Abstract

An information system is a system within an organization that collects data management needs, supports operations, has important management and strategy in organizational or institutional activities, and provides reports to certain parties by using computers as a means to access the internet. To be able to manage data in the form of a database, it is necessary to develop a web-based information system. For that we need an information system that can facilitate the sale of a sales transaction and as a promotional event, so that it is expected to improve the company and compete with other companies. Public relations can be interpreted as relations between publics, indicating that there are many publics who have to do these relationships, and because there are many publics, it means that there are many relationships. The purpose of making this web program is to facilitate service sales transactions so that they are more efficient, fast and easy without the need to be hindered by distance and time.

Abstract

Bitcoin is one of the most popular cryptocurrencies today. In the current pandemic conditions that hit the world due to Covid-19, bitcoin is expected to be used as an investment when the level of economic uncertainty is high. In this study, the data used is bitcoin price data which is included in time series data. One of the commonly used methods for prediction in time series is the linear regression method. To be able to develop the prediction results, a data transformation technique is used using the popular method, namely exponential smoothing. In the exponential smoothing method, optimization of the alpha parameter is carried out to be able to boost the prediction results from linear regression. And from the experimental results, it is evident that the optimization of the alpha parameter in exponential smoothing can improve the prediction performance of linear regression with the results of the comparison of RMSE with the t-test which has resulted in significant differences.

Abstract

Land in DKI Jakarta has problems in land use. Many land-use does not comply with planning. Illegal buildings are often found in areas designated for green open space and river boundaries. Land use monitoring requires the role of information technology. This research uses an open-source-based application to develop easier and cheaper. The application consists of a smartphone-based application for the process of reporting land-use violations with the concept of Volunteered Geographic Information (VGI). The application can directly analyze verified data with spatial planning. The analysis uses overlay analysis to see the location and extent of violations in land use. The results of the analysis can be used as a basis for local governments to impose punishment on illegal buildings and to plan for future cities.

Abstract

Anxiety is an excessive anxiety disorder in psychology. People are basically not aware that they may have symptoms of this anxiety disorder in each of them. And if not treated as soon as possible can interfere with a person's psychological condition. It may seem trivial but this disorder can reduce performance so that it has an impact on a person's life. To overcome this problem, we need an expert system that can identify anxiety disorders using a forward chaining algorithm. This system is designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrammatic modeling. The purpose of this UML modeling is to describe the user's needs for the system and what things can be done by the system, so that with this UML modeling the entire system picture can be seen. The UML modeling for the expert system for early identification of anxiety disorders with the forward chaining algorithm is expected to be a tool that can assist the system creation process, where people can check whether they suffer from anxiety disorders or not to consult a psychologist.

Abstract

Pesantren is a place for students to live and learn religious education. In Pesantren there are human resources that very helpful for learning in boarding school, namely ustadz. In the process of successful education, sometimes pesantren needs to make an assessment to improve the quality of education, one of it is conducting the best selection of ustadz adequate and exceeding the average. The number of ustadz that exist causes difficult decision making of the best ustadz elections quickly, accurately and has not been able to give maximum results and takes a very long time in calculation. In addition, the selection of the best ustadz in Pesantren Qur'an Al Hikmah Bogor is still not objective because the selection of the best ustadz is still appointed directly without using calculations. Based on the problems described above, a Decision Support System (DSS) application is needed using simple additive weighting method to help in making the best ustadz decision in pesantren. This system is a dynamic system where users can set the parameters of criteria and weights themselves. Besides, From the making of the Decision Support System produced accuracy of 90% of 30 samples according to which are 27 samples.

Abstract

The development of information technology is currently growing very rapidly, including the impact on the hardware used. This can be exemplified in the use of hard drives that are starting to switch to SSDs. The process of selecting an SSD product to be used cannot be separated from the sources of information found on the internet. Through the internet, every user can provide reviews, both positive and negative reviews. With the many reviews regarding the review of the Samsung 850 Evo SSD on the NewEgg Store, the author uses it to be processed into information, which will have new knowledge. Based on that, the author makes research, in the form of opinion classification by analyzing sentiment through a text mining approach. In this study, two classification models were used, namely Decision Tree and Support Vector Machine. The results of this study are in the form of a comparison of the 2 models used based on the accuracy and AUC values. Based on research, the Support Vector Machine model is better than the Decision Tree model. This conclusion can be proven by the accuracy value of the Support Vector Machine model resulting in a value of 0.87 or 87% while the accuracy value of the Decision Tree model produces a value of 0.82 or 82%. In addition, the AUC value of the Support Vector Machine model produces a value of 0.87 and the Decision Tree mode produces a value of 0.82 or it can be said that the AUC value of the Support Vector Machine model is better than the Decision Tree model.

Abstract

The customer is a stakeholder for a business, to maintain and increase customer enthusiasm and develop it for the company's performance, it is necessary to do customer segmentation which aims to find out potential customers. This study uses purchase transaction data from Brand Limback customers in the period 2020. The use of RFM (Recency, Frecuency, Monetary) analysis helps in determining the attributes used for customer segmentation. To determine the optimal number of clusters from the RFM dataset, the Elbow method is applied. The datasets generated from RFM are grouped using the Fuzzy C-Means and K-Means algorithms, the two algorithms will compare the quality in the formation of clusters using the Silhoutte Coefficient and Davies-Bouldin Index methods. Customer segmentation from the RFM dataset that has been clustered produces 7 optimal clusters, namely Cluster 0 is a bronze customer. Cluster 1 is a silver customer. Cluster 2 is a gold customer. Cluster 3 is a platinum customer. Cluster 4 is a diamond customer. Cluster 5 is a super customer, and cluster 6 is a superstar customer. The cluster validation of k-means using the silhouette coefficient produces a value of 0.934 while the Davies bouldin index produces a value of 0.155 and the validation results of the fuzzy c-means algorithm using the silhouette coefficient produces a value of 0.921 while the Davies bouldin index produces a value of 0.145.
