Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are an important part of an economy. Competition in the global world today requires SMEs to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their production processes in order to improve competitiveness. Cost of production has a very important role in determining the selling price of the product, the proper costing will result in more cost of production more accurate. This study aims to determine the cost of production of white tofu, fried tofu and tempe based on Activity Based Costing system at UD. TAHU SUTRA which still use conventional system. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The result of research is the determination of cost of production based on Activity Based Costing system on white tofu Rp. 149.314.294 whereas when using a conventional system of Rp. 174.228.374, with the difference of Rp. 24.914.080 or 14% (overvalue). Meanwhile, to know the fried calculation of the cost of production based on Activity Based Costing system of Rp. 89.486.009,3, while when using a conventional system of Rp. 102,811,397 with difference of Rp. 13.325.387,7 or 13% (overvalue). And for the cost of production of tempe by using Activity Based Costing system of Rp. 57.013.298,5 whereas when using conventional system harag principal production of Rp. 79.416.150 with the difference of Rp. 22.402.851.5 or 28% (overvalue). DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3477673

Abstract

Business competition occurs in both service and non-service industries. One of them is complementary food. The competition in this business is a very tight. This industry is a good topic to be discussed, because the complementary food is a necessity for the consumer. One of them is sambal which is a very special meal of Indonesian. One of the sambal product is Sambal Indofood which tries to do a strategy of product variation. This shows that competition among complementary foods is getting tighter.The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product variation in Indofood sauce purchase decision. This research was conducted in Supermarket Sarikat Jaya Gresik. This research is explanatory type with quantitative approach. The sample is taken by accidental sampling technique with the total sample of 94 respondents. Data collection methods related to the research problem are conducted by using questionnaire method. The Data collection techniques are using questionnaires.The result of the research from 94 respondents show that the influence of product variation to purchase decision. From result of regression calculation by using SPSS program version 18.00 for windows, obtained tvalue counted equal to 6,416 with p value equal to 0.000. Using the significance limit α = 0.05 obtained T table of 1.986. From these results then tcalculated > ttable which means Ho rejected and H1 accepted. It means variable product variation has a positive and significant influence in determining purchase decision of Sambal Indofood to consumers in Supermarket Sarikat Jaya Gresik. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3477677

Abstract

This study aims to determine and clarify the picture of the implementation of Kaizen culture, and employee performance in PT. Indospring, Tbk effect of applying Kaizen Culture the performance of employees at PT. Indospring, Tbk: this type of research used in this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach variables in this research is the application of Culture Kaizen as an independent variable, and the employee’s performance as the dependent variable this study uses data printer is the form of the answers to the questionnaire and secondary data Through documents. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The result of descriptive analysis shows that there is significant influence between Kaizen Culture implementation variables. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, product features and product design to the purchase decision of sophie martin bag at bussiness center (bc) Umi Sutindarwati Gresik. The research approach used in this research is quantitative approach. The number of samples researched were 56 respondents. The independent variables in this study are Product Quality (X1), Product Feature (X2), Product Design (X3), while the dependent variable is Purchase Decision (Y). The results showed that product quality (X1) partially and simultaneously significantly influence purchasing decisions, product features (X2) partially and simultaneously have a significant effect. Product design (X3) is partially influential but simultaneously has no significant effect. Suggestions from this research can be developed by adding the variables in the study and the samples taken can be expanded its territory. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3477685

Abstract

Public accounting profession is considered to be able to provide the opportunity for individuals or private to develop skills and provide opportunities to gain varied work. This is because they assume will be assigned in various sections or positions on the various types of companies that have different characteristics. Therefore, this study aims to determine wether factors such as financial rewards, professional training, social values, and labor market considerations influence the selection of the public accounting profession for accounting students at the Gresik University.Populations in this study were students majoring in accounting Gresik University economic faculties. Samples in this study using a quota sampling as many as 50 students majoring in accounting who have followed the course of auditing. Analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linier regression, F test and t test. The data used are primary data collected for the study of the place of the incident example distributing questionnares. While secondary data in this research is through review of literature, example from books, journals, and access the web site. The result of research indicate the factors of financial rewards, professional training, social values, and labor market considerations simultaeously and partially affect the interests of accounting students in selecting the profession of public accountants. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3477689

Abstract

In the socio-cultural life of poor service delivery can lead to disruption of the psychology of taxpayers who indicated the reduced sense of mutual respect, the emergence of mutual suspicion that ultimately lead to taxpayer indifference both to government and to others. Due to a very bad look through a variety of unrest and anarchy in many areas. Along with that taxpayers tend to pick shortcut that leads towards the negative with a range of measures that tend to violate the law. Various problems were identified that appear to be immediately addressed to the taxpayer against the government’s confidence can be restored. The study was done in order to determine the strength of the relationship between service quality to satisfaction of mandatory taxes and to find out how much influence the quality of service to the satisfaction of compulsory taxes.This study uses a quantitative approach to research by the population of taxpayers registered during the month of June 2011 total of 600 taxpayers. While the sampling method used was simple random sampling, the sampling method is random / random and every taxpayer shall have the same opportunity to be sampel.Kesimpulan interpretation of results based on calculations using the statistical F test and t test statistics in the interpretation results indicate that the independent variable quality of service (X) has a significant influence on the dependent variable satisfaction of the taxpayer (Y). Thus the second research hypothesis is proven. Obtained from the SPSS output Coefficientsa simple linear regression model Y = 1.347 + 0.541 X, it means: 1). Constants of 1.347 states that if the quality of service (X) is considered constant (0), then the satisfaction of the taxpayer (Y) = 1.347 for the unit; 2). Regression coefficient of quality of service (X) of 0.541 states that every increase of one unit of service quality (X) will increase taxpayer satisfaction (Y) of 0.541 units.

Abstract

Dalam tingkat persaingan yang semakin kompetitif seperti saat ini, maka yang perlu mendapat perhatian adalah upaya untuk meningkatkan rasa kesetiaan konsumen yang ada dengan mengoptimalkan bentuk-bentuk pelayanan. Salah satu usaha untuk menyusun strategi dalam menghadapi situasi persaingan yang terjadi agar perusahaan tidak kehilangan pelangganya yaitu menciptakan Relationship Marketing. Dalam Relationship Marketing mempertahankan konsumen justru merupakan tantangan yang sangat berat dibandingkan dengan mencari konsumen baru. Dapat diperkirakan untuk menggaet satu pelanggan baru diperlukan biaya lima kali lebih mahal dibandingkan dengan menjaga hubungan dengan menjaga hubungan dengan satu pelanggan lama. Oleh karena itu peranan Relationship Marketing sangat mutlak dibutuhkan dalam upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan kepuasan konsumen, agar pelanggan tetap menjadi pelanggan yang setia.Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh manfaat yang ditawarkan oleh PT. Astra International Tbk-Isuzu, Cabang Kombes Pol. M Duryat Surabaya terhadap Kesetiaan Konsumen. Dengan menggunakan analisa persamaan regresi linier berganda, bahwa variable bebas terdiri dari Manfaat Keuangan, Manfaat Sosial, Manfaat Struktural secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variable terikat yaitu Kesetiaan Konsumen PT. Astra International Tbk-Isuzu, Cabang Kombes Pol. M Duryat Surabaya, hal ini dapat diperoleh dari pengujian dengan uji F. Dari data yang diolah diperoleh F hitung sebesar 84,3175, hasil ini lebih besar dibandingkan dengan F table (0,05;3;76) sebesar 2,728. Sedangkan untuk uji t diketahui bahwa t hitung dari masing-masing variabel lebih besar dari t table (0,025;76) sebsar 1,99467.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dengan indikator bukti fisik, keandalan, jaminan, daya tanggap dan empati dan perilaku konsumen terhadap loyalitas / minat pembelian ulang jasa outsourcing melalui kepuasan konsumen sebagai variable intervening pada PT Swabinagatra Gresik.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan path analysis dan teknik Non-Probability Sampling. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dari para pengguna jasa (End User) dengan pendekatan accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data diambil dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner tertutup dengan menggunakan skala likert.

Abstract

Distributor Financing merupakan bentuk kerjasama antara perusahaan dengan perbankan untuk membantu customernya dalam menambah modal kerja dalam istilah perbankan dikenal dengan program pembiayaan distributor. Dengan menerapkan program pembiayaan distributor ini harapannya proses bisnis dan operasional perusahaan tetap berjalan dengan baik, efektif dan efisien yang akhirnya akan mampu mempertahankan likuiditas perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan distributor financing dapat mempertahankan likuiditas di BUMN PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. dengan menggunakan data tahun 2007 sampai dengan tahun 2015. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang menggunakan latar alamiah, dengan maksud menafsirkan fenomena yang terjadi dan dilakukan dengan jalan melibatkan berbagai metode yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan distributor financing menunjukkan adanya peningkatan terhadap pendapatan dan mampu mempertahankan current ratio, quick ratio maupun cash ratio. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3477814
