Abstract

Breast milk is the only first food that can be consumed by newborns until the age reaches six months. therefore it is very important to know by the mother who is pregnant and will give birth about the importance of breast milk. Oxytocin drugs have similar functions to the natural hormone oxytocin produced by the body. This drug serves to trigger or strengthen the contraction of the uterine muscle. Therefore, oxytocin can be used to stimulate (induce) labor and stop bleeding after childbirth. In addition, this drug can also help stimulate the release of breast milk in breastfeeding mothers. Oxytocin should be avoided by pregnant women who can not give birth normally, for example because it has a narrow pelvis, suffering from placenta previa, or having a too strong uterine contractions. Oxytocin is also prohibited for pregnant women with cephalopelvic disproportion, impaired fetal conditions, uterine damage, or a history of caesarean section. In this study we see whether there is effect of different doses of oxytocin on the quantity of breastmilk produced. oxytocin doses were administered with 3 doses of 5 UI, 10 UI and 15 UI. the dose of oxytocin is administered once per incidence of labor. maternal results obtained by oxytocin induction of 5 UI and 10 UI obtained breastmilk averaging 10 ml in the first 24 hours after delivery. and a mother with oxytocin induction 15 UI received an average breastmilk of 10 ml at 24 hours after delivery.

Abstract

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) reports that 2-25% of preschool age children suffer from minor brain dysfunction, including impaired fine motor development, in Indonesia around 16% of children experience impaired fine motor development. Fine motor development involves certain body parts performed by small muscles. How to stimulate fine motor skills in children has a very large function, namely to increase the movement of fine activities such as writing, drawing, and typing. The impact that will occur if the child has a disruption in fine motor development that can cause cerebral palcy. To determine the effect of coloring pictures on fine motor development in children aged 4-5 years. This type of research is pre-experimental and conducted in Al-Munawar Kindergarten, Nanggung District with respondents, namely children aged 4-5 years using Total Sampling. The instrument used was an observation sheet. Knowing univariate analysis before given coloring treatment 50% of children in the category of undeveloped and after being given coloring treatment 50% of children in the development category as expected. Bivariate analysis using the normality test using Shapiro Wilk with the results of 0,000 0.05 means that the data is not normally distributed, after that to test the hypothesis using Willcoxon with a P value of 0,000 0.05, it means that Ha is accepted. Abstract

The library of Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science (FMIPA) has a collection of books and other print media, total of 2,678 books with 7237 visitors and 2148 borrowers. The available book search system was very helpful for visitors to find the required books. Especially if the system has features recommended of books. In the provision of book recommendations used one of the data mining techniques, namely association rule mining techniques or excavation of association rules. In the development of this recommendation system, KDD (Knowledge Discovery from Database) model was used. The data used was the transaction history of borrowing book with the category of "chemistry", for the last 5 (five) months, that is September 2014 - February 2015. The excavation technique of this association rule has 2 (two) main process, they are: frequent patterns and rules. To find frequent patterns, a CT-PRO algorithm was used. The minimum value of support used was 1 and 2. Once the pattern is found, the confidence value of each pattern was calculated. The minimum value of confidence used ranges from 10% to 100%. The recommendation rule was based on calculating the value of this confidence. The comparison of minimum support values indicates that the greater value of minimum support then the less borrowing pattern was generated, and vice versa. The comparison of minimum confidence value shows that the greater of minimum confidence value then the less recommended rule given.. Abstract

Industry is a human endeavor so that goods obtained from nature can be utilized as products that have a sale value and have a profitable profit in economic terms. Material from nature has chemicals that can be used for certain purposes, such as food, fuel, fuel, fertilizer, cosmetics, etc. so that human life becomes more comfortable. A chemical industry must pay attention to environmental sustainability and is expected to process materials that are safe for the environment, as well as products produced that are environmentally friendly. In the modern cosmetics industry, eyeshadow added pearly substances that have a shiny and radiant effect, in accordance with the current trend. Pearls derived from nature are Guanine, which comes from marine fish scales, are transparent and shiny crystals like pearls. Because Guanine is difficult to obtain, the producers replace it by adding synthetic pearls, including Aluminum metal powder. Aluminum is a metal used for basic materials of household appliances, but is contained in eyeshadow which functions as a pearling agent. Research on aluminum in eye shadow cosmetics has been carried out on the market. Quantitative analysis was carried out with Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, the results obtained showed the presence of Aluminum with the results of all eyeshadow used as samples containing Aluminum, but the level was still below the permissible level of 10%. Aluminum content contained in the eyeshadow used as a sample is between 0.35 mg / gram-16.952 mg/gram or 0.35% -1.69%. The smallest one is in the Gold E color eyeshadow brand and the highest one in the Gold B brand eyeshadow

Abstract

The taro tuber (Colocasia esculenta) is an important source of carbohydrates for an important energy producer whose portion has a fairly bright and profitable development prospect. Taro is not only used as a food source, it can be used for industrial purposes, for example raw materials of cosmetics and plastic. Taro is very easy to recognize and varied with other preparations because it has a distinctive flavor. Increased production is the only major consideration in taro cultivation. Efforts to increase production are influenced by limiting factors that are often experienced in the community. Such barrier is a pathogen attack both on the ground and post harvest. The purpose of this study is to isolate and identify the types of pathogenic fungi found in taro tubers. The method used is microscopic and macroscopic identifications. The results of identification with the macroscopic and microscopic observations obtained by the genus Aspergillus, Candida, Sclerotium, Fusarium, Mucor, and Rhizopus.
