Abstract

The study has three main objectives: firstly, analyzing the influenceof organizational culture on job satisfaction, secondly analyzing theinfluence of the union on job satisfaction, and thirdly analyzing theinfluence of organizational culture and union on employee job satisfaction.Sampling method using Non Probability Sampling technique. The test usedis multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there ispartially and simultaneous influence on organizational culture variableand union on employee job satisfaction, seen significant value below 0,05and Fcount (33,887) > Ftable (3,10). The result of this research showsthat tcount value on organizational culture variable (3,373) > t table(1,986), it is stated that organizational culture variable has significantinfluence on employee job satisfaction, while t count with t table on unionvariable 4,889 > t table 1.986) then declared union variable there is asignificant influence on employee job satisfaction. In determination testthere is influence of 42% from independent variable (organizationalculture and union) to dependent variable (job satisfaction of permanentemployee). Meanwhile, 58% is influenced by other variables and notincluded in this regression analysis, such as compensation, motivation,performance and others. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3475678

Abstract

The performance of company's keunagan is a description of thefinancial condition of a company that is analyzed with the tools offinancial analysis, so it can be known about either the poor financialcondition of a company that reflects the performance of work in a certainperiod. A good financial performance can be judged from the results of ananalysis that gets a percentage in accordance with predeterminedstandards. The guidelines used in measuring the financial performance ofthis cooperative using the standard decision of the State Minister ofCooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic ofIndonesia No. 96 / kep / M.KUKM / IX / 2004 on Standard OperationalGuidelines for Cooperative Savings and Loans Management andCooperative Savings and Loan Units. Abstract

The punk children in Bojonegoro know that researchers are looking foractivities in order to make money to meet their own needs and enjoymentas punk children, for example, as street buskers at red lights. Based onthat knowledge the researcher is interested to do research about thefactors that influence the life of punk children. The method used in thisresearch is qualitative method with case study approach. Data collectiontechniques used are unstructured interviews, while the data analysistechniques we use is to write the results of interviews, reading, andunderstand the results of interviews. After understanding the researchersI will present in the discussion and then draw conclusions. The results ofresearch in this study are there are 3 factors that influence a persondecisions in making decisions to be punk children, the first is becausefriends, parents, and the environment. Furthermore, the reason why punkchildren live on the streets is because they want freedom, while on theirlifestyle is they like to follow the concert and earn money by singing. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3475668

Abstract

Thisstudy aimed to analyze the effectof Discipline, level of education, and  work experience effect on theemployees performanceinPT.ISS IndonesiainGresik. The data were obtained  from the presentation of data from the respondents (questionnaire). And results of other studies that relefan with the object studied, in this case the primary data from the PT. ISS Indonessia in Gresik. The statistical analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16. The findings of the study suggest that the Discipline, evel of education, and work experience  simultaneously (together) and significantly efect on the employees performance in PT. ISS Indonesia in Gresik. This is evidenced by the results of the F test with a significance level below 0,05. Discipline, level of education, and work experience  variable are partially an significantly effect on the employees performance. Abstract

This study tries to study the method of converting the auxiliary raw materials for the best train wheels (bogie) at PT. Barata Indonesia. This research is important in reducing the total cost of completion issued by PT. Barata Indonesia. This study uses descriptive quantitative method of submission of raw materials in the form of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and Just In Time (JIT). Abstract

The research aims to examines and proves the influence of  prior opinion and audit quality would receive a going concern opinion. The sample selection has been done by using purposive sampling method on Property and Real Estate companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2012-2016 periods. Based on the sample research method, 185 companies have been obtained as samples. The data analysis of this research has been carried out by using logistic regressions and the statistic test instrument SPSS 22rd version. The results of this research is that the prior opinion are positive significantly affect the going concern audit opinion. Abstract

The relationship of risk factors to the performance project becomes veryimportant in improving the efficiency and the steps that can be done to address these risk factors. The process of risk management project is the identification of risk factor, risk analysis, risk evaluation and risk management measures. The objective of this study is to find out the risk factors affecting the performance project of a self managed building construction management in a CV. Gresik Mitra Teknik. Research to determine the risk factor conducted qualitatively, by analyzing the perception data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The result of the data analysis shows there are two major risk factors that affect the performance project in CV. Abstract

PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia Company employs about 67,000 workers in one of its factories located in Gresik, East Java. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational communication, leadership style, and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction through employee performance as intervening variable. The sample of this research is employees of PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia amounted to 150 respondents. Data analysis technique used is analysis with path analysis method with the help of software SPSS version 19. The result of research explain that there is influence between communication variable to employee performance. Leadership style variables have a significant effect on employee performance. organizational culture variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove whether earnings management and Good Corporarate Governance affect  the financial performance of the company. The research was conducted at manufacturing company of industrial sector of consumer goods listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. Analysis of data model used in this research is multiple linear regression model using SPSS 18. Data analysis using classical assumption test that is data normality test, multicolinierity test, autocorrelation test and hiteroskedatisitas test. And t test and f test. The results showed that there is no effect of earnings management on corporate financial performance. then the company's financial performance as measured by return on assets has increased with good corporate governance. Abstract

Wages are the employee benefits provided by the company to workers for services that have been settled directly to workers, their spouses, children or other dependents. However, on the other hand, wages are also a cost for the company. Therefore, many outsourcing companies are pressing the wages for their workers to minimize the amount of company salary costs, so that the wages given to each worker are not in accordance with applicable government regulations. This prompted researchers to research and analyze wages applied by PT Swabina Gatra Gresik. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. PT Swabina Gatra is a national scale outsourcing service provider company. The result of this study is that PT Swabina Gatra Gresik has implemented short-term employee benefits and post-employment benefits based on PSAK No. 24 and also provide minimum basic wages in accordance with the Minimum Wage for the placement city so that they are in accordance with Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. Normatively, the provision of wages that are appropriate for the Minimum Wage for Employees (MSEs) does not affect the company's income unless there are problems outside the agreed work contract.
