Abstract

The library of Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science (FMIPA) has a collection of books and other print media, total of 2,678 books with 7237 visitors and 2148 borrowers. The available book search system was very helpful for visitors to find the required books. Especially if the system has features recommended of books. In the provision of book recommendations used one of the data mining techniques, namely association rule mining techniques or excavation of association rules. In the development of this recommendation system, KDD (Knowledge Discovery from Database) model was used. The data used was the transaction history of borrowing book with the category of "chemistry", for the last 5 (five) months, that is September 2014 - February 2015. The excavation technique of this association rule has 2 (two) main process, they are: frequent patterns and rules. To find frequent patterns, a CT-PRO algorithm was used. The minimum value of support used was 1 and 2. Once the pattern is found, the confidence value of each pattern was calculated. The minimum value of confidence used ranges from 10% to 100%. The recommendation rule was based on calculating the value of this confidence. The comparison of minimum support values indicates that the greater value of minimum support then the less borrowing pattern was generated, and vice versa. The comparison of minimum confidence value shows that the greater of minimum confidence value then the less recommended rule given.. Abstract

The use of Virtual Tours is now widely used to introduce infrastructure facilities owned by a campus. For almost a year, the COVID-19 pandemic has made prospective students and college students hesitant to continue their studies. This raises concerns if you come directly to campus to see all the facilities in it. The purpose of this research is to create a virtual campus tour application as an alternative media promotion during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method using augmented reality. The result of this research is an application in the form of a virtual game, where before exploring the study programs, the user will be asked to have the appropriate character, then with the help of controlling the joystick from the keyboard, the user can enter the rooms and the information in it, either in the form of direct templates. or use the barcode to go directly to the information in it. Thus, in addition to users becoming more familiar with the Computer Science Study Program environment and the infrastructure in it, it is also an inspirational tool, that to study or create applications it can be done if you enter as a student.

Abstract

3D visualization of medicinal plants is the result of the transformation that resembles the original image and are dynamic, so it can be viewed in detail from all sides. Image capture is performed with a level of clarity must be at least 70% so it would be easy when designing a 3D visualization. The medicinal plants collected came from Bogor Botanical Gardens of 11 plants, Ciapus - Bogor of 16 plants, and Cibodas Botanical Gardens of 37 plants. The image capture was done by using the comparison scale of human height, stem, flowers, fruits, and leaves both look forward and backward. Application development was done through the objects collection, object segmentation, object texture creation and 3D object creation. The application of 3D visualization medicinal plants can be enlarged and reduced, and rotated well to the right, left, up, and down. The medicinal plants that appears in the application was in Indonesian and Latin names, taxon and the descriptions. Therefore the general public, students, and researchers can utilize the plant objects much better.

Abstract

Plants, like other living things, need a combination of nutrients to live, grow and reproduce. Nutrients in plants can also be divided into two, namely mobile nutrients and immobile nutrients (non-moving nutrients). The condition of plants that are deficient or lacking in nutrients will experience growth disturbances and affect the yield of leaves or fruit. Leaf color can be a characteristic of plants under normal conditions or experiencing nutrient deficiencies. Deficiency of nutrients in plants will affect leaf shape, fruit production and plant age which results in stunted growth and rapid death of plants, in fruit production there will be loss of flowers or ovaries so that production will decrease. So far, plant maintenance has been done manually. Each plant is seen for later analysis of the results and it takes time to identify nutrient deficiencies. The aim of the study was to identify nutrient deficiencies in image-based chili plants based on the characteristics of the Red, Green, Blue (RGB) color and texture analysis using the Support Vector Model (SVM). The benefit of the research is to make machine learning-based applications to identify nutrient deficiencies which are divided into four classes, namely nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) deficiencies, P and potassium (K) deficiencies, N and K deficiencies, and chili leaves with normal class. .There are 120 plant data with an accuracy of 84.4%.
