Abstract

The aim of this study was to describe the application of Talking Stick learning model to increase the learning achievement of students at SMKN 2 Singosari Malang. The type of this research is action research with the data source EI (Industrial Electronics) class XI-SMKN 2 Singosari totaling 34 students. The reason of choosing EI class XI-SMKN 2 Singosari as the subject was a situation in which the students have many problems while learning mathematics, as the sample students solving the problems with less appropriate and many difficulties to solving the everyday problems related to the competence. Based on the result of this study, the conclusion was the application of Talking Stick learning model proved to increase the learning achievement of SMKN 2 Singosari Malang students. That cause application of Talking Stick learning model very recommended for teachers in order to get maximal learning result. Abstract

Until now, the discussion about humanity or human rights is still being discussed in national and international forums. Islam as a religion which is essentially a rahmat lil-‘alamin certainly has its own concept, especially with regard to human rights. The presence of Islam in its essence is to elevate human dignity, wherein pre-Islam human beings are treated unnaturally like 'slaves' who haphazardly employ without regard to human aspects. The concept of humanity in the Islamic tradition was proven when the Prophet Muhammad and Muslims migrated from the city of Mecca to the city of Medina, at that time the population of Medina was very heterogeneous and gave birth to the Constitution of Medina. Therefore, the author tries to trace the principles of human rights contained in the Constitution of Medina. The principles include brotherhood, freedom, and equality. Abstract

In the perspective of Islamic Law, there is a provision whereby a person is allowed to do a prohibited act that is justified by sharia, one of which is ikrah, there are many Islamic laws related to ikrah and its division, maudu' about ikrah is one of the reasons for leniency in Islamic law, ikrah (forced circumstances) that is a person who is forced to do an act that he does not serve or likes. All these actions are done solely to protect himself from the force, which will result in danger to his safety or his limbs. Keywords: Coercion, Islamic Law

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning by using a jigsaw cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes, and whether there are differences in learning outcomes between students who are treated using cooperative learning models and students who are not given treatment. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental research sample method amounting to 26 students in class VIII E for the Experiment class and also totaling 26 students for class VIII A in the control class. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling which does not provide equal opportunity/opportunity for each population to be selected as a sample, the research instrument used is in the form of multiple-choice tests and questionnaires. The results showed that the cooperative learning model applied to the experimental class could significantly influence student learning outcomes in PAI learning. This is evident from the results of data analysis using t-test statistics obtained count = 2.94 and table = 0.05 (1.07). So that the table (2.94> 1.07). This means that the alternative hypothesis is accepted (Ho rejected). Based on questionnaire data processing, it is known that all sample students (80.70%) like the Jigsaw cooperative learning model because it is fun and can improve student learning outcomes. Abstract

This research aims to obtain an objective description of (1) Describing the form and function of the directive and its relation to social and cultural in the text of Rudy Habibie (Habibie & Ainun 2). (2) Describe the form and function of expressive speech and its relation to social and cultural in the text of Rudy Habibie (Habibie & Ainun 2). To achieve that goal, the approach used in this study is to use a qualitative approach and use descriptive methods. This research data is in the form of verbal data, which is a derivative of the characters in the film Rudy Habibie (Habibie & Ainun 2). The data collection techniques used by researchers in this study are similar, note, and descriptive. The form of action directive in Rudy Habibie (Habibie & Ainun 2) includes: (a) the action of the directive of the request in the form of invitations, requests, and invitations marked with the words "come" and "come", (b) the action of the question directive, i.e. in the form of orders in the form of questions, (c) the action of the directive in the form of orders, namely the orders that are said directly and clearly and shown to the speech partners, (d) the prohibition directive is an order prohibiting a person, (e) the act of speech of the advice directive, (f) the act of speech of the directive of decency. Meanwhile, the form of expressive speech in Rudy Habibie (Habibie & Ainun 2) includes: (a) expressive speech in the form of expressions of pleasure or praise, for example, marked with the word "very good" (b) expressive speech in the form of displeased, (c) expressive speech in the form of an apology marked with the word "sorry" or "forgiveness", (d) expressive speech in the form of worry that serves to express one's concerns either indirectly or directly, (e) expressive speech in the form of expressions of sadness that serve to express one's sadness. Abstract

This research discusses the efforts to foster children's morality among ustadz / ustadzah Pondok Pesantren Darul Ilmi Banjarbaru. The formulation of this research problem is how the efforts to foster children's morality among ustadz / ustadzah Pondok Pesantren Darul Ilmi Banjarbaru and what are the factors that affect it. The subject in this study was ustadz / ustadzah who taught at Pondok Pesantren Darul Ilmi Banjarbaru and had 8 children. While the object in this study is the efforts to foster children's morality among ustadz / ustadzah in Pondok Pesantren Darul Ilmi Banjarbaru and the factors that affect it. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interview and documentation. Based on the research, it is known that the efforts to foster children's morality among ustadz / ustadzah Pondok Pesantren Darul Ilmi Banjarbaru has been running well. This can be seen from the efforts of parents in providing examples of conscientiousness, giving advice, rewarding and punishment and providing supervision. Abstract

Learning media helps students in constructing knowledge in various world educational institutions. The development of technology helps learning media become easier to use. Various instructional media technologies have also become a trend and even help to learn resources across regional, national and continental boundaries. The development of instructional media always intersects with the culture of global learning behavior. Global culture is always influenced by the strong culture of developed countries such as countries on the American continent such as the United States and Canada, countries on the European continent such as Britain and Germany, countries on the Asian continent such as Japan and China. The cultural friction experienced by users of learning media is characterized by the use of global learning resources. Abstract

This research aims to describe a fun teaching medium in mastering the new Arabic vocabulary in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Arabic media based on this song aimed at making it easier for low-grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah to master new vocabulary in Arabic learning. The transition period from kindergarten to elementary school sitting in madrasah ibtidaiyah benches often shocks students with a much different new atmosphere when they are still sitting in kindergarten where the learning process uses more singing and playing. This research is qualitative descriptive research by descriptive of phenomena that occur in the process of learning Arabic. Data obtained through observations, interviews, and library studies. The result of this study is that students are more confident and active in learning mastery of new vocabulary, they feel happier and faster in remembering new vocabulary. The same main problem in Arabic learning in the lower classes of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, namely that the average student is still many who have not been able to read Arabic writing, thus causing learning in the classroom to be hampered. Abstract

In Islamic law, there are some reasons so that one can receive the inheritance of which is because of the Nasabiyah, marriage, and Wala al Itqi. But there are some exceptions to religious differences. The scholars differed about the ability or absence of a Muslim inheriting from nonmuslims and vice versa. The main focus of this research is the thought of the Wahbah Zuhaili and Yusuf Al-Qardawi as contemporary scholars. The method used in this study is the research method of Library Research, the method of approach used in this research is the approach of analytical approach (analytical approach) and historical Approach. The results obtained are analyzed to find how the scholars, in this case, are the Wahbah Zuhaili and Yusuf Al-Qardawi in interpreting the Nash and bring about the renewal of the law against religious inheritance issues as an obstacle to Inherited between Muslims and Nonmuslims. Abstract

This study discusses the application of ethics and morals of the alumni of the Al Falah Putera Islamic Boarding School Banjarbaru. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to apply the ethics and morals of Al Falah Putera Islamic Boarding School alumni to teachers, parents and friends. Data were collected by using observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation techniques. Based on the results of the study, it is known that alumni apply their ethics and morals to teachers by greeting first when meeting teachers, keeping talking to their teachers, maintaining attitudes and behaviour. The ethics and morals of students towards parents are listening and carrying out parental orders, humbling themselves to both parents, soft words and polite speech, not looking at them with cynicism and permission before travelling. Ethics and morals of students towards friends by prioritizing help to friends, keeping secrets of friends, speaking well and politely, listening to every word he says, and having a sense of affection. So it can be concluded that the application of ethics and morals of the alumni of the Al Falah Putera Islamic Boarding School Banjarbaru towards teachers, parents, and friends is good.
