Abstract

Perkembangan perekonomian dunia yang semakin pesat disertai kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi informasi memberikan dampak yang besar bagi kemajuan ekonomi Indonesia. Adanya arus globalisasi yang tengah melanda dunia perekonomian juga bukanlah hal yang asing lagi bagi masyarakat. Mudahnya akses informasi dan transportasi yang mampu menembus jarak dan batas antara negara semakin membuka perekonomian global. Bagi perusahaan yang mampu mengikuti perkembangan perekonomian global maka akan tetap bertahan dan bagi perusahaan yang tidak mampu mengikuti perkembangan perekonomian global maka akan tersingkir dengan sendirinya. Hal ini tentunya memperketat persaingan global diantara perusahaan-perusahaan yang ada.Dalam hal mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup, diperlukan strategi-strategi yang tepat bagi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu perlu diadakan belanja modal oleh suatu perusahaan. Belanja Modal adalah komitmen jangka panjang atas sumber daya untuk merealisasikan manfaat masa depan. Teknik penganggaran belanja modal merupakan salah satu fungsi pengambilan keputusan - keputusan manajerial yang paling penting. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahahui analisis penganggaran modal sebagai alat pengambilan putusan menyewa atau membeli aktiva tetap. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode campuran/metode kualitatif dengan kuantitatif. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah dari hasil perhitungan secara keseluruhan teknik penggaran modal maka diambil keputusan bahwa pembelian investasi tetap dapat diterima.

Abstract

Fenomena yang berkembang saat ini, dimana karyawan sering mengalami penurunan produktivitas dalam bekerja karena banyak faktor yang mempengaruhinya, secara intern biasanya penyebabnya adalah kondisi lingkungan perusahaan yang sudah tidak memadai. Apabila lingkungan kerja kurang mendukung akan mengakibatkan terhambatnya aktivitas perusahaan, sebaliknya jika lingkungan kerja baik akan menimbulkan suasana semangat kerja bagi karyawan. Sementara itu dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis pada perusahaan diperoleh informasi bahwa kinerja yang diraih oleh karyawan di Departemen Distribusi & Transportasi PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk pada periode semester II tahun 2012 cenderung mengalami peningkatan dibanding, dengan kinerja mereka pada periode yang sama (semester II) di tahun 2011, kondisi ini menarik minat peneliti untuk mengkaji lebih jauh fenomena tersebutPT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk merupakan sebuah perusahaan besar yang saat ini sudah mulai mengembangkan usahanya di dunia internasional, sehingga manajemen di masing-masing departemen seyogyanya perlu jeli melihat setiap permasalahan dan menyadari bahwa setiap individu yang di dalam organisasinya mampu menjadi “pelaku aktif” dalam memberikan kontribusi kepada perusahaan. Salah satu upaya dan usaha yang sering kali dilakukan oleh perusahaan adalah dengan mengadakan suatu program pendidikan & latihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan /mengembangkan efektifitas diri (personal development) tiap-tiap individu serta untuk mengembangkan kemampuan karyawan dibidang manajemen organisasi dan mampu menjalin kerja sama yang harmonis dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

Berdasarkan kebutuhan dan harapan dari sumber daya manusianya, maka diperlukan adanya motivasi dari berbagai pihak, yang pada hakekatnya motivasi adalah sesuatu untuk mengetahui maksud seseorang atas suatu hal untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Begitu juga kompensasi sangat penting bagi karyawan itu sendiri sebagai individu, karna besarnya kompensasi merupakan pencerminan atau ukuran nilai pekerjaan karyawan itu sendiri. Sebaliknya besar kecilnya kompensasi dapat mempengaruhi prestasi, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Apabila kompensasi diberikan secara tepat dan benar para karyawan akan memperoleh kepuasan kerja dan termotivasi untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan organisasi. Saham kinerja (performance share) dan opsi saham eksekutif (executive stock option) merupakan kebijakan nyata perusahaan untuk memotivasi para manajer agar bersedia meningkatkan kinerjanya. Pembelian kembali saham (stock repurchase) oleh perusahaan di Indonesia secara tidak langsung ikut mendukung penerapan managerial share ownership. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh managerial share ownership terhadap struktur modal perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini adalah Model regresi yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu adanya hubungan curvilinear antara kepemilikan manajerial dan struktur modal yang disebabkan adanya convergence of interest dan entrenchment hypotheses sejalan dengan penelitian-penelitan sebelumnya, misalnya penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Brailsford et. al. (2002). Salah satu hasil yang membedakan adalah nilai dari titik puncak (turning point). Pada penelitian Brailsford titik puncak terjadi ketika nilai MSO = 33,25% sedangkan pada penelitian ini titik puncak terjadi ketika nilai MSO = 7,06%. Menurut Amiruddin Umar (2003) bahwa kepemilikan manajerial optimal tidak dapat diturunkan dari teori-teori yang ada dan ditetapkan melalui studi-studi empiris.

Abstract

Developments currently in need of a secretary who not only handle the jobs that are familiar with the role of secretary, for example: correspondence, filing, travel arragement, etc.. These conditions make the company’s leaders need the services of a secretary who is more reliable and professional. Era of globalization and the advancement of science information technology demands of people - those who cultivate the professional secretary to always fit in and widen the horizons ability, not only the ability of correspondence, which must be mastered by the secretary. Level of competence which is now owned secretary needs to be improved so that in order to compete with the secretary of the personnel who are not unlikely to come from outside by foreign investors who have the opportunity to do business in Indonesia. Objectives to be achieved in this study was to determine the standard of competence secretary to become a professional secretary. Research used in this study was descriptive qualitative research is by using the method of observation to the company. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the secretary should know the scope of work and standard of competence is needed for a secretary so the secretary can become a competent professional secretary in his field.

Abstract

Levels of the company’s ability to continue to compete is determined by the performance of the company itself. The Company is not able to compete in maintaining its performance will gradually displaced from its industrial environment and will face bankruptcy, so that the survival of a company can be reached, then management must improve its performanceThe financial statements are a source of information about the company’s financial position, performance and changes in financial position, which is very useful to support decision making. Information presented in order to become more useful in decision making, financial data must be converted into useful information in making economic decisions. It is reached by way of analyzing the financial statements.Company performance can be determined from the analysis of financial statements, financial statements and analysis to interpretation in essence is to conduct an assessment of potential or financial performance and progress of a firm through financial statements, and of those statements can be made through the analysis of financial ratios. Financial ratio analysis is an alternative to test whether financial information useful for classification or prediction of a company’s financial condition. Key financial ratios to be analyzed because of financial ratios affect the financial performance of companies that are formed from elements of financial statements which, when interpreted to obtain information about the company’s financial condition in a given period so as to provide input and suggestions for the company.

Abstract

Basically the human resources function in companies should be implemented, because the function is “Service Department” (the pernbantu / services) is tasked to help resolve any staffing issues faced by every business leader and manager status as human resources staff personnel assistant leader of the company. Audit management is one type of evaluation that rnemungkinkan the management company know the extent of implementation of the corporate plan can be accomplished, as well as the establishment of control that can be understood by management karyawan.Audit in fact still very rarely done, because they have become a tradition, or as well as the absence of regulations necessitated a management audit.This study aims to determine the human resources function is executed in accordance with the procedures (laws and regulations) that have been defined and determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency of human resource functions for each activity. The study used here is the kind of case study research that is descriptive, because the business is limited to reveal a problem or situation or event as it is, so its the fact (fact finding). The results of this study emphasized the idea of objective truth about the state of the object under study, namely how human resource management applied to the human resources function.Conclusion The results of research on the management audit of human resource functions at Asphalt Plant PT Gresik. Pertamina (Persero) UPMS V, is: The human resources in carrying out or attempting to run the operations in accordance with established policy, the welfare of employees is in accordance with the policies and capabilities, not breaking the law in the management of labor, in doing dekrutmen already have some consideration, the reasons and the rights of employees to be acquired, and the last of the audit is done, it can be said that the human resources function in PT Gresik Asphalt Plant. Pertamina (Persero) UPMS V has been carrying out activities quite effectively in achieving the targets and the efficient use of the cost to employees. Abstract

Human resources are the labor force that is used to achieve optimal results in their work, meaning the output will be better achieved. Disarnping that when the ability of the dirniliki by an employee who can be taught to other labor and if it went well then the company will be able to more quickly growing.Relative to employee productivity problems: the problem of absenteeism has a huge influence. It also reflects the compliance / discipline of the employee, if an employee is absent continuously so that should receive the serious attention of the company, because if it is allowed will affect the morale of other employees who had always dutifully come to be undisciplined. Abstract

of targets to be achieved by the department manager of a company in conducting a series of specific activities in the future. Budget is a management tool in allocating limited resources and funding resources of the organization to achieve goals. The budget requires certainty, whether the organization has been implementing what has been specified in the plan. It is therefore necessary to control, control regarding the implementation of policy, implementation and evaluation of the implementation of the corrective action being taken under the standard. Given the importance of the budget in an organization requires a company to translate the overall budget standards into the plan long-term goals and short-term goals.Research is by using a quantitative method aims to examine the effect of budgetary participation on the budget gap in manufacturing firms in Gresik, and examine the influence of organizational commitment, job involvement and environmental uncertainty on budget gap in manufacturing firms in Gresik.The test results in this study found that participation in the budget, organizational commitment, job involvement and environmental uncertainty together have a significant relationship to the budget gap shown by the F count of 6.078 (F table = 2.469). The magnitude of the influence of the five independent variables to the gap is equal to 67.9% which means that 32.1% influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition in the Hospitality industry. Various strategies can be chosen to be implemented by the managers of hotels in order to compete and continue to grow in line with consumer demands. Understand the hotel is in developing or not developing governance is a step that should always be done. Hotel Bhinneka Gresik pricing policy, which offered relatively cheap prices for the intended market segment is medium. Relatively low prices and satisfactory service is supported, so the company has hopes that consumers have decided to stay at this hotel, and this course meets the basic objectives of the company’s profits.Referring to the fact that researchers interested in conducting research on “The Influence of Price and Service Satisfaction Of Customer To Stay In Hotel Unity in Gresik”. The purpose of this study were: To determine whether there is significant influence between price and service to customer satisfaction Unity Hotel in Gresik.The population of this study is the overall consumer who stay at the Hotel Bhinneka Gresik. Because the population is too much then the pen entuan number of samples using the purposive random sampling using the formula of Nursalam and obtained a sample of 97 people many consumers. The variables in this study consisted of the cost of the service as independent variables and customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis.
