levels, non-formal education, to academics. The government began to implement an online learning system (online). The problem during this online learning period is that many people are still not ready to face technology, both teachers and students. It happened in the early days of the pandemic. It results in challenges for the standard learning process, including challenges for teaching and giving assessments. It is because the teaching staff (teachers) always have daily assessment data that is usually carried out daily during everyday learning. However, during this PJJ period, teachers became confused about giving daily assessments to their students. The research aims to analyze and evaluate the online learning system using a platform that is easy to operate by teachers and can be accessed anywhere, namely Google Forms. In the Google Form application, there is an automatic calculation system in the form of student feedback where teachers do not bother to manually calculate the results of student learning evaluations. The analysis method used is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which can determine users' attitudes towards the technology used, so that teachers can easily find out whether the tasks given to students are done by the students themselves, not with the help of parents.

Abstract

Turnover occurs because many employees leave and new employees enter, so the turnover in and out of employees is quite high, therefore turnover can be controlled with a strategy to increase employee engagement. PT. Mastersystem Infotama is a System Integrator company or better known as a fairly large IT company with a total of approximately 600 employees. Turnover is high enough to make some divisions lack human resources, and the human capital management division is quite difficult to recruit employees to find candidates with various criteria that must be available in a short time. Competition in the IT world is quite tight both within companies and employees with good experience and abilities. Especially the sales department that holds a database of potential customers, and the engineer section that already has a certificate of expertise that is widely used in the IT business world. Therefore, it is necessary to classify what factors make employee turnover high by using the Naïve Bayes and Naïve Bayes algorithms based on Particle Swarm Optimization, so that they can be used as material for internal evaluation to increase employee engagement. The results of this study, classification using the Naïve Bayes algorithm, has an accuracy of 79.17%, while the classification using the Naïve Bayes algorithm based on Particle Swarm Optimization is 94.17%.

Abstract

Ordering products from home-based trading businesses have not utilized data mining algorithms that can help analyze transaction data to optimize product order transactions and also manage inventory on raw materials from products by reducing a lot of leftover raw materials and products that are not purchased by customers. To avoid the occurrence of a lot of raw material leftovers from products that are not in demand and to find out which types of products are in demand by customers, then the apriori algorithm is needed. The purpose of this research is that the owner can carry out good and efficient management of the availability of raw materials from the product so that the raw materials can be processed into products, which must be adjusted to the number of products ordered by customers so that there is no accumulation of raw materials from fewer transactions. The results obtained from this research are if a customer orders product H, then he will order product L with a support value of 42% and 83% confidence, if a customer orders product L then he will order product G with a support value of 67% and a confidence of 90% -100%, and if a customer orders product H, he will order product G with a support value of 42% and 100% confidence. From the rules of this association, it can be concluded that this business owner can determine the management of raw materials by prioritizing the materials used to make products from L, H, and G so that the purchase and use of raw materials for these products are more manageable and efficient.
