Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh persepsi konsumen dan budaya masyarakat terhadap keputusan pembelian produk obat nyamuk bakar di Desa Lowayu Dukun Gresik. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 8. 183 warga dengan sampel sebanyak 99 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan menggunakan metode proportionate stratified random sampling dan mendapatkan ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 99 responden yang akan dijadikan sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data dan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk mengukur pengaruh dari variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat yaitu : Persepsi Konsumen (X1), Budaya Masyarakat (X2) sebagai independent variable dan Keputusan Pembelian (Y) sebagai dependent variable. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, dalam pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dengan menggunakan uji-t bahwa variabel Persepsi Konsumen (X1) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) produk obat nyamuk bakar di Desa Lowayu Dukun Gresik dan variabel Budaya Masyarakat (X2)berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) produk obat nyamuk bakar di Desa Lowayu Dukun Gresik. Serta pengujian hipotesis secara simultan dengan menggunakan uji-F bahwa variabel Persepsi Konsumen (X1) dan Budaya Masyarakat (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) produk obat nyamuk bakar di Desa Lowayu Dukun Gresik. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3477656

Abstract

This study aims to identify and evaluate and evaluate the effectiveness of the application of revenue accounting information systems for health services of patients of Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) in PT Petro Graha Medika, whether in accordance with the elements of accounting information systems. This research use descriptive method that is method analyze data which data collected, compiled and analyzed so as to give solution about problem faced.The object of this research is the application of revenue accounting information system in PT Petro Graha Medika. The data used in this study is qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the application of accounting information system on income for health services of patients of Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) in PT Petro Graha Medika has been running well and quite effective. Abstract

This research analyzing variables impact in the Theory of Reasoned Action/TRA (Ajzen 1980) its attitude, subjective norm, that perceived by tax staff to tax obligation compliance agency. This research is exam too how the attitude and subjective norm giving direct impact to tax obligation compliance behavior agency with not using behavioral intention. This research sample is tax company staff as Tax Payer that registered on the Tax Service Pratama North Gresik Office. Research design is survey and instrument that is questionnaire use. Sample total is 100 tax staff. The test equipment used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of hypothesis test showing is tax staff attitude giving negative impact and significant to tax obligation compliance behavior agency, that tax staff subjective norm giving positive impact and significant to tax obligation compliance behavior agency. This results same like with theory or research results from Hidayat (2010), Miladia (2010), Aini (2013), and Alvin (2014) that introduce of attitude and subjective norm influence with tax obligation compliance behavior. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3477661

Abstract

To support the level of success in conducting employee performanceassessment activities, a method is needed. One of them is by using thecompetency certification method. Where competence is the ability tocarry out tasks in the workplace which includes the application of skillsthat are supported by knowledge and attitudes in accordance with theconditions required. The purpose of this study was to determine howmuch influence the competency certification (Skill, Knowledge andAttitude) has on the careers of employees of PT Petrokimia Gresik. Theresearch method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Theresults of the study found that certification activities of competencies andresults assessment of competency tests proved to be able to supportimprovement competence, professionalism and career path of employeesof PT Petrokimia Gresik. Employees also feel satisfied after takingcertification competence. They consider it to be the right method ofassessing potential because it is carried out by assessors from externalparties. Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether the quality control of NPKPhonska fertilizer feeding at bagging 02/03 production II A PT.Petrokimia Gresik is controlled or not controlled as well as finding thecauses of product defects in the company. In this study the method ofanalysis is using Statistical Process Control, which is a process used tomonitor standards, making measurement and taking corrective actionwhile a product or service is being produced. Informants in this studyamounted to 13 people. Data retrieval techniques use observation,interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that thequality control NPK Phonska fertilizer feeding at bagging 02/03production II A PT. Petrokimia Gresik is still not under control, withdefect of 1,17% in 15 days. Type most defect that frequently happen is thebag broke as much 3.860 pcs with a percentage of 48,92%. While theweight of the scales is not appropriate as much 3.158 pcs with apercentage of 40,03% and for bag leak as much 872 pcs with apercentage of 11,05%. From the results of field observation andinterviews, the factors that cause this defect is human, machine,environtment, work method, and raw materials. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3475660

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the accounting information system purchasesof raw materials at PT. Eterindo Nussa Graha. The method used isdescriptive research, where this study provides an overview of therelationship between the subjet and the object under study. The subject ofthis research is PT. Eterindo Nusa Graha and the object is the accountinginformation system of raw material cash ingredients. The data used areprimary and secondary data. Data ollection techniques is bydocumentation, observation, and literature study. The results of researchstated that the application of accounting information system purchase ofraw materials that exist in PT. Eterindo Nusa Graha been running welland quite effective. Abstract

Inventory is a requirement that must be owned by a company intrading activity. Inventory is the company's current asset needed forcorporate decision-making. The main problems in accounting ofinventories are internal control and the application of PSAK No.14merchandise inventory. The purpose of this research is to know andanalyze about internal control and application of PSAK No.14merchandise inventory at PT. Petronika Gresik. This research is aqualitative research with descriptive method. Data collection techniquesused, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The result ofthis research is PT. Petronika Gresik has implemented a unifiedmanagement system policy and has implemented perpetual logging andweighted average methods as inventory valuation. Abstract

This study aims to examine and prove the influence of leadershipstyle and organizational culture on the performance of employees ofPT. Telkom Access Witel GEMA (Telkom Region Gresik Madura) inGresik City. This research uses quantitative approach with multiplelinear regression analysis. Population in this research is employees ofPT. Telkom Witel Access GEMA (Telkom Gresik Madura Region) inGresik City, amounting to 230 people in the Year 2017. To determinethe number of samples using the formula slovin so that obtained asample of 146 respondents and data collection is done by spreading thequestionnaire. The results of this study indicate that leadership stylehas a large and significant influence on employee performance. Whileorganizational culture has a positive and significant influence on theperformance of employees of PT. Telkom Access Witel GEMA (TelkomRegion Gresik Madura) in Gresik City. This means that the leadershipstyle and organizational culture simultaneously affect the performanceof employees of PT. Abstract

Steel industry is a strategic industry that exists in Indonesia, thedevelopment of this industry is growing rapidly along with thedevelopment of domestic infrastructure, the steel industry is also classifiedinto the manufacturing industry where raw materials will be processedinto finished products to be sold to customers. The most important part inthe manufacturing industry is the operational part, especially in theproduction function. This research was conducted at PT Ispat PancaPutera which aims to know the implementation of operational audit onproduction function, management of applied management in the company,and measure the level of effectiveness, efficiency, economization ofproduction function. The research approach uses a qualitative approachthat intends to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by thesubject of research, with data collection methods used are passiveparticipation observation, documentation, and interviews. In the audit ofthis production function that measures the efficiency, effectiveness, andeconomics of the company, in 2017 the average percentage decreaseoccurred in the third quarter so that in the fourth quarter the company isrequired to increase. The conclusion of this research is the level of efiensi,effectiveness, and economization in the production section is very good,and control of company management also very good, existence of masterplan of production which become reference in determining target whichwill be reached every month so that it can progressively increaseefficiency level, effectiveness, and economization on the part ofproduction. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3475674

Abstract

This study aims to examine and prove the influence of service qualityand consumer perceptions on customer satisfaction in using services atthe General Hospital of Ibnu Sina Region of Gresik Regency. Thisresearch uses quantitative approach with multiple linear regressionanalysis. The population in this study were patients and families ofpatients who visited the General Hospital of Ibnu Sina District Gresik,which amounted to 16,244 people in October of 2017. To determine thenumber of samples using the formula slovin so that the sample obtainedby 99 respondents and data collection is done with distribution ofquestionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the quality ofservice has a major and significant impact on customer satisfaction inusing services at the General Hospital of Ibnu Sina Region of GresikRegency. While consumer perception have a positive and significantinfluence on customer satisfaction in using services at the GeneralHospital of Ibnu Sina Region of Gresik Regency. This means that thequality of service and consumer perception simultaneously affect thesatisfaction of consumers in using services at the General Hospital ofIbnu Sina Region of Gresik Regency. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3475676
